I've read a lot of reviews about the post office (mainly about the employee working there.) Just came from there and she was kind of rude when I first walked in but she is also very informative and made sure I understood everything she was explaining to me about my package. Will I ever go there again? Only if I have to.

I had an order little package that came through Houston that literally sit there for eight days I don't know what they were doing they would say that it was there and then it wasn't there and then it was there it sat in Houston for eight days just to get to New Waverly which is 50 miles away makes no sense whatsoever

Extremely horrible experience. The lady at the counter was very rude, uncourteous and behaving in a very uncivilized manner. Somebody needs to remind her that she is getting paid for doing the job and not warming the seat. Best to avoid. I only hope she posted my mail after all the terrible experience.

Worst customer service. The female employee is always very rude! I have yet to catch her on her good day!!!!She tries to scare you off. She needs to be fired and some friendly person should be hired. Either she does not need this job or is inherently rude.

The lady at this post office has no intention of doing her job and is very rude. She is one of the worst customer service person I have ever seen, even helping with a basic postal transaction. My recommendation to USPS is just weed out people like her.

Mailed a charger to someone who left it while visiting. Taped the envelope completely shut, but did not insure or certify the item. The item was removed from the envelope and the package arrived with contents removed. Be leery of this location.

Security like at a airport due to the fact it's a governemnt building, so beware of belts and metal in your pocket, that will all go through the xray. The security staff and the post office staff were extremely helpful and nice. Easy going

The lady working the desk was helpful and polite, the place is easy to find (first floor inside the building). I'm not sure what other reviewers are expecting...IT'S A POST OFFICE!! They aren't going to bend over backwards for you.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a post office. The lady working there is barely qualified to lick a stamp much less operate a postal facility. They should also just remove the phone since it will not be answered.

You will go through security and you will pass the cafeteria to get to the post office. The attendant helped me a lot to have my items fit into an envelope vs. a box which saved me some money. It was quick and easy.

I have been going to this location for years. It is the same lady serving the front desk every time. The location requires security scan so come without belt or jackets for a faster time.

Be aware that this post office is inside the federal courthouse building. That means going through what can be long security lines. Post office itself doesn't seem that busy though.

The employee here was very quick and knowledgeable. Was in and out within 5 minutes.
