I was recommended VP Auto by a mobile mechanic, and he wasn't wrong. I took my son's car here to have the clutch replaced and a service. The car was virtually undrivable. Brendan and his team did an amazing job on my son's Mazda 3. Called me and advised me on all the issues they found and explained the benefits of getting them done while they had everything out. My son and I picked up his car this morning and my son said it has never driven any better and felt like a new car. The invoice was well detailed so we could see all the costs. It is great that we have found a new place to take our car that prides itself on good old fashion service after our old machine retired. I would recommend them.

Was having trouble with my clutch, fairly well unable to change gear. Discussed the issue with Chris, and explained the situation, being an older car that may not warrant expensive repairs. Chris was fantastic to deal with. He discussed with me, at every step, what work was required and the options that I had. He was very attentive to my needs, even calling around to find cost effective parts. The car feels brilliant after their work- including a minor service- and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend VP from my experience.

A door to door salesman came to our place of work to offer vouchers for a service. The price looked good so I entertained it, however he started to become pushy and cornered us in our place of work. Due to this, I became uncomfortable and told him I would come later to discuss the offer further. He then proceeded to say that he would not get paid if he did not make a sale. I was actually thinking of coming in and booking in a service, however due to the pushy and unprofessional behaviour, I have decided not to.

Visited VP auto care with what I thought was a suspension issue but after taking for a test drive and thoroughly examining the car, Brendon told me that the suspension was in great condition and nothing needed to be changed, it's just bit firm in my honda accord . That came as a relief as I thought I needed new suspensions. He spent nearly an hour on the car but didn't charge me anything for his services . He's a great guy and an experienced mechanic. I would highly recommend him for your car needs. .

I brought my mini in to get repaired and they went right through the car and found some other problems. Brendan told me what I needed to fix it and got it done. He gave me a great price to fix it and it was done within a week, but they made sure it was all good before I got it back. Awsome place to get your car fixed. Definitely will be back to get a service done. Thanks Brendan and the team for getting me mobile again

Cornered us in our own place of work to force us into buying their service vouchers. My co-worker said no at least 10 times and he continued to try to trick us into buying and called us liars when we said we wanted to think about. Only respected the presence of our sole male co-worker (not the women) and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Completely inappropriate behaviour, avoid at all costs!

I found Brendan to be one of those rear things, an honest mechanic who does not make you spend unnecessary money. It's the type of place I'd recommend anyone who knows little about cars and fears being taken for a ride, to take their car. I haven't been here for a while as all our current cars are under dealer warranty, but when they are not, I'll be definintly coming back

Great service. Had a problem with my car on the way to a long term car park. Had the car towed to VP by RACV and had a quick phone call with Brendan to explain my predicament ! He was extremely helpful and took care of things very quickly fixing the problem in a day so that we could collect the car on our return. Couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks again.

Talked to Brendan at vp auto care after working hours and he booked me in for the next day. Did the job well. I would recommend people having ex-ambos (specially courier drivers) to get their problems sorted here as this place knows the modifications done to these vehicles. easy going and good customer service. Definitely recommended.

Absolute pathetic work, went for power steering hose replacement $825 ended up with broken headlight assembly no stone tray put back on and oil reservoir over filled “ Pathetic “ And very rude customer service do not recommend

Awesome. I bought a coupon from a door to door sales guy. Free labour on services for 12 months. So I thought I would give them a go. Dropped my car off this morning and picked up this afternoon. Great service. Reasonable parts prices.

Took Jeep to have some hoses changed. Car came back with things broken. Parts not put back on. Very rude and unhelpful. Have heard of a lot of bad experiences from others, but thought we would give them a go. Never again
