"Life about to look forward for better way to achieve success and good future by learning and open his sight of eye to see the blind spot that he never discover the other side let's your spirit fly out of your body to the see world how moving around you when you walking the beautiful things touched by your ray of brightness heart keep going to achieve your dream don't let things distracting you from the goal that you born to have focusing work hard look at up touch the blue sky to clear your mind from all things that take you away mentally from realties"
"Why does this school's staff answering the phones give me such attitude? Everyone I have spoken to has given me the answer "I don't know", or has treated me like my question isn't worth their time"
"Great college! One of the key strengths is the ample culture that surrounds the particular career chosen"

Concordia is one of those schools where your experience can be very good or very bad depending on what you pursue. I personally had great semesters and some not so great semesters, it all depends. It helps to read course descriptions and professor ratings and it also helps to become informed of campus activities and to be proactive. The difference between being a passive student and a participatory student who knows their professors can really change the experience. Some professors are great and professional, while others have no aptitude for teaching. It also helps that classes are relatively small and that makes participation and learning a bit easier, along with the fact that most students are mature and like to learn, though you do end up with some interesting classmates though most people are not super competitive and many professors like changing up activities. The only thing I really hated was how the grading followed a normal distribution curve. In general the school runs pretty automatic and you wouldn't even have to see an academic advisor or anything but it helps to. It also helps that Concordia downtown campus has a great location and you have amenities like great food options, an art museum and public transit all within walking distance.

Why does this school's staff answering the phones give me such attitude? Everyone I have spoken to has given me the answer "I don't know", or has treated me like my question isn't worth their time. No one assuring me help, no one treating me with respect, and I believe I have averaged six calls to answer one question. The lack of customer service is horrible, and I think they have lost touch that they are providing us a service. We deserve respect. Thus far, my university experience has been very difficult, due to the arrogance.
Great college! One of the key strengths is the ample culture that surrounds the particular career chosen... It's based on the principle that this is just one step in building a strong education and providing the tools for personal growth. So it was for me! Some of the buildings are old but they added to the flavour of studying complimentary elective subjects such as philosophy, psychology, 18th century UK FR, etc. My concentration was economics.
Concordia's Loyola Campus received everything that is good about Concordia University, if only i could count the number of times i wish i was studying there instead of the downtown campus. Super nice architectural buildings, plants and trees, parks, clean classrooms, quiet library, huge playing field, sports and recreation center, friendly people. Loyola Campus is the place to be.
This campus is so beautiful, authentic and fabulous, that a student may decide to prolong their studies, just to stay there. There is definitely a special atmosphere emanating from the old buildings, in this warm and serene place of knowledge, discovery, reflection and evolution. A close-by train station makes the campus easily - and pleasantly - accessible.
Student's evaluations about the course and professor does not matter. Some profs are very bad, I don't know why they are retaining such profs, it not good for the future of students.Academic advisers do not listen.Sadly, this university is here to monetize their interests from international students.Highly unsatisfied.
I did my undergrad there and I think I would put it this way, if you're in a rush and just want to get your degree then this is the right place for you, but if you're looking for a place to learn and get yourself engaged in the programs and in the campus and experience a good student life then seek somewhere else.
Didnt like the experience at concordia, I didnt understand the teachers very well as they were foreign. So I dropped the courses. Now in in another school and I'm learning so much better than Concordia. Also they should hire teachers who can teach not like that Russian math teacher I had.
Bad experience with this university. I call minimum 10 times during their office hours until someone finally hears it and decides to pick up and after barely asking my first question they want to get me off the phone. And most of the time they don't know what they are talking about.
Loved this campus! Smallest of the two Concordia campuses, it is welcoming, warm and innovative. Great supporting services. Good sports facilities to be active year round. A shuttle service brings students and staff from one campus to the other. All your need is your Concordia ID.
Great sports facility. There has always been a strong emphasis on healthy active living at Concordia. With their ever expanding and revamping of their Athletics offerings, it shows. Their outdoor fields are kept in beautiful condition and well used.
This campus has all the necessary facilities for the students. From obvious things like residences and cafes up to bookstore and gym. If you are looking for entertaining life experience, then consider living in one of residences on Loyola.
This is my favorite campus in Montreal, it is wide, perfect for studying, and out of the chaotic city of Montreal. Also, the old Gothic architecture gives it a nice university vibe, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
Used Fitness center - abdolutely perfect. 1 star off - for showers. Waste of time, and water. No pressure; need to run it forever to get to lightly warm temperature . Instead of 3 minutes it takes 20. Otherwise the place is awesome.
Very poor services. Extremely difficult to reach someone if you are having an issue registering classes or need assistance of some sort. It is a pretty decent education, but it's just a disaster to navigate the bureaucracy.
Great University Campus where most science and applied human science courses are. People are very studious, a lot of green on campus. Walking distance from Loyola Park. Air feels more fresh compare to the downtown campus.
It is very hard to obtain answers to your questions while in the process of applying to the university. Edit: a few years later, I am studying here and it is a fairly good university, lots of multiculturalism, and events.
Though I only have classes at the Downtown campus I can still say that this is an absolutely gorgeous campus. I go here a lot to study in their library. Wish I actually had class here.
Lived in residence (Jesuit) for 8 months. The mini-campus at Loyola is more tranquil than the busy downtown campus. The residence itself is too noisy and the walls are rather thin.
Great open Campus with sports facility. The Campus is green and parking can be found within walking distance in the residence area. Buildings are old but it is part of its charm!
Beautiful campus with plenty of places to study. Most of the times quite with pretty good restaurants around. Absolutely suggested, if you are looking for somewhere to study.
Great preservation of the historical building. Concert hall is definitely one of the best among the Montreal universities. Area is quiet compared to its downtown campus.
Really nice campus in the heart of NDG Peaceful, unlike the hustle and bustle of downtown campus Shuttle bus connects both campuses and runs at 20-30 min intervals
Did a drop off, very little visible activity on Campus (due to Covid-19 prevention measures) The campus grounds look fresh and well maintained.
This building is recently renovated and beautiful. I appreciate the architecture and the art that is placed on the side of the campus. … Plus
Has an amazing reputation in the business world . However, some professors have thick English accent and almost impossible to understand them
I go to JMSB, but got exploited by my teacher. The entire class got to work for her and her relatives' companies. That class was BTM 480.
Loyola campus of Concordia is a beautiful Campus. It would have been cooler if All of Concordia moved into this beautiful campus. … Plus
We visited because my son is thinking of attending. Overall it’s a pleasant environment, but needs some renovations and energy adding!
Beautiful campus, the staff on hand are very nice and if you're taking classes there the AHSC department is quite the experience.
Worst University in whole Canada, non interactive staff, don't respond to emails and bad mouthed program coordinator.
It's nothing on McGill's campus, but it's at least a campus. The sports facilities and gym here are also quite good.
Great arena and sports complex. Especially post renovation, the rooms are cleaner and much more spacious!
I would recommend Concordia as a great option if you are working full-time and doing school part-time.
Top notch University with state of the art hi tech classes, diverse students and excellent education.
I had no expectations, but somehow I'm still disappointed..The food sucked but Tim's had good vibes
Recognized curriculum and certificates. Its also well situated around downtown area with buildings.
Est allé jouer au basket avec des amis il y a quelque temps, propre et bien aimé les installations
Great campus with lots of trees and areas to take in the outdoors. The fields are well maintained
You can pay your way into getting in this school. McGill rejects are the cream of the crop here.
Great place! lots of history associated with Concordia, great programs and great professors!
Very, very old building, very difficult to find your classroom due to poor indications.
This university gives a very good college vibe of studying and enjoying the campus
Beautiful campus. Great school. Take the dog for a walk there nearly every day.
They help honestly regardless of the way 1 dresses and offer multiple financing
Beautiful campus, I enjoyed taking all of my advanced science courses here.
Facilities are kind of falling apart in some buildings. Nice campus though!
I thinks its culture is punctual and its educational activityes are so good
Pretty old building - a bit ugly on the inside, but nice campus outside.
Plz stop the concert cannot sleep. Too much botheration for residence.
It's a great place for a activities, companionship and fun. …
A huge university area with variety of services for the students.
Nice open area, good location, historic. Great school overall
I love this campus and the library is very good for studying.
Online classes but tuitions for in-person. What's the logic?
Great university! Love going to this campus in the summer.
It's a school... It's far from things but pretty looking.
Very great university, many programs are free. Love it.
Got education AND a girlfriend. Would recommend :)
Spending more time here than my own home …
Amazing school, good teachers. But very strict
Good school. If you can, go to McGill instead.
So much to see and do. Even for non students
Amazing faculty and firsts class facilities
