Most useless call centre ever. Agents needs more training in allocating resources and problem solving. I called to report an issue with a garbage can in a park. It was smoking but no fire was present. "Call 911" was the only response I got.
It seems to me that making an online complaint goes into a deep black hole. Do noise complaints- I have one about the building at 1495 west 8th ave, which generates 24/7 mechanical noise pollution. This is new Masonic centre and 18 story
Called in to report a broken parking meter. Dickson, the contact centre agent, was understanding and very quick to a resolution.
