Today I order and the delivered its not complete!!! This not only one time... I call the delivery guy he said not his fault of course but atleast the people from store should check carefully the items.. That's why I stop ordering from viva long time since it happen before also and repeated today only. There's no number to call Al wasl branch..

Cheaper than most groceries. I go often and it's very affordable for big families. Snacks dairy produce, frozen foods and fresh meats. Priced for my budget. Plus variety of fruits, laundry products, personal care, and some other articles. I can come home with a trolley full for less than the larger mall grocery stores.

Dear VIVA Management I am so disappointed by your branch which didn't allow to cut the watermelon into half so I can check weather it's spoiled or not . The watermelon tasted salty and very bad . Can you adress what is the reason and why customer has to face this .....

It's a good place with few European brands represented at very reasonable prices. The range is not as big but you can buy there something anyway. The main disadvantage for me was a lack of healthy food. The rest is very good. There's also a car parking

Supermarket at low cost. There is no brand but you can find all the classic products. Very clean and well appointed. Supermarché à petit prix. Il n'y a pas de marque mais l'on peut trouver tous les produits classiques. Très propre et bien agencé.

They have superb dairy products. Imported food is of good quality. Prices are fair given the economic situation. You would need to sample products to see what you may like and what you would get from somwhere else. I prefer to shop there often.

For 5months ordering in ur shop,every time always lost some items but i ignore it but today i order 2packs chicken brest,1tray of egg and 1pack of chicken tikka,also delivery man took 8dhs for extra again

Good place to shop on budget. Items are either hit or miss but hey, price us reasonable. 1 star taken due to some item that were good are now unavailable. Somehow I think they are understaffed

Poor services their behaviour with riders is not good. Specialy sales staff (Mr Barjish) behaviour is not good. My Experience is very bad on this your branch specialy This guy Barjish …

The cheapest store in Dubai I think. This branch has own butchery and big variety of fresh meat. Also they have fresh orange juice machine. Many kinds of special offers available every day.

Very good place for grocery with great prices specially dairy products.. their fresh squeezed orange juice is the best.. unfortunately fruits and vegetables are not always fresh

I loooove this shop. I love their cheese and Greek yoghurt - the best. All the products are EU and very good quality. And is great on the budget.
