I am extremely disappointed with the way Gold's Gym Hamria(uform gym) has treated its customers and employees. The gym abruptly closed without any prior notification, leaving all of us in a state of confusion and frustration. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Firstly, as a paying customer, I expected to be informed in advance if there were any changes or closures. However, Gold's Gym Hamria failed to provide any notice, resulting in wasted time, money, and effort on my part. It is clear that they have no regard for their clients' convenience or satisfaction. Furthermore, the gym's management displayed a complete lack of integrity by cheating both its customers and employees. Not only were we left in the dark about the closure, but there were also reports of employees not receiving their salaries. This is not only unethical but also illegal. Gold's Gym Hamria has demonstrated a total disregard for the welfare and rights of its staff. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and has significantly damaged my trust in Gold's Gym as a reputable fitness institution. Their lack of transparency, coupled with the mistreatment of both customers and employees, is a clear indicator of their poor management and disregard for accountability. I strongly advise potential gym-goers to think twice before considering Gold's Gym Hamria as their fitness destination. There are plenty of other fitness centers in the area that prioritize their customers and maintain a respectful and fair relationship with their staff. Avoid the frustration and disappointment I experienced by choosing a more reliable and reputable gym. It is my hope that Gold's Gym Hamria addresses these issues promptly and takes responsibility for their actions. However, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone.

Sad to mention that I am very unhappy with the service with this branch. The Initiate the representative have to call me nonstop for days to convince and sweet talk into taking the membership ( Sonia) and then once payment is done no one responds to any query. Due to family emergency I requested if I could cancel or transfer my membership not a aibe person genuinely tried to help. There was time when the service was good you were given towel now nothing is available nor the steam or sauna works . The only person who atleast tried to help with refund was AK but that to when I went face to face to the gym was given a very laid back attitude When asked if I can speak to management I was told no used speaking to anyone. I been memeber for years but sadly the service is miserable and nook e should ever join here.

The gym is good however the sales staff (Manish) is not very good. He is arrogant and does not know how to talk to the customers. Rather than convincing the customer how to join their gym, he was very arrogant and was laughing in my face and claimed that not to join the gym as they are expensive, since I had compared and said I will go to fitness first. In sales and customer service ways Fitness first is excellent and always knows how to respect their clients. It's high time Golds gym focuses on customer service and their sales team and not have arrogant people like Manish, who claims that he is a manager, but behave worse than a executive.

Do not join !! All employees of hamriya branch promised a call back from their manager and ignored me for days, some cutting calls too. Reason ? No idea. Worst gym and customer service. Closed etihad gym without reason, left me with a 14 month remaining contract and no update. Had to go the HeadQuarters to get a reply, signed a refund form and then boom, no calls, no replies. Blocked all my numbers, ignoring whatsapp messages and other branches cutting calls on my face. Wrote a simple instagram comment and was deleted as well. When asked for reason why branch was closed they act like they have no answer.

Never ever join this gym it’s very very bad first they call 24 hour to take the membership and then now they r closing the gym without any notice and their head office is not responding when calling the Hamriya branch for refund they say that they have sent the request it’s now 2 weeks and the trainers are not professional they are just talking wid each other and clients They are much more better gyms then golds gym in hamriyah I advice to go to fitness time 100 times better than gold gyms money looter

Fav Gym in the Area. Neat, with sufficient equipments, greatest Staff (especially the receptionists although I feel bad for not knowing their names haha but lovely ladies) Toilets clean most of the time, Good Showers, but the Sauna I think is their worst aspect as it’s smelly sometimes. Their yearly subscription costs are nice compared to other Gyms that offer almost the same as them if not less. Shout out to all the Coaches

It’s a very good gym (separated for men and women), lots of equipment, cleaned and sanitized. Awesome staff and I love the classes. It doesn’t feel like a gym. It feels like visiting family. Every day you feel motivated to visit the gym and work out with your favorite people. The other perks are it’s got a lot of parking plus a supermarket, a pharmacy and many other outlets.

Reception are not friendly and professional , Not warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times. for cycling class we should carry bicycles to the class area ,none of the other gyms are like this , Gym is dirty specially in GX studio ,when we have a yoga class with barefoot ,the foot became black ,,Group exercise class are better than before,

Equipments are nice but the membership is touching sky. Trainers don't help much, they push you to take personal training and pay them 3,000-7000 dhs a month for that. I used to go to Golds before, I wouldn't recommend it to a beginner, who is just starting their fitness life. You won't get much support from the coaches over there, they need money.

They are cheating.. after millions of there call to register with them .. i joined the gym of Etihad mall branch one weeks they closed suddenly with no any reason .. and when I asked about refunding my money, they just acted like they would take action, but nothing at all until now... don't trust them money looting …

This is very good gym environment I have ever seen. There is a big car parking. I don't need to worry about parking space. It has good space in the gym floor also. I've been doing work out since 2020 till now. All the facilities are great and updated. Wide, clean and being standard is telling what Gold's Gym is!!!!

This GYM IS CLOSING ON 31-JULY-2023 and they are not telling anyone. I just found out today (29Jun) from another member who renewed last month. He has lost his money because the membership is NOT REFUNDABLE!! This is the same chain a UForm Gyms. Be careful, they have a habit of closing gyms and keeping the money!

The best Gym I have seen in the UAE, I have been working out there for close to 3 years and the staff is very friendly, they always ask what clients want and try to fix their worries. It's very cool to have different sections for Men and different for Women.

There's many group classes for free I joined. Me and my friends used to have fun in this Area. We enjoyed a lot. One and Only gym I used to enjoy since last year. Also it's good to see friendly staff there. Prices are also fair enough. Perfect Gym for me.

It's the best gym have ever been to after trying many of them , l like it because it's spacious, clean ,the warm welcome every time i show up and finally the mordern equipments though i miss the roller because they don't have it here .

Worst place ever. I did 1 year contract in barsha branch. After 1 month i found it closed by court. No one tell me it will be closed. Refuse to return money.

most of the time, gym is opened late like 5 - 15 min. Although it is very spacious, I do not recommand for those guys who go for office after work out.

Huge gym, variety of cardio machines but the weight training area choices of machines needs improvement. Need hard flooring for DL & Squats.
