I recently purchased a 2008 Cadillac DTS from Universal Auto Sales. They were honest and polite. The vehicle was a rebuilt. I was shown pictures and encouraged to take it and have it checked out. It has been a great car. However, this is not the reason I am leaving a review. A few weeks later the outer skin of the hood came off while my pregnant wife was driving. I called Universal Auto Sales. I was told to bring the vehicle in and they would find a hood for me and everything. Two days pass. I walk in to pay my payment five days late. Universal Auto Sales waives the late fees. The two gentlemen up front assure me they will find a hood for me and take care of everything. This was at the end of the week. At the first of the following week I receive a call at work that Universal Auto Sales has found a hood and I can come and get it. I get off work and drive to Nashville. As I am getting my items out of the car (I think it will take hours) one of the gentlemen from up front and another in the garage come out with the hood. It is literally on and off before I can get my items out! I would like to note Universal Auto Sales, NEVER blamed me, accused me of weird stuff, asked me to take care of it, blamed my wife, or even said a word. They put the hood on and shook my hand and said, "Thank you"! I never write reviews, however, this was incredible and I will buy as many cars from them as I can. My next car purchase will be with Universal Auto Sales. I cannot recommend Universal Auto Sales enough! This should serve as a sterling example in how to conduct business and more importantly; treat others. Thank you Universal Auto Sales.

I am a US ARMY Veteran. Proud 82nd Airborne. And I have to let everyone know that this place is a rip off. I contacted them about a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. I do my research about anything I am interested in and I just had to laugh when they told me that they wanted $2800.00 down payment and $240 biweekly until I paid off the $11,000. Which didn't included the taxes and other fees. Yes, I understand that they fixed the van up after they had bought it from an insurance auction. It had been in an accident, resulting in damage to the rear hatch but this is crazy. Who is going to pay $480. A month for a 8 yr old car. This place may have fixed it up but they are ridiculously expensive and a rip off. Report: Sorry I am as I said a disabled Veteran and not able to get out very easily so I don't go to check out things that I feel are overly priced and not worth the time. But luckily I have been in contact with a great company who is actually bringing the car to me and working with me. Anyone who wants to know about a truly great place who cares about its Veterans ill be writing a review later. Otherwise deal with this place

Incredibly overpriced on vehicles. We looked up various vehicles on the lot. The particular vehicle we were interested in would of been worth no more than $3200 on KBB in excellent condition. The vehicle he was selling he priced at $5000 out the door after the vehicle had been wrecked and was in complete disarray. Bald tires, disgusting interior, rusted out underneath with caked on mud. Even had a noticeable patch over the radiator. Even after pointing out all these deficiencies and showing him what the vehicle was worth in great condition he stood firm on his price. He was polite and it's his business to run but if this is how this place conducts business than anyone who buys here is getting ripped off bad. Just being honest. With the condition of the vehicle it was worth no more than 2000-2500. To try to sell it for double it laughingly oblivious to its value.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. CAME TO LOOK AT A GENESIS THEY HAD THRE HAD $2500 FOR MY DOWN PAYMENT AND DEALERSHIP EVEN GAVE ME INFO TO GET THE INSURANCE. I GO BACK TO SHOW THEM PROOF OF INSURANCE AND DUDE THERE DID NOT WANT TO SELL ME THE CAR BECAUSE HE THOUGHT MY BROTHER WILL DRIVE IT! HES WAS CHECKING CAR OUT FOR ME. AND IT SHOULDNT MATTER WHO DRIVES IT I GOT FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE. HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE!!! BAD BUISNESS. NEXT TIME ILL MAKE SURE TO READ THE REVIEWS. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Now I have to see if they refund me for the insurance…..

Thought I had a great experience but I was completely wrong. I have never purchased a rebuilt title before but decided to do so this time because my coworker had purchased a car from them and had no issues. Needless to say, not even a month after purchasing the car, I took it to be inspected and boy what did I find out. Let's just say I will have to spend a total of 650.00 to 700.00 dollars to fix the issues correctly because they only did enough to sale the car. PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE THESE CARS FOR AN INSPECTION BEFORE PURCHASING

Universal is the best auto place I’ve ever been to. The workers are mad welcoming, respectable and very helpful. They honestly know how to treat their customers. Bought a car my sales person was both Mo And Danny who gave me the best deal, having me leave with sexy 2017 Honda civic… best day ever. I had to come back because I realized the brakes were not so good and Odeino the mechanic took care of me no additional charge. Soooooo I’d highly recommend here to get your car

The worse company in the world. We purchased a van here and was told it was in good shape and dependable! 3 weeks after the purchase we had to have a new radiator put in and a tune up $958.26. This week which is 4 weeks since purchase we have now have to get a new catalytic converter put in so it will pass inspection to get our tags! We are now having to pay another $978.00. NO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! VERY BAD COMPANY!!!!

The owner heewa answered all my questions and gave me the opportunity to take the vehicle to get inspected before buying! I absolutely loved this place! The staff are very helpful and seemed happy to see me! The cars are amazing and the price is very affordable. I was able to talk to the manager about how much I can afford for the down payment and how much my monthly payement will be and he was very understanding. So far so good. Purchased a vehicle here, got a great deal for a very nice and clean car. They offer vehicles for sale either by cash or in-lot financing. Lot and office is very clean. They treat you very well and can help you with any of your service needs after your purchase. Friendly and honest staff and they are not pushy. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are an honest car lot. They will show before and after pictures. Cars are fairly priced. The staff is friendly. They do the repairs them selfs on site. Cars have a 30 day service engine light warranty. Cars are newer with little wear. They do a good job repairing them before selling them.

The price of the cars are somewhat reasonable. They are rebuilt engines, he wasn't completely upfront about that when I leased the car. Heewa will repo your car if you’re two weeks behind or just 1 payment behind.. this even includes if you paid off over half the car.

This was the easiest and fastest experience I've ever had buying a car. I was able to get my dream car at an amazing price. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Universal Auto to anyone that I know is in the market for a great deal.
