We selected United Relocations based on their initial responsive and helpful communications, very competitive pricing, and most importantly great reviews. However, once they had collected our items and we had paid it all went downhill!!! The packing team in Bangkok were helpful and very efficient. At the time of agreeing to use their services and on moving date, we had been given an estimated shipping date of late July / early August. Early August passed and no update. Only when I followed up did they give a vague response saying late August. Our items were eventually shipped early September. I fully understand that there are huge challenges in the shipping supply chain at the moment that cause delays but their communications on delays could have been much better. This alone would have not led to a negative review but added to the frustration of what was to come. When things did finally get delivered in early November, several items were damaged, and our 3 largest items were missing. 3 times their UK ground handling partner (ReloUK), promised to investigate the missing items and call me back on specific dates and each time the date passed, and I needed to chase them myself. The UK partner did finally find them in their own warehouse, and while it is still a mystery how they lost them, there seemed to be some issues with how they were labelled in Thailand. While it is not clear whose fault it actually was, as United Relocation subcontract to them, their partners service is a reflection on their own. United Relocation never bothered to follow up to check we had finally received everything ok. As it is now, we are at a point that we submitted an insurance claim over 3 weeks ago for damaged items, and for the last 3 weeks the insurance company has been waiting for United Relocations to upload shipping documents. The crazy thing is United Relocations asked us to complete a satisfaction survey on the day they packed our items in Bangkok, almost as if that is when they considered the job done! A company that really cares would ask you to do a satisfaction survey after everything has been delivered, and if they had followed up may have actually avoided this review!!!

Moving is never fun, but with United Relocations I had an unexpectedly easy experience. Mr. David De Vos first came to our house and did a walk through to give us an estimate. We weren’t sure about what we wanted to leave behind but with his feedback we were able to make our decisions based on how many cubic meters we wanted to take. On the day the packers came to the house, they arrived bright and early with Mr. Boy. He and his assistants didn’t waste any time packing our items. I had arranged items by categories before they came. His team of assistants worked quickly to pack everything in just a little over two hours. I even had extra space and was able to add items on the spot. Having lived here for ten years and being a packrat, I had accumulated many things. I was able to take most of them with me. We ended up shipping 3 cubic meters. The day after the packing I realized that I hadn’t included two pictures that my wife had bought when we first moved to Thailand 10 years ago. She was very attached to them and wanted to take them with us. I called up Mr. David and asked if I could still ship them. He said that would be possible, so I was able to add to my shipment even after it had been packed. I highly recommend United Relocations. We checked with several companies before we chose United. Before they came to pack, I was in touch with the office and they clearly explained to me how much insurance and VAT would cost. Based on the price and the service that we received I would now say that we chose the best group. Thank you United Relocations.

United Relocations (Thailand) is everything you could want in a moving company. They are extremely experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and also kind and caring. This is really a fantastic company. Their constant communication throughout the process is really very much appreciated, and especially how they take the time to carefully listen to your individual situation, and needs, so they can use their experience and abilities to best support you. I was particularly impressed with how transparent they were with the pricing options and timeframes, and how they worked diligently to make their services suit our budget, which was really kind and understanding. Moved 10 boxes from United Kingdom to Koh Samui ( Thailand)via Bangkok using Pickfords removals and United Relocations (Thailand) Co Ltd. We were a little apprehensive about our personal belongings arriving in one piece. On our journey to Koh Samui we stopped on the way at Bangkok and introduced ourselves to United RelocationsTeam who were able to confirm our boxes were on time and that they would keep us up to date with there movements. We were able to communicate with them all the time and dates and timings for delivery were sent to us, we had messages from the driver to say he had arrived in Samui and within half an hour our boxes were unloaded and checked off. there was no damage to any items and even my coffee machine worked from the moment I plugged it in. Needles to say a would highly recommend United Relocations to any one who is thinking about removals around the world it is much more economical than sending it by air freight.

I used Relosmart from Hong Kong to Phuket and when my shipment arrived in Bangkok I was put in touched with K Arin who was excellent with his communication in emails and phone calls explaining in detail how my shipment was going to arrive in Phuket. A few days before my shipment arrived at my villa… K Gae called me to survey the area for her workmen… she was so lovely and patient, explaining in detail how the unloading was going to take place. On the day of arrival, it rained hard but some how K Gae and her team did a great job in the rain unloading all the boxes and helping out with unpacking some of the boxes.. Her team assembled some of the furniture and helped with placing them in my villa. Overall, my whole experience from start to finish was an excellent one.. not one item was damage or broken!! In June 2020 I needed to relocate some of my belongings from one house at one end of Bangkok to another end of Bangkok which could not be done in one day and I contacted United Relocations, Thailand for this not straight forward move and Khun David De Vos was my contact to organize this move from one house to the new house over two days and it was executed perfectly. My move needed a good level of attention to details and everything was executed perfectly in time and without damage. Um 16:08 ruft United Relocations an “wir kommen heute nicht, morgen“ (mit einer grossen sinnlosen Story warum, die kein vernünftiger Mensch mit Geographiekenntnissen glauben kann). 06.07.2021 "The total amount 4,000 THB that you paid is exactly amount already . No refund and no more charge". ... natürlich ohne Abrechnung, ohne Erklärung ... sind wir froh, das wir abgezockt wurden.

It was a relief to find a gem of a company for our shipping needs. United Relocations (Thailand) provided a 1st class professional service by offering accurate, useful advice - well before we left the UK. Contact for the most part was by email with super-fast answers to queries returned within hours, no matter how trivial the questions. Thank you so much Khun Stein and Khun Anyapats. Paper-work regarding customs clearance/regulations and general advice was fully explained in clear English and Thai so both my wife and I knew exactly what was happening. On delivery day, UR's team of 4 packers were equally efficient in unloading and carefully storing our stuff per our instructions. I would have no hesitation in recommending United Relocations.

United have done a super job so far in delivering their service. David has diligently and patiently answered all our questions to ensure that we feel confident that our goods will be handled safely and efficiently door to door. Khun Boy and his team (six people in total) did a tremendous job packing all our things ready for shipping. I contacted seven companies in total to get price and service comparisons, and although United weren't quite the cheapest (but definitely lower end), the quote was extremely clear and fair with no hidden extras and they went above and beyond to fight for the business in these extremely competitive and challenging times. I feel like a valued customer and am very happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

We were incredibly lucky to use United Relocations in our move from Bangkok to Hong Kong. David and his team were incredibly organized and even with a very last minute change to our departure (due to Covid measures) the team didn't hesitate to accommodate our needs and ensured our departure was very very stress free. We received an extra months storage for free and our sofa was even removed from our Bangkok address down 25 Floors with no worries or issues by the amazing team in Thailand. My mum recently relocated from Singapore to Thailand and cannot thank United Relocations for making this happen. I cannot thank them enough for making what is usually the worst part of moving countries into a stress free situation. Leaving Singapore after 12 years in such a short time wasn't easy, but packing up her belongings was the least stressful thing she dealt with during that time. TERRIBLE COMPANY, The relocation was a total nightmare. Unbelievable poor service: hidden and significant charges, extremely poor packaging : lots of damage, missing items, and even bleach in the middle of expensive clothes!!! Given the difficulties with travelling around the COVID-19 situation, Joy was really helpful with arranging flights, keeping in touch and getting us back safe and as close together as possible. The agents in the UK (Pets Abroad UK) were also really excellent at communicating, letting me know as soon as she landed and then once she had cleared customs, and also with the delivery to the house in Cardiff. They removed all the stress and pain from the moving process. Really excellent service and so happy I chose to move with them.

Moving is such a stressful situation even if domestic! United Relocations (David) helped us through this and we did not make it easy for them either. Thanks to David and his team our local move went very smoothly. Their team efficiently and professionally packed all our belongings in few hours, including all fragile stuff. I moved from the U.K. to Bangkok and used Allied Pickfords who sub-contracted United Relocations to deliver at the other end in Bangkok. I had 9 boxes and nothing was damaged or broken, including 3 x glass picture frames. The delivery men were polite, clean & courteous and even brought the boxes up the lift and into my apartment and put them in the rooms where I wanted them. In 2021 I used United Relocations to ship a consignment of personal effects from Warragul, Victoria, Australia, to Bangkok.
