UPDATE After multiple calls, the fridge was finally delivered at 7 PM. There were two delivery guys, who were completely clueless about the delivery process. ---------- Customer service is bad. There is no post-sales support. Once you purchase and pay for a product, you need to follow up multiple times. Purchased a fridge from the store yesterday (Nov 31) on the promise that it will get delivered within the next day. The delivery time given to me was between 9 to 10 AM. I still haven't received the order. As a customer, I need to coordinate the delivery process with their driver and even after sending the location multiple times, he hasn't reached the location yet. The Unilet team gives the same reply, which is "the driver is in your location and will reach in 10 mins" and been hearing this since morning. The installation guy calls every now and then and asks if the fridge has been delivered or not. The Unilet team cannot say when it will be delivered and is left for the mercy of the driver.

I purchased all of my home appliances from Unilet Store 27th Main HSR layout, including a side by side fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Sales representative Syed was very helpful in selecting the right product as per my need and the best deal and prices were offered compared to other stores or even online like Amazon or Flipkart. Owing to my positive experience, I also went ahead with purchasing two ACs from them, however after payment, the AC went out of stock which was immediately informed to me by Syed, he followed up with the company to get the products and later I was offered alternative products which I didn't like so they agreed for a refund, the entire process was handled very smoothly with a customer first approach. I would recommend Unilet for best deals for your home appliances.

I recently purchased Haier HRB-738BG refrigerator from Unilet, HSR. Mr. Saddam Hussain, the sales executive did an amazing job in explaining all the various models, patiently answered all our queries, and infact encouraged me to visit again to clear my doubts. His enthusiasm, helpful nature, and honesty in answering my questions helped me make my decision. What’s more he gave me the best price as compared to what Reliance Digital and Croma were offering! The delivery and the exchange of the old refrigerator was also handled smoothly and on a timely manner (very next day delivery ). Thanks a lot, Hussain!

I had a great experience at Unilet HSR layout, when I bought my LG-11kg, Front Load Washing Machine with AI Direct Drive. Washer with Steam & Turbo Wash Technology. The sales executive Syed and the Store Manager Zulfikar have good knowledge of the products. They made the entire process of purchasing easy and i had my washing Machine up and running the next day itself. Unilet keeps good stocks of the latest and high end models , while most of the other dealers struggle. Overall i had a great experience with Unilet and would recommend buying from them. I buy fridge from this hsr layout store the executive name is Rehaman syed before buy he explained all about that fridge and he said neatly we will help you deliver the same product but the delivery is very bad its very poor service.for delivering the product they took extra 200 charge fr delivery but its very worst delivery there is no proper packing and all the covers up on the fridge its already gone before we are receiving..i called and informed the executive he didn't give any proper response

Bought a washing machine from this store. They have mentioned it is no cost emi. When we are making payment they added RS 1000 for emi converting charges. Additionally it is not no cost emi, when we see the emi table it is costing 5000 extra compared to the price which I paid. These sale representatives are FRAUD and cheating the customers by their words . And in delivery services they have delayed it 2 days. They will just commit anything at the time of paying the amount. We had a real good experience this time in Unilet HSR layout and all the credit goes to Mr.Saddam Hussain. The representative had really good knowledge about almost all the products kept in store. He was really polite and patience and he also arranged some discount and made the delivery is done as soon as possible with no issues to be faced. I had a very bad experience with Unilet HSR store. I bought TV and Fridge. They told me to get EMI and get cashback and i was caught in their trap. It's been 5 months now no cash back credited to me. When i spoke to Manoj from the mentioned store he told that check with bank , we can't do anything now. Also their after sale service is also not good. My suggestion not to go to this store.

Excellent client handling skill by Mr.Zulfi, amazing delivery and amazing support. Just a call away. You buy and leave the worries ( if any) to him and it’s taken care, may it be installation or post delivery support. We bought fridge, TV , music system, dishwasher from Unilet and I could say it’s amazing experience. I would recommend them .

Staff focuses on misguiding customer, the warranty is applicable anyways for the washing machine but the stand and covers of it are sold forcefully for 1500 inr for it, saying only this would cover the warranty. I feel it's far better to opt online rather getting frauded by them ...

Unilet after sales service is the worst. I am trying to get reach to their services number from 10 days and no one pick it up. Don't go for extended warranty as they are not covering customer with in the service period. I have brought a LG washing machine on 07/2022

All the service executives are cheaters here. They will promise you everything before you make payment and after making payment they will not pick calls. Worst experience.
