I went to this salon 2 months ago and never coming back. If only there’s a way here that I could share the picture of my new haircut and color against the photo I asked to be copied. I didn’t expect that my hair would look exactly like in the photo, but it was done totally different from what I wanted it to look like. (I brought a picture for the stylist to copy, sadly she didn’t deliver at all). Spent $400 including the tip (honestly, I didn’t want to give a tip). What a waste of money. One good thing about this salon - friendly staff.

All the staff are so lovely and kind. Each stylist has talent and warmth that adds to the overall appeal to this clean, well organized, casual yet sophisticated "lounge". Their colour expertise is fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my own colour, or my daughter's, after her very first time. There is a plethora of wonderful, well priced accessories available for purchase that make super gifts for yourself or a lucky friend. All in all, it is a consistenly great experience, in a great atmosphere at The Urban Hair Lounge.

I'm so impressed with may hair cut. I used alot of bleach during covid and ruined my hair to the point I couldn't brush it and it took almost 2 days to dry my hair due to damage. I explained to hair dresser I want my length but would also like all the dead cut out of it. She did amazing it's been acouple weeks now and I'm still bragging about how soft and beautiful My hair looks. I don't remember her name but she had orange hair. I hope she sees this review!!!

I have known the owner Olga for over 20 years! She has been my hair dresser as well as Pat and they are the only 2 people in this city I trust with my hair. They are amazing stylists and I have never been disappointed coming out of there! The staff there are all nice and the atmosphere makes you feel like your getting pampered! I’ve always looked forward to my appointment because it’s a relaxing couple of hours!! You won’t be disappointed in your visit!!

I went in for a first time haircut with Pat and she was fantastic ! I showed her hair inspo pictures and let her know about my past awful experience with another salon and Pat was very reassuring, patient and careful with my hair. She cut my hair exactly as I dreamed of !! Very impressed and happy will definitely be returning. …

This salon is absolutely amazing! The costumer service is great. I’ve been to the salon a few times now for a haircut with Anna and she never disappoints. Definitely give this place a try! :)
