Dindugal Briyani was just kind of colored normal rice without taste & smell. they are using old rice batters for Idly & dosa which we found very bad foul smell & too expensive. Overall quality & quantity of food not worth of price compare to similar restaurants nearerby in BTM. Edited & Replying to owner response: We had idli & dosa for couple of days same foul smell. we aren't expecting taste only from ajinomoto. It's should be correct ratio of fried spices, ingredients with Jeera samba rice would brings proper authentic Dindugal style briyani. Parotta और Elai Porota

Don't go to this place attract by name of vaigai and read after 1 st four reviews. Very poor hygienic place and they are making parota fresh but salna was so watery can't find taste. Kalaki was the worst experience we have no gravy in that but they asked u want kulambu Or plain but no salt ,worst kalaki ever, pepper also not proper quality one. We left kalaki on table after tasting one bite. Next worstest is Egg kuthu parotta has raw smell of eggs. Not cooked properly. They cooked without head caps, tables are not cleaned properly, menu card also oily and greasy, hand wash section was very awkward.

I ordered briyani and chicken dry. Both are utter waste. Briyani is like puliyodharai. என் வாழ்நாளில் இப்படி ஒரு கேவலமான பிரியாணியை நான் சாப்பிட்டதே கிடையாது. தயவுசெய்து யாரும் இந்த கடை பக்கமே செல்ல வேண்டாம். மதுரையின் பெயரைக் கெடுப்பதற்காக இந்த கடை‍♂️ chicken dry is over burnt, கருகிப்போன சிக்கனை கொடுத்தார்கள். திண்டுக்கல் பிரியாணி சீரக சம்பா பிரியாணி சாப்பிட நினைப்பவர்கள் இங்கு போய்விடவே வேண்டாம் @prabakaran srinivasan சமைக்கத் தெரிந்தவர்களை வேலைக்கு வைப்பது நல்லது. தயவு செய்து வேறு எங்காவது சாப்பிட்டு பார்த்து விட்டு சமையுங்கள்.

I regret going to this restaurant as my experience was terrible. The food was too spicy and tasted old and stale. Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning after my meal. . I usually Do not post bad reviews. But they made me do it. Horrible food .. they have cooks from north India who do not have an idea about Tamil south cooking style. The biryani was almost spoilt.
