3 min away of the station (train and metro), it's directly accessible from the airport. The kitchen is clean, and the shared lobby is very cozy, with TV, games, tables, sofa and children space. We stayed with family and they had no problem with their rooms. They arranged a little surprise note for our friends getting married. The room were quite warm, very important for the hard Danish winter! Another major plus, the kindness of the staff. We had a problem with our reservation and the staff helped us even though it was our mistake. We were very lucky to have chosen such a great accommodation. The price is great for Copenhagen, specially accounting the amenities: luggage locker to roam around after check out or before check in, the laundry room, breakfast at great rates. We totally recommend it even for a short or long stay! And we will certainly come back. Thank you again for your precious help

I had a great time here; the area was certainly bustling and could be rough at night if you were looking for it, but it was quiet and comfortable. Staff were great, facilities were all they needed to be. Lots of families and younger people but it was no consequence if you’re traveling alone. Super accessible to everything! Any reviews you read about complaints are by people who were too cheap to book a hotel. I would stay here again, and intend to if I come back!

Very practical hotel, clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff and enough of them. The hotel put on entertainment in the form of a good guitar musician and a salsa dance evening which was well received. Breakfast was good quality and the buffet well looked after. Most guests behaved decently. Table soccer was in a good condition, too. Everything well maintained. Only downside was the state of the rental bikes and limited support with them.

The hostel was great! The check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The room was big, comfy bed and clean spacious bathroom. Lots of activities put on by the hostel and plenty of lounge rooms to hangout in. Kitchen was big with lots of supplies to use. Very close to the train station and the sites. Great for families as well, plenty of stuff for the kids to do. Also plenty of options if you decide to pay for their breakfast.

The location of the hotel was superb, with convenient access to public transport and a nearby supermarket. It was also centrally located, making it easy to reach all of the city's attractions. This is a fabulous hostel! The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent for the price (especially considering how expensive Copenhagen is). The real best part: the location! It can’t be beat. You are literally next door to Copenhagen Central. So convenient to just walk down the block a bit and be right where you need to be to get to anywhere in the city.

Best hostel with best service. The staff is really friendly and the property is impressively clean and well organised. There are also multiple places to hang out with your friends inside the property so you don’t have to go out. The best thing is this property is just 2 minutes away from the metro station and central station. This hostel is highly recommended to anyone travelling to Copenhagen.

Urban House provides an easy living space at lower cost in Copenhagen. We stayed in a private 4 bed room which had lots of storage space and a bathroom. Breakfast was great, a buffet with selections of cereals, bread, fruit, cheese and meats. The facilities were good too (we used the laundry room and kitchen). The kitchen was well organised and stocked, though having an oven would have been even better. We really enjoyed our stay overall.

It was a pleasant stay overall with good breakfast. I have stayed 2 nights in a female dorm. The beds were comfy the room was clean. There is a bar downstairs and at nights it gets noisy, however they organize interesting events like live music, karaoke. Very close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens.

The hotel is nice and clean. Location is great. The only cons is that we had to pay for a bedroom for four when we have a 5 months old baby that stay in a crib and the bunk bed is forbidden to both our sons. Usually we can book a room for 3 + crib and not pay a full rate for a baby. Shower is small and hot water is law. We did not enjoyed all the services of the hotel that for sure we're great. Easy check-in. Staff was nice.

The optimal hotel for traveling for 2-3 days. Great location near the Main station. One of the best hostels in terms of public services! For the same money, other hostels offer rooms with a shared bathroom, which is not suitable for us. I liked that there was big breakfast (99 ddk = 15$) and also a shared kitchen. Thanks to the staff for responsiveness and politeness!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was clean and secure, with a great vibe, and most importantly for us - it’s so easy to get around the city from here. Train and metro within a few minutes walk, and centrally located so that you can easily walk to all main sites in the city Centre! Will definitely book again if back In Copenhagen.

Hotel was nice! Breakfast also, i would like to have scrambled eggs in the morning but overall breakfast was good. Kids like it! We stay in your hotel with the kids. There was plenty to do but our room was on the street side. Both nights we wake up around 2-3 am with really loud music and loud sounds.. My suggestion is to put family rooms to garden/Inner ward side..

Lovely hostel with a really nice vibe. Lots of families and young people, always people in the bar, in the shared spaces and all very respectful. Our room was nice a quiet, clean and big. We stayed with our dog and it went really well- everyone was very welcoming of our pup.

Really lovely stay. Great for families. Excellent location right by the central train station. The only comment is that the shared spaces are a bit small for the number of rooms/people. Only 3 washers/2 dryers for the whole building. Would definitely stay again.
