I agree with previous review, this station needs to be shut down or staff removed, lose their jobs. They never deliver mail daily, 2 to 3 times a week tops, leave mail and packages at wrong addresses regularly and ask US to deliver their mail/packages they delivered to wrong addresses. If you leave the mail in mailbox so they can deliver to right address they never pick it up, but put circulars on top of that wrongly delivered mail. Mr. Mathews is in the business of making excuses for his employees instead of addressing valid concerns or complaints. For years. All my concerns are the same ones shared by multiple people here. No delivery, slow delivery, delivery to wrong houses, marking undeliverable to business on packages going to residence. Delivering at 7pm or 8 pm, no doubt for the overtime pay, yet during the day you see the mail trucks parked in an abandoned area near by, for hours. As per other reviews, I have also experienced them marking packages delivered like from Amazon when they have NOT. Last week they marked a package delivered on Friday the 8th but it was not actually delivered until Tuesday the 12th. It's so bad I told Amazon that any packages coming via USPS just cancel, I am willing to pay more, buy it somewhere else or wait more as long as no USPS. Read the reviews, these are all recurring themes. If you want this addressed good luck as you can't get a hold of Ms. Ross the station manager as no numbers are published or given out. Imho, their carriers have learned from one very young lady who got bit by a dog after 3 months or so on the job, apparently she got full disability with full benefits for the rest of her life after working a few months so she is now retired. Now they all want a piece of that pie and are continually on injured/medical leave. Once in a great while you get a totally awesome new carrier but they never last more than a few weeks as they get transferred since the worthless, lazy crew seems to be a tight clique in that station. Pathetic service, has changed my mind and I believe USPS should be privatized asap. I fully expect to be retaliated against for this post (as in the past when I complained about the same damn things several years ago)and they refused to deliver to me for two weeks, but to all the new comers awww, no, it's not you, it's them. Edit: 8/2019 Well a looooong time has past since my review. Nothing much has changed, the carriers are spotty if it is too hot, too cold, too wet etc. They follow the 3 little bears method of delivery. Everything had to be just right, moon in alignment, weather clear and they feel like doing what the get a paycheck for. They still claim outlandish stuff to keep delaying Amazon orders, apparently they prefer if you pick them up from post office. Last one was a pkg. weighing less than 2 lbs. BUT I revise because the clerks at the station have always been outstanding. Efficient, professional and polite. Their carriers are so incredibly the opposite. Carriers and their supervisors: If it's too hard of a job for you then please please get another job instead of just bellyache, give horrible service while you collect a paycheck and wait for a fat pension. Truly you represent everything that is a cliche about government run institutions. 6/15/2021 Mr. Matthews and his carriers have not improved, the opposite. Bad attitude and retaliation if you DARE to complain. Sadly the new manager has not made necessary changes. Still won't deliver pkgs above 12 oz. Mr. Matthews swears he will get a delivery there at a certain day and time and it STILL doesn't happen. Then they refuse to answer the phone during business hours. So once again they feel they get away with doing what they want when they want and woe to you if you complain.

Im not sure who's to blame so I am leaving a review on both sites (Queendom and USPS)I ordered products on January 9,2020.I received an email that my order was out for delivery on Jan 13.I have contacted USPS(more than 3 times) and they have created claims and the issue hasn't been resolved.I reached out to the merchant and was told that it looks like the post office lost my package but I have insurance on it. Every  time I contact the post office I am on hold for over an hour.TODAY is the first time I have been given new information .Post office informed me that the package didn't have the correct zip code on it and it kept going back to the post office and that it will be sent back to the merchant.She also said that whoever scanned the package failed to put RETURN TO SENDER.Now I'm starting to feel like I am getting the run around.I contacted the merchant and when I told her that the post offcie said the zip code was incorrect she replied "IF THE ZIP CODE IS INCORRECT THAT WOULD BE AN ERROR ON YOUR PART."This comment bothered me because she said it without checking my order confirmation that clearly shows that I did put the CORRECT address.I feel that that type of comment shouldn't be made  without checking first. I also thought that there would be more concern about me not receiving my package especially since there are NO  refunds. I honestly prefer to get my package over the refund .But because this has been so difficult I just want my money back.I tried calling the merchant back to give the new update after I talked to the post office again but there was no answer.Also the post office rep hung up on me without giving more info about my package .According to her the system doesn't show where the package is or if it's in transit to the merchant.I really want to try the products but this situation has been so stressful I don't think I will order online anymore. If I do order again it ill be when I am in town and can visit the store. Currently I am on hold with the post office so that I can file a claim to receive a credit or get the package sent again. I would recommend using UPS or FEDEX because USPS has handled this horribly.Someone dropped the ball and I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

So the 17 of November i watched the mail lady walk up and deliver my mail then drive off from the doorway of my apt. When looking at the mail i was left a certified mail tag for redelivery because we weren't home. After seeing how blatantly lazy and unorganized this mail lady was i walked down the street and confronted her about my mail and reminded her that i was right there and saw her make no effort to get my certified mail. She then sifted through the mail for about 5 or 6 min to give me my legal documents that a company paid extra to insure i receive. I hate this post office. Terrible service and it is the reason for me moving. What a waist of government funds. I know they aren't delivering my mail. Like clock work had mail show up on time every month for creditors as well as personal mail. That was until I moved to my current address 4 months ago. Called and spoke with a route supervisor and nothing changed. What a dissapointment. Not going to waist time or money getting a po box either because they just suck so bad. Do your job people. I was getting a package delivered by UPS which was going great and on time until they transferred the package to this local post office. I knew what exact day my package was supposed to arrive so I was very observant and kept checking my front door. The day ended & I never got my package so I checked the status online and it said delivered!! Supposedly they attempted delivery at 6:27 pm and left a notice with instructions. I recall actually going outside at 6:30 and a little before that to check for the package and I never saw or even heard a truck pass. They did NOT leave the little paper they claimed to leave. (I looked everywhere in case it flew away or something) And now I’ve been calling having so much trouble to find my package since I don’t even have a tracking number from them or instructions on what I can do. All that info is on the paper they supposedly left at my door! I KNOW for a fact they didn’t even TRY to come deliver the package to my home!!! I wish I could leave negative stars or something.

Updated Review 11/12/20- Once again the mail delivery from this station continues to provide exceptionally horrible service. In the last month I have had a stack of my mail and a package delivered to a vacant house. My mail was placed on the porch and not in the box. Today some mail and a package was left on the front porch railing. The Supervisor Mr. Williams was apathetic to my concerns and I have yet heard back the station manager. The mail is always late; there is always missing mail that has been delivered to other neighbors addresses. I constantly receive mail in my mailbox that does not belong to me. I never receive my packages on time. The post carrier will indicate in the system that a package has been delivered when in reality the package is not delivered until 2 to 5 days after they have indicated. The employees and the Postmaster General for this location have no accountability or concern for their customers.

I am just leaving the post office (11-14-17 at 8:50am) and it’s very unfortunate the customer service is horrible. The custodian and mail delivery lady gives better customer service than here at the actual location. The lady I was speaking with ( at the package pick up door ) did not listen to me, continuously cut me off, and told me what she didn’t want to do. I then asked her to listen. When that didn’t happen and the attitude continued, I kindly told her I will wait for someone else to assist me. She then proceeded to the front to gossip to the front counter. Customer service needs to be addressed at this location. I am going to a different one where they treat their customers with respect. Thanks to the custodian who not only was pleasant and spoke but also came outside to make sure I was ok. The mail lady who always go above and beyond.They should take lessons from them.

I wish I could give a 00000. Worst service, deplorable. I may have received some of your mail. I tag it to my mailbox, they don't take it back. Last time I took mail back to the office I took 5 different households (one week). When I took the mail to the post office I also put in an 'Away. Hold mail at post office' . I was assured by supervisor this would be taken care of as I explained to him that the last time I put in an 'Away' my mail was delivered for the week anyway. He filled out this form that mail put in my mailbox would be monitored. Well this time it was no different. I was out of town for over a week. Mail sticking out of my mailbox again for over week. If it weren't for HPD (on Away from home patrol) stuffing and closing lid who knows. Good way to telegraph to the thieves. This sorry Post Office could have cost me gravely. They need some outside monitoring.

Attendant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Facility beautifully upkept from any type of trash or debris. Huge po boxes for any type of applications. Has a self service mailing center for much faster service. That includes materials to send all correspondence, weight measuring machine to find proper weight, and printing of proper labeling for your correspondence. This a full service United States Postal Office that isnt lacking anything to assist the customer in any way. Plenty of FREE parking for anyone visiting the United States Postal Office and any client in this strip mall. If planning to vote early ....there is a public library across the street that is doing voting and has almost no line wait to actually get your vote counted. So if limited on time don't hesitate to vome in and use their services then go vote America .

Very mixed reviews. My experience going into the lobby has always been pleasant, friendly, professional and courteous service. If I were to rate them on lobby Service I'd without hesitation rate it as five ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐. Unfortunately when there's an issue with receiving package delivery and speaking with someone over the phone, it's a fight. I was treated nicely by only two of the Five people I spoke with in attempt to get my issue resolved. Being told to call after 6:00 PM and on Saturday when there's no one available is no way to treat a customer that only want to know if package will ever be delivered. We are all human, people make mistakes. There's no need to abuse the customer when the error is somewhere within the USPS system and nothing the customer did except to trust them for expected delivery.

Recently went here in regard to a package that was not delivered to me. Normally the people that attend me when i get there are nice and cordial or at least respectful at the very least , i just provide them the tracking number and that's it, but today i got attended by one lady who seemed to have an attitude and the way she attended me, seemed very rude to me, it felt like if a cop was interrogating me, when in reality that was not necessary, i had written down all the info that was needed which she did not take until later on. With other people who have attended me i did not have that problem, all i did is provide the info and that's it. All i ask is just to treat people with dignity and respect, thats it. I was always respectful the whole time i was there.

The customer service is awful. The carrier for my apartment complex never delivers a package . There’s always a notice inside my mailbox informing me that I have to go to the post office to pick up my package because they couldn’t deliver it. They never even try the fact of the matter is they’re lazy and don’t want to do their job and because I live on the third floor I never get a package I’m always going to the post office to pick it up. And the service inside horrible as well.No one ever comes immediately to open the door when you ring the bell you have to stand and wait luckily this last time I had to pick up another package that couldn’t be delivered; there was a janitor in the lobby area cleaning up and he got them for me.

This is far most the sorriest laziest post office I've ever dealt with. If you have a package thats supposed to be delivered, but it isnt enough room in your box they wont deliver, they've actually lied saying things like there wasn't a safe place to deliver and this has been multiple times. Instead of leaving the pick up slip, i have to call to find out what happened with my package. I once received an empty ripped open package and when asked about it i was told it was delivered like that. So your post office sorted, put on the truck and delivered an ripped open package. You never know when to expect delivery. I mean the list goes on.

The workers here for the most part are mediocre and lazy. The carriers that deliver mail will not deliver your package if they cant cram it into your mailbox. They will lie about where your package is if you are tracking it. I spoke to a customer service agent about why my package wasnt delivered yet and she had the nerve to challenge me about why i needed it delivered since I lived right down the street. So basically if they dont feel like bringing you your stuff that YOU paid for, they will hold your stuff hostage until you come pick it up where you will most likely be waiting in a long slow line. This office sucks all around!

The worst! Cashier wanted me to purchase tape to place around a box I was returning. I was returning the Box with the same amount of tape it had when it was mailed to me through their services! Then I tell the damn lady I want to go ahead and pay for it and I will tape of my box when I get back to work because I was not about to buy any tape for this small box! Called her manager and she wants me to come back up there but it is so freaking inconvenient! I don't understand how she is working the front desk if she doesn't know what can and cannot be done!

Wet mail . Must wait to dry to read.Put other residents mail in my box and my mail in other residents mail.Stange people i never seen knocking on my door bringing my mail.I been hear since Aug.2018.These things have been going on since i moved in.Happen too many times.Do what you get paid to do.How would carrier feel if he/she mail wet and all residents/strangers knew his/her name and business or a package never got to them?Putting residents identify and personal information at risk.

I was tracking a package yesterday and got home about 3:30 pm. No package. Left front door open to wait for mail. The mail never came. Got an email saying my package was undeliverable at 6:43pm. My front door was opened. I never saw anyone and no notice was left for me as it stated. I had over $300 worth of merchandise coming and the post office is closed today. I'm mostly upset because they didn't attempt to leave anything at my door. That isn't right to lie about it.

The post office in this area has very very very poor service. The duplex apartment I live in has gotten a new mail box and the postal carrier failed to deliver my mail. And they deliver my package at the wrong apartment which is a vacant apartment and sits my package on the ground that anybody could pick it up and walk away. Very poor service. how do they still have a job. Lord knows. It's a shame people won't do their job and expect to get paid. That's sad.

Very poor customer service. Lady in front of me was of color and was treated in a nice manner and the person at the desk was patient with them. When it came to my turn, her mood just completely shifted and she was not willing to answer my questions and seemed like she wanted me to leave as soon as possible. Will not be visiting this location again, racist workers are the worst.

This is a great place to drop off pre-posted packages. The staff was friendly and worked as fast as they could, but there was still a bit of a wait because there was only two of them. But it is super cheap to send a book via USPS (less than $3.00!). Covid restrictions were pretty good, too. The only thing this place could use that machine where you can buy postage.

Really miss getting mail in the morning. All the staff needs to be replaced. I was supposed to receive my package today and it never arrived. No notice was left. Just had Animal Interference on the tracking on my phone. They probably too damn lazy to deliver it. Crazy how the rest of the mail was left in the mailbox but not my package.

I don’t know why everyone is giving such horrible reviews. Both attendants were polite, friendly and went out of their way to serve me and other customers present. Greeted while entering and leaving the store. Regarding package handing, I will update as my package is processed. But so far, amazing customer service!

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews because I have been going to this location for a couple years and they are always helpful and friendly. I’ve never had an issue and they went above and beyond when I had a missing package that we were eventually able to track. The customer service is excellent.

The best thing about this post office is if someone working there is giving you a hard time or not satisfying your needs to your likings, it’s a 100% guarantee that if you ask the next employer there, they will assistance you with your liking. I’ve definitely grown a liking to my local post office!

Wish I could give 0 rating. Stayed on hold for 1 hour and 12 minuets and still could not get through to anyone. I absolutely hate this post office and have considered moving just so that I don't have to deal with them. Lost packages, packages delivered to neighbors.... ITS JUST FREAKING HORRIBLE

Mail is ALWAYS LATE, like after 5:30pm LATE. Customer service at this location is terrible. Employees routinely rude, hostile and nonchalant. My experience with this post office was so bad that ultimately I just bought a P.O. Box at another location to divert my mail altogether.

This USPS office anchors the west end of the business center on the 5200 block of Griggs. It services the 77021 zip code. There is a nice large parking lot. I stopped in for a book of stamps and was pleased with the service.
