I brought my Asus laptop to them because it wasn’t booting. Days went by and they didn’t update me, I called and was told it hadn’t been looked at yet. After not hearing from them for almost ten days I had to call only to be told it was a motherboard issue which could not be repaired. They didn’t bother to contact me and just had my laptop sitting there. I use my computer for work and this was really frustrating. A week later I took my laptop to my original tech who was out of the country for a while, he fixed it in a few hours. He assured me the motherboard had no issues and that a corrupted update was to blame. My laptop is on and running beautifully now.

My recent experience with this store left me deeply disappointed. Not only did they fail to have the advertised computer in stock, but they also sold me a B450M Pro AMD 5500 RXT 3060TI at an exorbitant price of $1350. This is double the market value, revealing a blatant attempt to exploit customers. I strongly advise against doing business with such unscrupulous practices. It's disheartening to encounter a business that prioritizes profit over fair dealing and customer satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs.
