The staff is highly unprofessional. I went there and asked if someone is available so that I can get my brows done. One of the staff said very unprofessional that no one is there and I again asked if there is waiting he again replied no one is available at all. After that I asked if the rest of the staff is at other branch then he said no staff is here only but is busy. When I asked for the owners number he asked me to search for it on my own from the reception table and said he is also busy so can't give the number. Pathetic experience. Worst. They feel as if they are doing some favor on the clients.

Though the waxing is good but the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He started shouting when communicated on call about the services i wish to take and if he can make any package of same. He could have denied (if not willing to give any discount) politely but raised his tone and disconnected the call. Big no for anyone if you don’t nt wanna ruin your mood. Additionally the manicure pedicure service was bad. The person did not even bothered the clean properly and cut nails so deeply that it started bleeding. And post that 1 week of pain in my finger tips due to this.

Services are at it's best in quality as compared to other parlours. Staff gives amazing suggestions, and are diligent. They're eager to go extra mile for their customers. I am their regular customer for hairwash because their work has proven difference in my hair quality along with the hair spa. I absolutely love the experience and the post effects of their work. Completely Quality oriented ❤️✨

Worst salon with only money in mind people , doesn't have any professional knowledge and have highly untrained and unprofessional staff, just like the owner he has hired a team like him . totally waste of money and time. Unhygienic , unprofessional ,over priced salon in our locality.

Few staff of parlor was good. But owner is extremely arrogant and unprofessional that good staff and customer do not stay in parlor. Prices for service are not fixed and owner changes it as per his own wish. Faced extremely bad experience at parlor and will not recommend it at all.
