The staff here were amazing and so accommodating. We were searching for a 'harder to find' size and they had them! Not only did they have the sizing we were looking for, they had a few colours over a few varieties. They had no problem bringing various shoes for my son to try on and choose from. Easy to find location on the mall. Vans Rundle Mall store is amazing, the staff are super friendly, the clothing and shoes are really cool and comfortable and the store is in impeccable condition. I personally have been here a few times and the staff are not only helpful but offer some amazing banter and make finding anything your after super easy. I highly recommend the Vans store at Rundle Mall to anyone after Vans shoes and clothing.

The person that helped me with thy shoes, me and my friend thought he was awesome cuz he looked cool and we wanted to be friends with him. Who is this mysterious man? Plz help. He had 2 nose rings, a red beanie, hand tattoos, just like give us an insta, thx. I found a picture, u go to the photos thing, there's a pic of 4 workers, he's the 3rd human with black hair, tattoo sleeve, he's like "surprise!".

My girlfriend bought me a pair of vans, now walking into that shop I didn't want anything. I eyed off a pair of shoes and my girlfriend snatched them up and bought them. One of the staff came and helped us out with finding sizing. They were amazing 11/10, joking around, making us feel warm and welcomed. Would recommend to find a new pair of nice looking shoes with a great team of staff.

Super nice vibe yesterday coming in to grab some new shoes! Came in earlier in the day to have a browse deciding on what I was after, then came back an hour or so later to grab a pair, and the two staff that were on were so nice! Very friendly and casual sort of vibe, felt very inclusive and comfortable chatting with them. Definitely gonna be back for another pair soon

My first time visit to this store, was totally impressed by the new and latest range of VANS. A mom of a teenager and also a die hard fan of the brand, my son was like a 2yr old in a candy shop. Our shopping experience was elevated by a dynamic assistant " Rae". Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely being visiting this store, instead of doing the online shopping.

So after a sour experience at the Sydney CBD store, I was blessed with the BEST service at the Adelaide store with Amanda. Her kindness and natural personality made my time in-store feel like we were mates. Amanda is an asset to the company and the retail space. Please make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. What a Rockstar!

Although it was busy as everyone was christmas shopping i had a wonderful employee, Amanda who was very sweet and accomodating and was very apologetic when it wasn’t her fault, she was very helpful and sweet :)
