Call me old fashioned but answering a customer's inquiry with "No, we don't!" then hanging up probably isn't the nicest or most professional way to deal with a customer. To be honest, kinda douchey but its not my business so I'm sure your boss's opinion is way more important than mine.

Went there last summer, i bought a pair of air max from San Fran store, not the colour i wanted, visited the silver lake store, sooo friendly, let me exchange for the colour i wanted in there store, they were really friendly, staff a real treasure to Undefeated..
