Hi, we used to give our clothes for dry cleaning for more than 1 year and everything used to be good but recently some incidents happened. 1) Once i gave a branded t-shirt for dry cleaning and they returned me another t-shirt of the same color but of a very small size and its clear that it wasn't mine. The management took no initiation to return my actual t-shirt or pay me for the t-shirt. 2) Recently we gave a shirt for dry cleaning and after dry cleaning and the shirt was torn due to mishandling of the cloth and when i tried taking it to them, they told that it has happened from our side and we are pretty sure that this didn't happen from our side. PLEASE STOP GIVING YOUR VALUABLE CLOTHES TO THIS SHOP AND YOU WILL NOT FIND WAY BETTER LAUNDRY'S IN SHARJAH.

Clothes are not cleaned. All they are doing in putting some perfume spray and putting the item in a plastic wrapper. Pointed out the poor quality of cleaning on many occasions.. they just continue to do what they do. Really poor quality work and not recommended if you really want clean laundry.

They didn't actually wash the my jackets just wrapped it with hanger thats it. When you complain they said it was best washed. Trust me they are very substandard and liars. Think twice before you hand over your valuables to them.
