Great value for money and excellent service! My son was between university digs over the summer and we reviewed options for putting his stuff in local storage over the summer. Price was extremely competitive and the storage option we went for was very roomy. Indeed in the future we will be suggesting all his roommates book a unit together because it will save a fortune on returning everything home and bringing it back when they get their new house. Setting up the agreement and getting access to the storage space was really easy and all admin jobs were dealt with very quickly. I know who I will be using next year!

So happy with Urban Space Self Storage. Great value for money, ideal central location, easy 24 hour access. Both Bev and Dave go out of their way to accommodate. Really straight forward process to set up, and the units are in great condition and very secure. Today we upgraded from a 40sqft to a 80sqft and Bev and Dave couldn't have been more helpful with meeting us in the rain on a Saturday afternoon because it was the only day I could do and then it wasn't even 10 mins to sort out paper work. We can't recommend them enough.

Urban Space Self Storage were fantastic, I highly recommend them. They were much cheaper than other Liverpool storage options and it was an ideal, city centre location for us (don't underestimate what a difference it makes having your storage handy so you can pop in if you've forgotten smthg). The units are clean and highly secure and the area is tidy with easy, phone app access. The paper work was dealt with efficiently and I got my deposit back promptly so a well deserved 5 stars!

Secure and Easy to Use! I've used USSS as part of a house move. Being able to store my household items locally was perfect. It was easy to arrange, the site is very secure and access is so simple. The container was clean and watertight. A much better experience that the usual storage companies. I highly recommend and will be my first choice should I need storage again.

Highly recommended for storage. They have a number of different sized units with really affordable options. Excellent customer service. I accidentally got charged an extra month and they returned the money. I also forgot to give the key back and went abroad but they said it was OK and didn't charge me extra. Really fast replies whenever I had a query.
