First time and the last time I'll be collecting Mondial Relay from here. Incredibly disorganised, they said they couldn't get my parcel because they didn't have the key for the store room! They said I would have to come back later when the staff member had returned from lunch, and when I asked what time, they couldn't give me a time. I couldn't come back that day, so I tried again the day later. They took so long to get my parcel- I was waiting for nearly 30 minutes. I have never had an experience like this collecting a simple parcel. Mondial Relay should not be using this shop as a collection point.

Appalling. They lose parcels. When you go to post items they forgot to scan the item. The items that have arrived are kept in different places, some inside the store (where they can easily go missing) and others in another "storage" area, and if they go there to find the item you can be sure you'll be waiting a long time for them to come back. They are disorganised. The boss blames the staff, but he's clearly not got this whole mondial relay process sorted. What a waste of time, going back when you're told the item has delivered, but then you're told they can't find it. Not happy at all.

A DISASTER ! Went there for parcel during lunch time (because yes people work!) and have been told twice to come back in 1 or 2 hours because they were "busy" ... But seriously one of the principle of using a "relay" point is to be able to go get it when you want/can. Not when they decide they are in a good enough mood to do so !

Apparently they do Mondial Relay, but once you get there, they refuse to take your parcel for no apparent reason. Either is it possible to talk with the employees since they just repeated themselves and got agressive. Jeez what is this store?? How is it possible to still be open? Definitely DONT recommend it

Magasin pas sérieux, j’avais un deal avec le patron, il m’a fait attendre 1 heure pour à la fin dire qu’il est plus intéressé. Je déconseille fortement d’aller au magasin, prix chères et aucun respect pour les vendeurs (je parle de mon cas) …

I did not receive my order, which was a birthday gift, because you did not inform the website - where I ordered from - about your moving (or change of address)… in your shop I was misinformed and you put the fault on me, not happy at all with this service…

Bought 2 pairs of glasses and a cuban link bracelet 3 Months ago. They are still in top condition. Will return here for more Jewellery. The sales man is very kind and takes the time to show everything and explain the products.
