Been visiting Urban Cuts in Al Reef for about 2 years now and always been very happy with the service provided. Alaa in particular is very friendly and welcoming, but most importantly a really well skilled barber. Even on the days he’s not available, all the other guys have never disappointed. Would recommend to anyone.

Good job but it’s insanely expensive. It’s not worth 40 dollars for a hair cut and beard trim. Was in the area, so decided to go. Everything was fine but I would recommend finding a cheaper barber, they do the exact same thing, even I would argue they take extra care for a third of the price!

For the past 18 months or so Mahmoud has been cutting my hair every couple of weeks. I highly recommend him. A top quality service everytime and he has a very friendly manner. He always gives me a great fade and I will continue to go to Mahmoud for as long as I live in Al Reef.

incredibly expensive for a horrible haircut, been going there for a while since it’s the only one available. I show them a reference picture of myself of what haircut i want and the result is completely different and horrible. i really suspect they do this on purpose

A customer for 6 years or so and never disappointed. The name of the shop may have changed, but the staff remain and the guys are great. Even if I moved away from Al Reef to another part of Abu Dhabi, Urban Cuts would still be my first choice barbershop.

I visited Urban Cuts (Al Reef) for the first time. Mahmoud assisted me. He was extremely professional, took time to understand what I wanted, and executed brilliantly. I will most certainly visit Mahmoud again in the near future. Great experience.

The website and the contact centre equally sucks. Poorly manned even on holidays. Information from contact centre do not reach the shop on time. Overly priced.

Very professional service. Everyone is wearing masks and even the face shield if customer prefers the added safety measure. I highly recommend their service.

had a hair and beard cut here recently, the staff was nice, and the hair cut was excellent. Only complaint is that it was 147 dhs which is a bit too much.

In Al Reef, friendly staff, no appointment needed, always cut my hair how I want it to be cut. Tea, coffe and water always offered. Reasonable pricing.
