I came in to the pharmacy looking for a product and was helped by Mav. The pharmacy itself is well stocked, full of light and very competitively priced. One of the benefits of choosing independent pharmacies over the big discount chains is the customer service you get, especially with medications - Mav took the time to ensure I had no complications and was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Not many people come to a pharmacy expecting to leave with a smile - its pretty tough in the face of illness. However, I left feeling heard, respected and smiling. I cannot recommend this pharmacy and its team enough.

Love the guys here, not like those big chains like chemist warehouse. They are traditional in their client approach, smiling faces to greet you, Ask about your well being and needs, deliver your medication for free, call you to make sure your medication is working as expected - its what made me shift to get that personal service of old. Im so glad they opened - if your from ascot vale try and support these local stores rather than these indifferent chains.

Great location and reasonable prices. Mav is an excellent pharmacist and provides the absolute best service you could expect. Always willing to spend some time talking through any issues and giving great options and general advice. Very glad to have a great local pharmacy, which goes the extra mile to help their customers.

Excellent, informative, friendly and caring service. They take the time to listen and will even order in items they don't generally stock. Cannot rate them high enough. Sooo great to have such a fantastic service in Union Road. So lucky to live in Ascot Vale.
