Ne faites pas le plein à cette station. Plusieurs pompes sont hors service car elles ne sont pas entretenues. J'ai fait le plein ce matin à la pompe 7 et j'ai eu un déversement d'essence car le pistolet est défectueux. Ce n'est pas plaisant d'avoir de l'essence qui se déverse sur sa voiture et par terre. Vu le prix de l'essence et par souci de sécurité, évitez cette station. La caissière semble être au courant de la défectuosité, mais elle n'a pris aucune mesure. Do not fill up at this station. Several pumps are out of order because they are not maintained. I filled up this morning at pump 7, and I had a gasoline spill because the nozzle is defective. It's not pleasant to have gasoline spill on your car and on the ground. Considering the price of gasoline and for safety reasons, avoid this station. The cashier appears to be aware of the defectiveness, but she has not taken any action
Proposée unilingue anglophone, il était impossible de lui faire comprendre quelque chose... Complément inacceptable pour du service à la clientèle! La pompe en paiement express était brisée pour la deuxième fois en 1 mois. Faites très très très attention, la pré autorisation plus élevée que le montant à la pompe est demeurée sur ma carte de crédit 3 semaines avant que je doive téléphoner pour me faire rembourser la différence. J'habite le quartier et je réfère tous mes voisins au Petro Canada sur Jean talon un peu plus dans l'est!
A super crazy employee in my opinion works here by the name of Marie-Aline. BEWARE! She thinks she knows why a customer comes there and also dares tell a customer she would prefer they not come again for no valid reasons. Needs psychiatric help I think. She accused customer of breaking something intentionally and told HAD to pay for it, which of course is NOT true, zero legal validity, zero truth too. Maybe she doesn't know we are in Quebec, Canada. Requires disciplinary measures or doesn't deserve to have a job here.
First things First Hire some people to handle cash that knows politeness and How to deal with customer. Never seen a person talk that rudely to a client. Second thing Prices are always high with fuel having mixtures of condensation and water in it Please get your lines checked on Pump 3-7-4 They all seems to have this issue. You don’t want people leaving your Pump with half water tank and broken engines. Thanks and Just a friendly suggestion Hire a Better Staff to handle Customers.
Well I filled up the gas and also selected car wash option. I went inside to ask where the entrance. The guy on the counter seemed very confused. He kept saying it's closed. I asked why the machine gave me that option. He rudely said I dont know come tomorrow. I asked wat time, but he kept saying tomorrow. I again asked wat the the timings? He said I don't know come tomorrow. Really had worst experience at ultramar. This is the last time I'll be using their services. Spoiled my mood in the morning.
Man at the counter was very rude . I paid at the pump than he was saying in French on the speaker which I did not understand. I went into the counter hecwas keep repeating french when I was keep saying sorry i do not understand. He laughing and asking me to leave this province . That was overboard . The owner should hire people who can at least understand basic english . Specialy majority of the population near the gas ststion are English speaking. Hope someone pay attention .
J'y vais relativement souvent autour de 5h30-6h AM et jamais un employé ne s'est adressé à moi en français ou n'a fait un effort pour même dire merci au lieu de thank you. On est au Québec ici, vous devriez engager des gens qui parlent la langue officielle. Si vous prenez la peine de me répondre, que ce soit un message personnalisé et détaillé. On s'en sacre de se faire répondre avec le même message copié/collé que les 15 autres mauvais avis.
Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Le Gérant si tel est son poste , ignore les clients en faisant mine de parler sur son cell en plein shift! Parle avec arrogance et ne veut pas régler le soucis et rejette la faute sir le client. Borne brisé qui vous charge . Aucun avis ! Aucun reçu! Aucune aide ni courtoise ! Aucun sens des responsabilités le client est livré à lui même. L'espace de lavage sent mauvais !
Jeune caissière refusant de respecter la loi sur l’exactitude des prix sur un produit alimentaire et ne parlant pas un seul mot de français. Même pas capable de dire si le lave auto est ouvert ou fermé aujourd’hui. J’aurais bien voulu laisser aucune étoile, mais le minimum est 1. Allez ailleurs. Pour ma part, c’était la dernière fois que j’y allais.
Faites attention au service de lave-auto proposé à la pompe. Leur affichage a trois options incluant des termes similaires à ceux du type d'essence comme "de base" et "suprême" est conçu pour vous porter à confusion quand vous êtes pressés. Si vous choisissez la mauvaise option par erreur, ils ne vous rembourseront pas!
If I could I would have given 0 stars. Rude employee told me that since I’m in Quebec I have to speak French. Yannis was the employee’s name and he made the mistake of prepaying the pump that I was parked on to an other customer and after yelled at me through gas pump’s intercom to move my car.
I went there are 9:40 the 1 may 2022, the young guy didn't gave me a good experience. He seemed to be laughing at my expense when I had to go inside to pay, when usually I can fill up before paying. Anyways, I understand these days it's hard to find good employees
La caissière ne parle pas français! Elle est bilingue cependant: Indie/anglais. Incroyable qu'Ultramar, compagnie québécoise fondée par un francophone ne soit pas en mesure, a cette station du moins, d'offrir un service dans la seule langue officielle du Québec.
I didn't fill up gas at this place. I just went to the store and got a Monster energy drink from here. They have got a 710 ml Monster can which I have not seen anywhere in the world. It cost $5.79. Because of this unique can here, I give it 4 star.
Worst customer service ever, I buy I wash car ticket in the car wash is not working. The customer service lady explained to me that it is not possible for a refund and I'm obligated to use it another day. That's the only option!

Leur lavage auto automatique est une arnaque j'ai pris deux fois mon véhicule j'ai dû le relaver c'est la dernière fois que je pars à cette station de lavage vraiment très très déçu.
