"Travis Canfield bank teller is so terrible, he keeps looking at my bank transactions, but didn’t tell me what is wrong, it took him a long time, he is so slow, I was in rush to be back to work from my lunch break, then I asked him what’s wrong if he needs anything else from me, he said my signature did not match with my records, I think he did that on purpose, I showed him my face, ID, and everything"
I have been a customer of this branch for over two years. I Have two U.S. Bank credit cards and checking and savings accounts. Never over checked, never made a late payment, and never paid even close to the minimum on my cards and deposit large sums. When I opened my accounts the people at this branch were great. What happened? I just spent 40 minutes on hold to 2 different departments in an effort to get the amount I can deposit to my account thru the U.S. Bank App increased and they need someone to call me from my branch "in a few days". I was not expecting immediate credit for my deposit. I just needed to make a deposit after a trip to pay off my credit cards and help my credit score and now I cannot do it until I am back in the States. Guess I'll have to make the deposit on the Chase App to my Private Client account (it works fine with a relatively small check)! Seriously??? The social media team of U. S. Bank responded, giving me another number to call (this did not work the first time)...thank you. However the problem still exists and after numerous days with a promise made that the branch would respond, I have heard nothing. The One-Star is now a Zero-Star. It only gets worse...As a result of my 1* post this branch Manager closed my account and my two credit cards (never did I make a late payment)...I'll be sending the board of directors a letter for sure as I take my business elsewhere with much better credit card offers.
Update 05/23/2020 Heather- The email address you provided in your response does not reply or even acknowledge receipt. I sent 4 emails to that address and nothing...absolutely no response whatsoever and 3 of them were pre-COVID. I think this cements US Banks commitment to Customer non-Service. Update 02/24/2020 Heather- First off, since I paid you for a service ($3 for the use of your ATM) I believe anyone would agree that I AM a Customer of yours. Secondly, if you were adept at cash management, your vault request would or should include anticipated "Customer" withdrawals from your ATM. How about if an ATM receipt with a $3 charge is shown then you gladly provide change or is this beyond the scope of your view of a paying Customer. BTW...I think you have "Customer" confused with "Depositor". ORIGINAL REVIEW Went to the ATM to withdraw $40 and I was charged a $3 fee which is OK by me. The ATM dispensed two $20 bills and I asked the teller to change a $20 for two $10's. I was told that "we only do that for Customers" and "I'll do it for you just this one time". For a $3 fee on a $40 transaction you think she would expend the 2 calories to open her drawer and just give it to me but no, I had to get a lecture. Well guess what...I won't ever be a Customer and I won't ever use your ATM again. I hope this strategy works well for you.
HORRIBLE customer service I believe Michael is who I spoke with. Called to asked why my card was declined. He said it had been cancelled and that I’d need to come into a branch location to get a new one. I told him I was at the gas station and was on empty, was there anything he could do…there was plenty of money in my account and I didn’t cancel the card. He said no, very obvious he had no desire to try and help me whatsoever. Just wanted to get me off the phone. I asked why the card was canceled and he said he was going to put me on a brief hold. After about 30 seconds a lady picked up and asked how she could help me because he was busy helping a customer. Um hello am I not a customer? So I had to re-explain my issue over to her. She was nice and tried to help but due to his terrible attitude and unprofessional behavior I question whether I even want to stay with this bank.
I could not have said it better than the 2nd reviewer. US Bank was voted and named one of the most ethical banks. Who voted and did they forget to include branches like this one? Because if you were to base it off of this branch alone, then the definition of being "ethical" must mean: bending over as far as one is willing to kiss your butt; regardless of rules and laws; even at the expense of another innocent person. It's a boys club branch and they should know better than to twist the rules, bend the laws and mess with anyone's money.
Travis Canfield bank teller is so terrible, he keeps looking at my bank transactions, but didn’t tell me what is wrong, it took him a long time, he is so slow, I was in rush to be back to work from my lunch break, then I asked him what’s wrong if he needs anything else from me, he said my signature did not match with my records, I think he did that on purpose, I showed him my face, ID, and everything. Extremely terrible customer service!
About 3 weeks ago I called this branch on Friday to arrange for a sizable cashier's check to be written for my purchasing a motor vehicle on Saturday. When I arrived with the seller, he changed his mind and asked for cash. The branch manger, Liz, very professionally and cordially, worked out a satisfactory compromise during a contentious situation. Without her assistance this transaction would not have been completed.
I needed to check some of my information, and Brittany and the manager were able to take care of me right away. They weren’t super busy although there was someone in front of me, so one of the teller stopped what they were doing to help me out. They smiled and asked how can we help you. After a short while all my information was squared away and I was able to figure out the issue.
Great choice for a bank if you're into hidden fees, "bankers" (glorified tellers) that play favorites, applying some rules to certain people, while bending them for others. Also your best choice if you're into terms that are subject to change based on the interpretations of the person reciting them.... As consumers, we have a choice. Just say no to U.S. Bank
Outstanding branch. Travis could not have been kinder. I had been turned away by Chase Private Client banker when I needed to deposit some loose change from my fathers home who had recently passed. I called to inquire about counting the change, and Travis came up with a solution for us. Could not have been more grateful for his kindness!
I really think the one star reviews are written by customers that are demanding refunds on overdraft fees once a week. The people at this branch are absolutely amazing. I have been going here for a couple years now. They give real genuine advice on credit, loans, and accounts. They don't try to sell me anything. And they're funny.
Great service here. Fernando helped us update and change a few things with accounts, and was super friendly and helpful the whole way. He always goes out of his way to say hello and see how we are doing if we are ever there. His customer service level is much better than most. I would strongly recommend banking here!
Awful customer service, two old men were opening accounts and discarded the four customers waiting to deposit and withdraw money from their accounts. I own my own business and needed to deposit monies so I can pay bills. Where are the regular personnel that run that branch?
We have stopped at this location twice while on vacation to make account changes. We received outstanding service both times. Our US Bank branch in Minnesota just gives us the deer in the headlights look whenever we have account questions.
Terrible service and pathetic business practices. I have tried to cash 2 checks from clients and they tell me to deposit them in my bank. I wonder why they won’t cash there own checks. Don’t do business with this bank ...
Love this branch! The atmosphere is always friendly and efficient. Mgr Henry is super helpful and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going to the bank at this place! Thanks for all your help!!
Love this bank. It's safer as ATM is inside store. I've been banking with US Bank for years and I'm very happy.
Awful! Customer service is non-existent. Closed my account because they always screwed up my account.
Best bank in Phoenix! Best interest rates on Money Market and CD's, plus, great staff!
They’re literally losers here. The way they treated my dad here is sick.
Travis the branch manager was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.
Inside Fry's. Bank staff is friendly and helpful.
Great bank I'm happy
Yeah US
