I've been short-changed several times at this store when making purchases. Mostly from the post office section where staff have sent my packages via the wrong/cheaper service, when I paid for a more expensive postage, and also failed to give me my receipts. This has happened several times. When I asked staff why this has repeatedly happened, they told me staff have not yet been properly trained. If that's the case, they shouldn't be serving any customers at all! On another occasion, I was overcharged for an item which was wrongly priced, and when I went back for a refund the manager short-changed me again by not refunding the full amount, and again didn't give me my receipt. I will never shop at this store again.

This Post Office is handy for click and collect but often there is only one person serving at the counter so if there is someone trying to send a number of parcels/letters in front of you, then be prepared for a lengthy wait to be seen. This post office is within the Budgens but has different operating hours, so it opens later and closes earlier than the store.

This post office is NOT open on Sundays. Despite smugly claiming on the outside of the shop that they're "Like a bank. But open" on weekends, it turns out this branch has the same opening hours as any other post office. I had a completely wasted trip in the rain - thank you!

I am a regular customer and I can say that they are very polite and they have excellent service ! Very quick and always there to help ! Mostly I am going to return many things like more than 4-5 packages and I spend there less than 3-4 minutes ! 5 stars for sure !

Opening times especially on weekend need a lot of improvement. States one thing on line and the other when you actually visit this post office. Advice always make sure you confirm weekend opening times before you make any plans.

In the reviews, I believe people are confusing this small-embedded-supermarket store with the full sized Islington Post Office that is 200 metres south on Upper Street. The full sized post office has shorter opening hours

They know that opening hours on google are wrong many months now but seems no one intends to correct them. Also, they close at random hours on Saturdays. Impassive customer service. Addition: Slower than a funeral.

How many people have to ask for the hours to be updated for it to change on here?? They will literally put the cardboard up in your face at noon or at 3 or whenever they decide they actually close that day…

I sent 12 envelopes containing a medal and a certificate at this post office and all of the recipients got back to me because the medal enclosed was missing! Envelopes crumpled and torn! ☹️ …
