Tried to purchase 2 items today, from sale section. Both had sale stickers on, one priced at £16, other £17. Scanned at till to a total of over £110. Pointed out that they shouldn’t be over £110 as both in sale section and pointed out reduction stickers. The lad at the till said they must’ve been put in the sale section by mistake. Why would they have sale stickers on them, in the sale section?? Friend bought 4 sale items, total cost of £80 odd. Just checked online, both items reduced, just as pointed out. However, they don’t have my size online so I can’t buy them there. Travelled 1.5 hours to shop in UO today. Pointless.

Whent in their to buy a jacket. The till guy chatting away to two ladies whitch is fine but don't stall my purchase. I decided the purchase wasn't realy pleasant anymore cus I was ignored and kept waiting. I just wanted to buy a jacket not to witness a live teen chat. Won't be shopping at this store anymore, just bad customer service. Bristol init. Oh did not buy the jacket the experience put me off. I realy wanted that jacket.

Over-priced t shirts : often sold with damage on neck area due to security tags . When I rang store to complain they said it’s because people steal them by removing the tags themselves.. my question is why are damaged goods put back onto shop floor and why are they not checked for this kind of damage by till assistants at point of sale? My son has bought at least 8 t- shirts at the price of £35 which are faulty due to this.

Very bad online customers' help service! Why does it exist at all?You are not allowed to amend your order even in few minutes after it is done! Now my order by accident goes to somewhere place there I do not live for years. They refuse to take even my order cancellation form. I've never ever experienced something like this. So my £49 probably will be lost . Thanks and never ever again.

I HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE TWICE LATELY, I HAVE TO SAY THERE IS A RIGHT ENERGY IN THERE AND I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A VERY GOOD CREDIT. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE TO BUY AN ITEM , IT IS A VERY GOOD STORE TO SHOP AND IT FEELS YOU SPENT YOUR MONEY IN THE RIGHT PLACE . I CAN RECUMEND URBAN OUTFITTERS TO THE WHOLE KINDS OF OTHER SHOPPERS TOO.

I was appalled by the poster behind the checkout depicting Christ holding guns. I found it extremely offensive and an insult to all Christians. Would they depict Mohammed like it - I think not. Had I not been buying my granddaughter's Christmas present, I would have walked out. I shall never shop there again.

Fantastic, trend setting retailer that has a great range compared to retailers next to it in Bristol Shopping Quarter. Lots of modern and hip clothes for men and women and boys and girls. Plus good range of retro clothes; a great mix. Staff are friendly and help with sizing and other options.

dont get me wrong. i love urban outfitters. however, it is very expensive and i believe that it is rather too expensive for the clothes you are actually getting. i understand why though, they are very nice. this branch in particular was very nice and i enjoyed the artistic style of decor

Best shopping place for Urban clothing to be honest! Are some good deals there and student discount is also a winner! Such a beautiful shop as well, it’s pretty big! There’s also a restored vintage section so there’s some genuine rares in there! Music is always decent to walk around to.

I would like to praise the staff in this store, very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a dress for my daughters wedding and they were very patient with me. Thanks again guys, you made the day a lot more enjoyable than I expected it to be.

Not sure what happened, but UB is going downhill .I struggle to find things I like, where I used to spend hundreds of ££'s. It's more difficult to find clothes which are different, and home ware items are ridiculously expensive.

Did not get this store at all, random comes to mind and tacky 70's vibe looked the theme in the store and they're was clothes and stuff everywhere on the floors, display counters. Didn't get what all the fuss was about it.

Staff wasted good 10 mins at the till because item didn’t have price tag, had to physically show them where I got it from, ain’t my problem if they don’t label the items. Should have knocked £5 off total price for that.

Great place but my friend fid go there and ask for a bad and the lady said ok but then she never gave her the bag and she had to go back and get it but overall a great trendy teen shop great clothes but very expensive

Some of the clothes are ok. I wanted to fax my mum for some advice on a pair of lime green cords and a Fred Perry hat but they had no fax machine on site. I'll go elsewhere for my hip fashions in future

This is a really nice store, It's always clean and tidy in there and the staff are chatty and helpful! Really good location and literally next door there's a great cafe that has nice food also.

My friend always takes me there to look for some new poetry books. Been pretty dry at times when it comes to that but we have found one or two other good things in there.

Oh my god like the clothes are phat I was a saddo before I went and got my hip new clothes from this shop now all the cool kids have stopped throwing stones at me

My daughter Loved Urban Outfitters, I bought her a pair of jeans and a jumper and a hat which she absolutely adores. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

What a mess this shop was. I think there was more clothing on the floor than on the rails. Prices were confusing (sale)and hardly any staff long waits not great.

Interesting clothing shop in the heart of Briafmead/Cabot Circus.. Good for anyone who wants to be retro but maybe a little too cool for it's own good

Went with my granddaughter, one of her favourite shops. Interesting array of clothes and other goods. Love that it's a bit whacky.

Nice range but quite pricy for what it is. Paying for the brand. Tip: look in the sale area first to find a bargain.
