TLDR: Kinda expensive but the kids will love it. Overall I believe urban air is a great place for kids to get active and blow off some energy. My kids loved it and were able to have fun for hours at a time! If you plan on going regularly I would definitely recommend getting the membership, because it can absolutely be pricey to pay for the day pass every time you go; although this location does not have it's membership program up and running just yet. If you do get the day pass to try it out I would skip the "basic" pass all together, the deluxe will probably give you a better idea of what your kids will be interested in doing, the basic only lets you get on a limited number of attractions. My wife won a birthday party (basic) for the grand opening and we opted to upgrade to the ultimate package. If you are planning to have a birthday party here be aware that it is fairly expensive and you have to purchase their food and drinks; pizzas are $15 (at time of writing this) and pitchers of drinks are $5 each. I would recommend asking for no ice in the pitchers because they use the super small chunks of ice and filled it up with it, leaving very little actual beverage inside. Just be aware of what you are actually getting with the package you choose and plan accordingly based on that. As far as the pizzas go, they were okay. I wouldn't say horrible but not exactly something to write home about either. I personally feel they are pretty expensive for what they are. Let's be honest here; if you're a birthday venue on military then you are up against peter piper and if your pizza isn't as good as theirs, it shouldn't be more expensive. The real portion that stood out for me is the staff, everyone we spoke with was very polite and personable. We were asked how we were by management multiple times and everyone was very easy to speak with even though it was their grand opening and pretty busy, that alone will be enough for us to come back.

Place is work in progress as needed as it is a new location it's set up is a bit akward and needs more seating to some extent. They have modern hip music in the background. After you pay at counter or as your entering the location, credit card kiosks are accessible to use also a waiver of liability must be filled out Per jumper but then you must proceed to counter with receipt to obtain wrist band and if you also purchased your socks they are handed to you there as well. If you have little ones like toddlers there's really just basic jump trampolines not much for them. For 5 and up they have the playground too close to Entrance doors in front so be very cautious and careful since there's no seating for parents in that section at time of post to make sure they don't go outside looking for you. For older kids and adults they have lots to enjoy and jump their hearts out they have the obstacle course over ball pit, dodge ball, trampoline basket ball, wipe out,cusion jump, upper obstacle beams, climb challenges, fly off a suspended curved beam. And more. They have a kitchen and area for the sports on tvs by food section and other side of cafe. Party rooms are towards the right rear of building they have open and enclosed areas of party space. And restrooms are left center rear to cafe area also more tables surrounded by TVs for viewing of sports ect. Hope you enjoy because my kids surely did and I did they didn't want to leave (Ages 5 -9)

I agree with Mr.John, the staff is a bunch of teens that will roll their eyes and not even answer you and walk away when you ask them about something. I saw multiple of them disappear so no one was servicing the ride and you have to go searching to ask just to get attitude back. I regret even getting the membership, you can't cancel after 12 months of having it! Then for the longest time I couldn't even get the tiny free snack that's included with the membership every trip because the workers said it was in the back to only be told its in the front where I had asked in the beginning! Ugh anyway the tables stay dirty and they need more sitting area for the parents or else your fighting over uncomfortable high chairs that aren't big enough for people with hips and forget it if you got knee and back problems like me. Our chicken strips were burnt and the pizza always takes long and the workers are too lazy to call you so you have to go and ask multiple times to check if it's ready. Over priced water and candy. Their Cherry Icee is always broken! I'm surprised the other flavors besides raspberry was working. Oh and when I did ask the teen if someone can service the ride that's included in the membership and walked away without answering me with a complimentary roll of her eyes she only stayed for 5 minutes then left go chat it up with two friends that were talking to another employee as well!!!!!

We had a blast! My kids LOVED this place! The staff of mostly teens and young adults were very professional and kept the day safe and smooth! The hostess at the front was very welcoming and explained the check in process and set us up for a fun day I loved the colorful socks we got to buy that keep you from slipping and falling! My daughter attempted the sky walk but got scared. She politely asked the girl to unhook her since she didn't want to go and she gave her no problem, simply unhooked her and walked her down! I really appreciate how nice she was to my daughter anytime she had to set up her harness and made her feel comfortable in that situation. (the young lady with braces working 7/19). We did not eat here but the pizza smelled great. We did grab some water and sodas and the kitchen seemed a nice touch for hungry jumpers! The only negative here is the lack of parents looking at their kids and NOT their phones. Kids running into each other, pushing and throwing balls at other kids faces. Staff can't be everywhere and people treat these facilities like daycare centers and do not supervise their children. Everything is fun for the parents to join in so playing along with your kids keeps this problem away. We will surely be checking out more Urban Air locations!! We had so much fun I didn't get much for pictures but check it out if you can!

My children had lots of fun. The snacks & drinks they sold where ok. The counters were sticky but when I let the young man know about it he quickly cleaned it and even apologized. Teen staff where very polite. Only real prob for me was that my phone got lost in their ball pit, it was an accident.... I reached out to the owner and tried waiting for them to clean out the ball pit but was told due to complications it will be clean out next week. Well, next week has come and gone now and nothing so far. It's been a total of three months of me reaching out and nothing:/ I'm guessing I'll never get my phone back. But just a warning there is a locker in the front for phones and it charges your phones too so that's cooI I just wish I was told this or seen this cus I didn't see it until it was to late. In conclusion this place is alright but yes their could be some improvements. Ty

We had a party for my son and although he had a great time, I'll be rating the party experience on my part. My mother in law ended up doing most of the hosting. She had to go up to the host whom was sitting with other staff to ask her about the cake and other stuff. We pay so much money and have limited time in the party room that it's so important for the host to be attentive and do her part. We didn't even realize the time because we were so busy watching the kiddos and weren't told anything, so we ended up opening presents pretty much 5 minutes before we had to give up the room. My son was rushing to open his gifts and some guests missed this and the cake too. I placed the pizza orders on the Thursday urban air tells you to and we still didn't get them after 1 hour if being at the party.

First time here my 7 year old son enjoyed it however my son wanted to eat here so I ordered him a slice of pizza that took 40mins to get but as a restaurant manager I didn’t say anything because I get it the girl was alone but still it was a slow Wednesday and she stayed in the back while people waited for refills other people had to constantly ask for help from the front desk and the little time she did ho go the front she was on the phone …I decided to order another slice of pizza for me and the girl had a huge attitude and seemed so bothered I had ordered again… very unprofessional but thank you to the manager who noticed I been waiting he gave my son a free icee… will be back just recommend getting for help in the cafe

Went on a Thursday for my daughters birthday! We had ordered some pizza combo think it’s 2 pizzas and 4 drinks well I was never told the kitchen closed at 7! Well my kids stayed without eating because I wasn’t able to bring food from outside! They were kicking us out since 7:40! They had another big party there probably family form a worker which was getting drinks and food free!! Whatever I don’t mind but they were kicking us out and a lady was looking at us so hard! Once we were out we passed by in-front of the doors and they still had that other family in there!! Well never again!! No thanks too pricey to be getting all that bad attention form the workers/ owners at that place!!

If you are a kid you will love this place. Now if you are a parent or adult TAKING kids here....not so much. The concept and location are great. The reality is, this place is staffed with a bunch of teens and really young adults who clearly looked annoyed when asked anything. The entire facility can use a good cleaning. Also, several attractions were closed yet we still are charged full price not being able to enjoy the full place. The snack bar is way overpriced and really messy and visually unappealing. Lastly, be aware that in addition to the entry cost participants are REQUIRED to purchase a pair or their socks.

I give it a 5 star only because worker by Jeremy he has great customer service very professional polite great work ethic all around every time iv come this young man gives so much hope to the generation if he didn't work here I'd give it a 3 star because of cleanliness and things being broken and lack of supervision in different areas paraquat and staff because there kids should be watching them but staff if they see something dangerous should step in I see kids on the very top of the obstacle ball pit area the part there not supposed to be at and too many kids in one area. And list goes on

I called and spoke with the manager, Savanna, about the birthday packages . She was very informative and very helpful. about a week later, I went in to leave the deposit for the birthday party. She was very sweet, she gave me a tour around the place since I personally never been. She answered all my questions. I definitely will recommend my family / friends to come to Urban Air Trampoline . You know it's just a place to go and watch the kids let off some steam. It's fun to let the kids run around for a bit and have a few adult drinks! They got smacks clean restrooms, employees are usually ready to help. Make the most of it! The feeling inside, like any other place with many sweaty folks , is kind of muggy inside. Not fresh air, but muggy. The spacing between the areas is a little tight but Hey, nowadays what isn't? Not too expensive, so, what the hay... let's enjoy some time away from home! We'll be back!

Place is run by kids who can’t be bothered to do the job they were hired for. All huddled up in the corner laughing and chatting. While there I noticed some older kids bullying some much younger ones. It was terrible and the staff did absolutely nothing. The bathrooms were very dirty and overall this place needs a good cleaning. Management needs to take a good hard look at who they have and reestablish it’s standards. Customer service training is in dire need here. Someone is going to get hurt. I would not recommend.

11/18/23 Good place to bring the kids to have some fun! BUT... Place is in need of some maintenance! You can feel the soft spots everywhere and a lot of unevenness! Some of the employees didn't look like they wanted to be there lots of them were on their phones and not paying attention to what was going on around them??? wish they had more activities for younger kids , all the attractions are for older kiddos. they have a cool ball pit but kids cant play in it, its designated for the people doing the obstacle course , kinda a tease for small kids who want to play with the balls & the same goes for the foam pit... please add some light in the small playground , it's so dark when the sun goes down. it's like they forgot to add some lights there. my kids were scared to play and said it was creepy dark.

The place was very dirty! The staff was not sanitizing any of the surfaces The place was over crowded and there was absolutely no social distancing! We left immediately! This is a very DANGEROUS place to visit! Not because of the attractions. But, because of the lack of sanitizing and cleanliness! We do not recommend this place! Parents.... Do not bring your children here. You do not want to expose them to such a high risk of contamination!!!

It's ok but, Not so much for the workers. They walk around with drinks in their hands and do not pay attention to what's going on with the kids running around all over the place where you're not supposed to run. It's cool the price is good because you can be there all day with your wrist band from my understanding. It's a lot of fun for the kids and they have message chairs but there pricey. If your on a budget and with more then one kid then I would say no to going over there It's 15.50$ for just basic and 25$ for ultimate per person. Plus 4$ for socks. Extra money It's cool because it's all day. On a budget or tight on money I would say no.

Great place but not for birthdays. I found out there was a 100.00 coupon after I booked it. It seems like Bandera is the place to go.. They have all the deals! They wouldn't honor it. The waitress was awesome but it was really expensive to have a party there! We will book at the bandera location next time!

This place needs to highly reconsider selling adult beverages in a place meant for children. Some adults should NOT be drinking especially around children. While I won't go into the nasty details of an unpleasant assault that took place ( while almost every employee on the floor was glued to their phones completely ignoring the red flags going on all around) the manager did step up and make the situation right in the end.

Excellent place for kids, not too pricy and went on Friday around 3 PM and it was not crowded at all, perfect for us!!We had pizza it was pretty decent, my kids was running around and being so excited. The staff is young and friendly. One recommendation is: they should clean more the establishment saw some dander and hair on some of the trampoline still deserves a 5 star, other than that was a lot of fun and worthy!!

Very DIRTY!!!! It smells. You can see all the dirt and dust on the floor and on the shoe rack it has not been cleaned. The girl that helped us seemed like she was in a rush and there was no line or no one waiting it was only us. I would have asked for my money back but my daughter would have started crying. I told the girl the socks wouldn't fit because I know my kid and I was like No they are to small.

Best birthday party my grandson ever had! All because the GM, Rylan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The owners, Michele and Paul are great leaders and that's evident in the staff that took great care of us. My grandson didn't want to leave!

My granddaughter loved this place! She went wild in there and made a new friend. There are so many was for a kid to have fun at urban air. We went to a birthday party that was held in a little private room. The room felt like a warehouse storage room to me. The kids were having so much fun. I don't think they saw the room the same way that I did. So, a great place for kids overall!

It's our first time here for a friend's son birthday party and I'm very pleased with our experience. The place is clean and very orderly. The staff are attentive and friendly. I also love that they have a cafe with snacks and drinks(coffee which I'm so happy about). The place is also very spacious and lots of seating area. I can see myself taking my kids again over and over.

employees are disrespectful , little kids hitting big kids and the staff won’t care and when the big kids hit the little kids by accident they make it a big deal by bringing the manager and making them wait till parents are there . overall place is good but the staff are disrespectful . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FLIPZ IS BETTER THEY HAVE BETTER STAFF AND NOT EXPENSIVE FOOD !!

Kids had a blast! Highly recommend. The only thing is... I feel a few employees need to work a little bit on the way they address people, or put bigger signs up, or have a person per station/area to better enforce the rules. But... I also know how people are hard-headed and can't follow simple rules. Employees just don't let people get the best of you. Great job.

It was alright. There were plenty of activities to do for the ultimate pass. However it was pretty messy, unclean tables, and some flooring was wobbly and gave off a not safe vibe to me. Ordered a pizza and it took a long time and it came out burnt and was like 1/4 crust. I could go on but if I do I may lower the score. I was disappointed to say the least.

It’s just too crowded especially at weekends Restrooms are not very clean and each playing station there is an accident. In Tx weather especially summer times you would feel like have to find indoor activities for your kids. Best shot for here could be as early as possible in the morning and bring your cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer with you..

My boys had an awesome time today. I noticed cohen was very interactive with not only my boys but all the others kids, which I appreciate so much! Also Chasity was so bright and bubbly working the sky rider and very interactive throughout the time my family was here today! Definitely going to come back! My son said this place is amazing!

Place has good entertainment, a decent amount of trampolines, arcade, WALL climbing, food, and drinks. The only thing I didn't like is how crowded it gets and people not being considerate on wearing a mask when they're sick.. too many people were coughing, and you can't avoid walking into it.. but they at least spray the harnesses..

Birthday Party, nice set up individual rooms. Rooms are already decorated you are supplied with plates,forks ,anything that is necessary for a party.The hostess was very polite and attentive to the needs of the family and everyone else that was there. Plenty of excitement and things to do while you are there. I will go back again.

We had an absolutely horrible experience here! The socks would not fit over my 10 year old daughter's heel and someone that is supposedly from corporate office refused to let her wear socks we purchased from a different location. We recieved a refund and will now be heading to Flipz. Please don't waste your time here!

My kid loves to go here because she is an only child. Snacks are expensive and slow to get ordered and served. It seems like everyone working is under 16 years old. The bathrooms never seem clean. There is not enough seating during busy days. Most of the seating is saved for parties that aren't happening.

The ride was good traveled to Dallas stopped in Austin to pick up or some passengers had reached their destination, these stops had a covered waiting area however San Antonio has no covered area.When we arrived in SA we had to wait in the cold for our ride and the same thing before take off.

The manager was making up her own rules in addition to what was posted. Clearly the sign says do not attempt a double flip, but the manager was yelling at us saying no flips of any kind. Even the employees apologized for the way she was treating us. Maybe she was just having a bad night...

Just visiting for a birthday party. The place was very busy, felt stuffy and smelled like old socks. Tons of staff walking around. The private birthday area was very small, very little seating. Personally wouldn't entertain here. Great place for kids. Don't know anything about the pricing.

Celebrated my son's 10th day here the other day. Affordable to book...I booked mine by just buying individual tickets in advance w/ pizza,drinks,.. It saved me like $60 rather than booking an event...but that's also because we didn't have 10 jumpers. Anyways, love love love this place!!

Probley the best theme park I've been too. The Workers are super chill. I hit one on accident and I said sorry. And they said its okay. They are the type of people to laugh with you. A worker was with a little girl helping her build blocks. The community is a great PLACE! I suggest it!

Do not get the membership if your kid is 48in shorter. I got the membership because the first time my daughter visit this place, she loved it and she was able to ride the glide on air thing but then she can only ride it depends on whoever is incharged on that area.

Upon getting a waiver, the employee wanted to sign me up under a fake email. I had them call the mgr cause I wasn't agreeing to a fake email. Then I ordered a 4 piece tender meal. 2 were full strips and 2 were nugget size and food was burnt. Very disappointing.

The whole facility is very dirty. (Bathrooms, tables, play areas, etc ) The employee in the front desk is always super friendly and welcoming. Sadly the majority of the staff are not as welcoming, and get upset when they have to assist with the attractions.

A place where it discriminates short people. My kid couldn't ride the glide ride because she is too short but she is almost 8, is it my daughters fault that she is short? I couldn't even cancel my membership even if I don't want it anymore for this reason.

Kids had a great time there are a lot of different courses for the price.. only thing I was hoping for was a quiet area like they have at the urban air off of I-35n and more charging ports also like the I-35 n location but overall awesome place

My grandsons loved it. But I gotta say I didn't like that I had no chose but to buy your socks. I think more benches needed for parents/grandparents wanting to sit. As far as the massage chairs people are only using them to sit.

Such a great place however, food service isn't great. They do not call your name in the intercom, there's none. & you are not given a light up ready device. You constantly have to go to food court to see if your order is there

My Kid's Overall Enjoyed They Liked the Pizza it had Good Taste. They could use like a staff member right up front by the doors so the little ones Won't wonder off Especially because The Playground is right up front.

Great place to bring your kids and get a mental break. My grandchild and his friends love it here. So much for them to do to get their energy out. The staff is friendly and helpful and food prices are decent.

This place is awesome....tons of things for the kids to play on and they have beer and wine coming soon and huge TV's to watch the games while the kids play. Love it!! Way better value than Flips.

Perfect place to let the kids burn some energy. The staff is very polite and accommodating, I believe the gentleman that helped us was named Landen...he made the experience safe and fun.

Don’t waste your money on a deluxe pass. Staff just stands around grouped up. No one is checked wrist bands or regulated the different areas the entire. Very dissatisfied, disappointed.

A little too expensive the older kids had a blast it was my grandson's 4th birthday and he was extremely disappointed he couldn't get on all of the activities and the service was okay

My 4 year old had a blast here. Great place to take your little ones and big kiddos too. Plenty to do. And the snack bar has many items to choose from.

My Kids had a great time even though they were the only ones in the place. Paid for the ultimate package with socks. Total $45 for both. 2 hrs of play.

It was so much fun. Had alot even fir my 2 year old nephew to do there. Even grown ups get to run around and play with their kids. Fun and lots to do.

The kids and adults had a lot of fun. Good exercise after the pandemic. Even though it's not over... Thank you for keeping it clean and sanitized.

Fun, fairly inexpensive place for the kids. It's brand new so everything is still nice. Pay for the kids to play all day. There's no time limit.

The girls working there were rude to my daughter going on the ride so she didn’t want to go on it again and looked like they were miserable

Kids (ages 4 and 7) loved it... didn't want to leave. They also have a snack area to feed kids and where parents can enjoy adult beverages.
