We stopped at this service for refilling our truck fuel and for our coffee . The service of this servo is worst specially by owner operator of this service station . When we requested him to open the toilets to wash our hands prior to eat . He refused to open the toilets and he said that we can't provide toilet service which is company policy. I never seen this kind of worst service by united stations employees before . We normally go to united west gate , united greens road Dandenong and their services are fantastic . He should think about semi trucks that they can't stop at normal service stations and if he can't provide toilet services to his customers and then he should stop the entry of trucks and we use other truck stops . I am emailing this matter to united head office as well and I will also provide them transactions for that day .

Cheapest fuel becomes the most expensive! The quality of here's petrol is awful and may cause my car break down the same day I add here's petrol. On 18th April my car fill Caltex petrol from Bairnsdale to Melbourne and all is well, but on 21st April as we get back from Melbourne my car refill here's petrol and can't run smoothly and break down finally on A1 highway. My car has been towed to mechanic and still be inspected. Maybe here's petrol damaged my car. I have asked the mechanic check if any water is in car's fuel tank. Is there anyone meets the same problem as me? Lisa

Consistently the cheapest diesel and petrol in the area. Always at least a few cents per litre cheaper than Shell and Ampol servos just metres away. Many hot takeaway food options but not many sandwiches, that could be improved. Lots of space for all cars to easily use the pumps and line up if needed (which is rare). I'm giggling at the other reviews claiming bad fuel quality. I pretty much fill up here every time and my 2016 diesel (with DPF) has always run faultlessly. Such are the benefits of living in a first world country with mandatory fuel quality standards...

Additional undisclosed surcharges on AMEX (and possibly other credit cards) be aware. Spoke to the staff member explaining you can't add the surcharge value manually to a transaction before entering it into EFTPOS, forcing it to apply an additional surcharge. Instead of the standard Amex surcharge at this pump (~2.4%), charged it at 4.5%, i.e. Excessive surcharge. This is well beyond the acceptable cost of surcharges in Australia, regardless of partnership type with payment issuers.

Quite a new, clean, wide open space to refuel your vehicle with great fuel options, competitive pricing and efficient bowsers. The in store selection is also quite complete with the added treat of the Pie Face range amongst various other snacks and items. Staff are friendly/attentive too! Not too far down to road, and I happily drive past one or two other servo options to deliberately fill up here every week or so.

You can always fill up ( fuel,gas petrol) at a cheaper price! The station is huge and so clean! They do have a terrific variety of pies and drinks sweets and groceries BUT in my opinion the pies can be on the over heated side and on the expensive side but that could be just me. McDonald's and Hungry Jacks are opposite.

It's my favourite United gas station. I regularly visit there to fill up the tank. It's clean, nice and most importantly the fuel price is always the lowest as compared to all other gas stations in the region. The staff are friendly and you can always grab a cup of decent coffee for 1$. So a definite recommendation!

WARNING!! This fuel is cheap for a reason, it’s contaminated. After filling up with diesel here I had to have the fuel filter replaced and fuel tank removed so the fuel could be drained because there was water in the tank. Cost me almost $1000 to fix. Fill up here at your own risk!!!

This servo was a fantastic find. Recently opened and with super cheap prices it's worth going a little out of my way for the savings! Polite staff, super quick and clean pumps with the added bonus of freshly baked Pie Face pies! The aroma is to die for!

Absolute c#@p stopped by to grab a quick pie an they cook it within an inch of it's life it was lava hot an hard . Do you really need to nuke it for that long. No happy won't ever stop at that brand of servo ever again …

Their petrol used to be the cheapest around. A 220gm tin of baked beans $4!! Bloody disgraceful I say. I know if you want to survive long term, you've got to make short term realistic decisions. Fair fkn go

There is always a queue there.. today I waited nearly 20 minutes just to fuel up! Very large area but poor layout and design with limited number of pump stations, which is unfortunate. Very frustrating.

By far the best servo iv been too, fuel prices are always low.. They don't try and rip you off like other servos that hike the price high.. I recommend this United all my friends and family to go here

Some staff not very friendly weekend and Tuesday to Friday be nice a service with a smile and thank you not only for particular persons , a regular customer going elsewhere where service with a smile

I saved a lot of money here. My car requires RON 95 petrol. The United Petroleum E10 fuel has RON 95 rating, which means I can use much cheaper fuel from United than from any other petrol stations.

Filled up yesterday headed down Kingston rd and car started driving like S#$%t. Thaught a spark plug lead had come off, I belive it is bad fuel, Not frigen happy

Employee kept cars waiting while he emptied all bins outside. No one else in to help. By the time he finished there were four cars waiting, for over 10 minutes!

The guy is sleeping inside. He took 8min to give access to fuel. And when I asked a pen to sign he said "we don't have pen, you can buy if you want". Soo stupid

Bought a tub of vanilla Conneseur ice cream on the 2nd of August for my husbands birthday dessert and it had been completely melted and refrozen!

Fuel is cheap but the pies are below average quality. Even if they were $3.00 I still would rate them as sub par. They are well over priced!
