Supervisor is an white Supremus. I'm 50yrs old I've never been mistreated so badly.. the Supervisor will not allow you to change your address unless you get permission from her to moved. She stole my money did not refund it since she didn't Rinder any services to me. If you in the downtown area be prepared to not receive no packages. I'm on life support and some of my medical supplies comes through the mail. The delivery person is super lazy. And will not attempt to deliver. He/she will pull up a cross the street and doesn't even get out the van and will mark your packages undeliverable. I have ask the post off if they have an problem with delivering packages out my location so I can make other arrangements to receive my medical supplies. I seriously believe they are trying to kill me on purpose. Because they know if I don't receive my medical I will die.. I have security cameras videos of staff lying and not even attempt to deliver. This is the worse area to moved to. It's not because of the neighborhood it's the postal employee makes everyone living in senior living hell. Their probably hundreds of elderly people dying because of this post office. Again they have tried to murder me also..

Okay - here's the real. I use this post office all the time. The company I work for also uses this post office all the time. (As in daily.) I've never had any issues with my mail going missing. The two employees I've encountered (multiple times) are both very friendly, and very helpful. HOWEVER. there are only 2 employees! Sometimes only 1 is there at a time. This is obviously NOT the employees fault, but holy shiz do the lines get LONG. and then you have people coming in who don't know what they want/need, so the line is out the door because there isn't enough employees. They're doing their best, but they need to get some more people working here.

Posted box lobby hours are 6a-6p weekdays. and 6a-12p Saturdays.. Don't believe it. Closing my P.O. Box at this branch after 21 years. I drive into town twice a month from Indian Springs (85 miles RT)to pick up my mail and beyond frustrating to find the box lobby closed. After 2 years of asking nicely, Management just can't seem to get any action from the landlord or guard or whomever they continue to blame for the box lobby not being open on Saturdays or on workdays by 6am or even 7:20a.

I came in 10 minutes before they closed and a very large black woman tried to help me but said her computer was down and it's not able to read my ebay qr code, so she sent me to an older large white woman and she said she was having the same issue. They were rude about helping me and looked like they were dying to get out of there. I wish they knew what I had to go through just to get there on time. Horrible location and customer service needs to learn better c/s

Staff here great, but it's located in a TRAILER, right off Las Vegas Blvd. With limited kind of micro parking area. Your GPS doesn't recognize the 'trailer' so if you don't keep your eyes peeled you'll drive right by! The new gleaming mostly glass future home looks at least a year away, under construction next door. So basically this location is on the corner of Carson and LV Blvd North. Limited 9-5 access to mailboxes, and letter drop INSIDE ONLY!

We are not getting none of are mail properly and we are also new to 89101 so when we came to this office we was told go to Martin Luther King so we went there no matter what we still have a problem with the carrier and incompetent workers who open people's mail and just nosey af. I haven't got none of my federal mail yet and that's suspect to me. Something is not right and the worker's are not doing their jobs correctly

  • Kevin Callahan Jr

Smallest and most unusual post-office I've ever been in. However this was the closest one to the strip and I needed to make sure I mailed and post maked my rescission letter for the timeshare I bought. The one clerk and only person I saw was friendly and remarked she has seen alot of people like me post marking certified mail to HgV clubs nice to know I'm not alone

Fast and friendly service. Lots of PO Boxes available. Ignore what one reviewer said about parking. Its free and clearly indicated by multiple signs in the parking lot. Also ignore what one reviewer said about passport photos. USPS does take passport photos and for pretty much the same price that you can get at CVS or Walgreens.

1:48 Dec 4th the lady wanted me to pay $4 for there use of tape, she said DMM says it’s a rule and no other tape can be used the don’t make any money and that was being told being very defensive, she the complain to other guest about or incident which is very unprofessional. We’re are post office not a service

  • X-Army Sarge

Typical government run B.S. AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM. SEEMS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN... I HOPE THEY HAVE TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS ... MIGHT AS WELL USE FEDUPX OR UPS. HERE THEY NEED REVAMP THEY MIGHT WANT TO ADD LIVE SUPPORT OR OUR ALL DESTROYING CANCEL CULTURE MIGHT JUST PUSH THEIR DOORS CLOSED FOREVER .

  • Bill Monnett

This Post Office is understaffed and always has a line. Being the downtown post office its busy but not enough employees to keep the line moving. Avoid this post office if at all possible or plan of having atlest 30 minutes to wait if you have to go to the counter. Employees are atlest courteous.

  • Mustafa Al-Shammari

Terrible customer service! The woman work there did not let me use a piece of tape (which was right infront of her on the desk) to close my box and asked me to buy a whole roll, she didn't even ask in a nice way and said it with unpleasant attitude. Will never go to this post office again.

  • Brian Woodward

Poor customer service and terrible management. In the last 4 years it's never predictable whether someone will be in on Saturday to unlock the lobby door for P.O. Box access. Line wait is 30-45+ minutes when they are open. The lobby is dirty. Customers are just an inconvenience to them.

  • Brandon Lord

Worst one in town, objectively. Downright dude staff. Pitiful hours. No self service machine (it's available, but only 9-12 & 1-5 ... So not helpful). Unfortunately there's no others within 15 minutes driving so we're stuck with what we've got. On the plus side there is a FedEx nearby!

  • Milissa Burdine

its still a post office i promise! i use this location downtown all the time and for years im pretty sure the same lady and guy been working there forever. it is gutted out right now but there is a trailer in the parking lot they are using during renovations.

  • Lora Craig

Just like everywhere , wait in line and you're done. The service is VERY good. Considering the government cut back.....the wait time is due to the customers non-preparedness.! NOT the clerk !! Close to me and easy to mail my m.o.'s.....

  • Robert Strom

Though located in a temporary modular site, while renovations slowly proceed at their former location, postal workers David and Nancy are hard at work making sure all customers feel welcome and served as quickly as possible.

  • Brian Brannan

Had a great and quick experience today with sending a package. This location is open, it’s in a trailer behind the building under construction if you’re looking from Carson or to the right of it if you’re on Las Vegas Blvd.

  • Steve W.

Tried to go here on my lunch hour since it's near to court house. There were only 4 ppl in line when I arrived but only one clerk. Took nearly 45 mins to actually be taken care of... Terrible service!

  • Elizabeth Martinez

Shipped half my luggage back home for $22. Shipped Mon n received it Thursday. From strip, took deuce bus to Fremont n walked a block to get there. Very convenient! Will do this again!

  • Patricia

RUDE! They act like they are going out of their way to provide a service for you. If they don't like their job then leave! NOR do they ever answer the phone been calling for a week

  • Bogdan Donu

Look, the location is great but the space sucks. The trailer is small and not enough registers. Lines get long. Not enough registers. To compensate, at least the staff is great.

  • Ryan Esteban Stabile

It is really tucked away. Drive past it 3 times, the entrance to the parking lot is Las Vegas Blvd. Google needs to remove that first image because it's very misleading.

  • Vapesquad

I constantly have mail gone "missing" or delivered to different addresses. Its getting so bad I just expect it by now. Avoid using Las Vegas USPS at all costs.

  • Conglomerate Martin

Horrible place workers never work!! The only post office closed at lunch!! Actually it’s closed now says they will be back in 20 minutes at ten am horrible

  • Randy Cherry

Staff was friendly and helpful to us (non-locals) sending packages, even helped a asian person that spoke little english that was in line ahead of me.

  • paul page

These incompetent fools closed their location overnight, without telling box holders, because their air conditioning is not working. Where’s our mail?

  • Tiki

The gentleman who was helping us, David, was friendly. He helped us out with our postcard delivery back home. He was courteous and helpful. Great guy!

  • Daniel “DJ” Gile

This place looks like a back alley abortion clinic in Baghdad. We need to privatize this mess. But David at the counter was very polite and helpful.

  • Abie Bautista

Ive been a renter here for yrs at this post office. There's free parking the customer service is always 100% great. Very friendly and professional.

  • Jonathan Goldsmith

I have never experienced a long wait or had a problem in this post office. Sure it gets busy at times, but the staff works fast and is friendly.

  • Tomas Berube

Being downtown, it's $2 to park ( w/ led screen pay in the impossibly bright sun?) and always a line, but very accurate and friendly service

  • Cameron Clark

There was no entrance into the building? The Google listing said it was open but we couldn't even go inside. Cost me extra fees in uber.

  • Monique Boulé

The customers may be shady but the two white ladys and the black guy are awesome and always take care of me I love this post office

  • Wendi Mar

Very fast and friendly. Easy to find and nicely air conditioned. No line to wait in and easy to get what I needed to do done.

  • Dan Koen

Cheerful an very helpful. Oops thought this was the Henderson Nevada branch. This is a convenient an full service branch.

  • Michelle Siu

Intended to drop off very quick mail believing that it was open, but it wasn't. The whole area was under construction.

  • Kavonja Owens

This was my first time visiting this location and had to send mail. The lady Mrs. Nancy was so nice and genuine to me.

  • Terran Phyfer

Need more staff @ this location. Unfortunately it's the only one downtown. Recommend the MLK office for faster service

  • Chevalier Macabre

Bad service, they asked me to deliver a "platinum chip" to an eccentric old business man and I got shot in the head.

  • Carlos Molinet

I don't like it at all tried calling 5 times nobody picked up the phone. They really need to do better all around

  • Jaime Montoya

How long would be this 20 min when we don't know at what time this was posted when is supposed to be open

  • Andy Lashaway

Completely gutted and not there anymore. Come on Google. Get together. Thanks for wasting my time!

  • Jeremiah Lindsey

The staff was very friendly and they asked the correct questions. It was a pleasant encounter.

  • Steven Xu

This place is not post office any more, it's an company office now. Please correct asap.

  • Pieter VAN der Klerk
