Today, my wife and I had an appointment to have loan documents notarized for an out of state purchase. We showed up on time in a great mood ready to close the deal. Upon realizing this was a loan closure (which was stated on the appointment and I called ahead to verify they could do this type of notarization), he stated he "didn't feel comfortable notarizing these documents" despite this being standard operations. I repeatedly asked him to speak with the closing officer in St. Louis for the loan who could explain the handful of notary-required documents and yet he refused. Instead, he stumbled around on his computer trying to find out if this was something he was allowed to do and wasting my time. He was worried about losing his job despite the fact that any notary can provide this service. My closing officer advised I should go to UPS as a matter of fact which I informed him of. Running out of options and time, my wife called Desert Financial, with whom we do not have an account with, who promptly stated they could do the notarization and for free. At that point I left MY bank and went to a bank who I've never used before and they were able to save the day for us. Needless to say, some additional training should probably be done here in order to prevent customers from almost missing the closing of a property and stressing us out to no end.

Not recommended…Worst bank I have ever visited. Let me tell you my experience and why I felt it’s worst. I went to the bank for opening a new account and also for signup bonus associate with it. The bank employee checked the requirements and told that I’m eligible for the promotion and gave an assurance that he will take care till I get the bonus. I have completed all the requirements and I didn’t get the bonus yet. I have called around 20 times in a month and left voicemails but no response from them. At the end they finalized that I am not eligible for the promotion and I will not get the bonus and they told that I used to have an account (I had around 4 years back) and they didn’t provide much details but all they said is I’m not eligible for the promotion. At the time of opening the account they themselves told that they don’t see any of my previous us bank account ( I have mentioned that I used to have an account and I have closed long time back and wanted to check if I am still eligible ) that makes me ineligible for the promotion but after spending ample amount of time and completing all the requirements I got this response that i won’t get the bonus. I tried to reach out to the branch manager but he was rude and not at all helpful. They don’t treat their customers properly.

Would not recommend doing business dealings with this particular branch on bell road and possibly the company as a whole. I spoke with a personal banker in regards to opening a corporate account of an already existing company from 2006. Our business has been inactive for 4 years and we plan to start running our business again after the new year. I tried to get answers based on procedure and policy to open our business account at US Bank and this banker essentially talked over me and told me my business and my intent sounded bogus. He spoke over me in a rude tone and stated that he had a line of customers and he had to get off the phone. I'm left with unanswered questions and it was very demeaning of him to insult me about our business and opening our new account. Very unprofessional, not helpful and rude banker. We will going back to Bank of America as we always seemed to get treated with respect by their bankers in the past. We chose US Bank this time around because they have over 3,100 branches, they are open on Sundays and there are many more perks to having an account with this company. However, to be insulted that my intent is "bogus" completely was unnecessary and we will never use this company in the future.

Worst bank ever, I have been banking as an adult since 1992. I moved my accounts to US Bank in 2016 because a friend told me how personal they were and you can actually deal with a banker. Today was my first opportunity to work with a banker - Renaldo, was his name. He told me he was the man and can handle my request. Within 3 minutes he decided to use his authority and tell me he really couldn't help me with my position. Local banking is a joke and I had better luck, after speaking with him, with the 800 operator. I now have my issue resolved from someone who works in Seattle and has no relationship with me. I will be moving my account to Wells Fargo. What a joke...

I met with Luca and she was very friendly and professional. She assisted me with opening a business account for my small business. The account has features that my current one doesn’t, transfer between account and Zelle. It is a free account and as a small business saving every penny I can is important for me to grow. The process was fun and easy. It took about an hour. Luca made me feel welcome and she was easy to talk too. I hope my amazing experience continues and our business relationship grows from here. This bank has other tools available for small business too. A credit card swipe option and savings accounts. I believe this is a business bank I can grow with.

Went to this location and deposited cash into my account which posted immediately. Apparently after I left the teller lost my deposit slip so the funds after being there for 2 days suddenly disappeared which could have resulted in an overdraft. The female teller helping me was very distracted talking to her co worker about her weekend. She was impolite and unhelpful. Thankfully after contacting a corporate employee she contacted the branch manager directly and had them put my funds back. But due to the clear inafiency of the staff I will definitely not be conducting my business here again. Worried more about a next club hook up then actual customer service.

I went to this location's ATM machine where their ATM machine stole over $500 from me they gave me a receipt I filed a claim and took the receipt into the manager so I could get a provisional credit the manager would not touch my receipt talking about we are there for you in a time of crisis it's been over a week and I have no money because of them and I have the receipt showing that they stole my money this is his manager's name is Scott hes a very heartless person who will steal your money if you don't want your money to be stolen don't use this bank

Don’t ever use US Bank for ANYTHING they will charge you fees like crazy, refuse to close your accounts and then charge you overdraft fees on top of the “maintenance or compliance fee’s” I have had a total of $800.71 of charges applied to my account in the last 90 days. I can’t view the account online prior to that (convenient for them) so I don’t know what else there is. No phone calls, no emails, no statements only charges. All this on an account that I thought was closed last January. I repeat do NOT use US bank for ANYTHING!!!

Worst customer service ever, they say there drive through is open at 830AM but they don’t have a drive through. There hrs say they open at 930AM that makes no sense at all, Wellsfargo, Chase and BofA all open at 830AM for all there drive throughs and 9AM doors open. I have a business account and I can’t get done what I have to do. I am so tired of this COVID-19, people die from the flu every year this is no different. Again worst bank brand ever, time to switch.

Update. I was in there 2 weeks ago and there was this black kid that was sooooo slow and nobody opened a second window, yes you Fatboy with the beard, I understand he need to learn and get confidence but fatboy needs to open another window so 1st guy can learn, but nope let the customers wait and rush the rookie guy, I was in there today and nothing has changed.

It's an ok bank. My grandmother uses this bank so whenever we're out and she needs cash we end up here. The staff are helpful and always ready to talk to you about any problems. The only reason I don't give it more stars is that some of the tellers take forever to even acknowledge the drive up never mind make the transaction.

Us bank gets 5 Stars. This specific location 1 star. Always waiting while the staff messes around. Last time I waited 40 minutes as the staff was just chitchatting in the back and messing around. Here I am waiting once again while one of the teller us a 20 minute convo about kids. :(

My husband and I stopped by a couple of weeks ago to get assistance due to an issue with their app. We received prompt, efficient customer service by a younger gentleman at the counter. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible customer service! Doors locked before closing time. Employee opened the door and very rudely said "we're closed!" while letting other customers out... Again, Before closing time.. Not the best look in times like these.

Sobby the branch manger, is incredibly rude and unprofessional, which has just cost this branch, and US Bank, a very large acct. With his unpolished, rude demeanor he has no business dealing with bank customers.

Worst DAMN banking experience ever, I just spent an hour & 10 mins getting the runaround about a $8.10 check that was issued to me, by US BANK, as reimbursement for A CHASE overdraft fee, from 2+ years ago, WTF?

Clean and quiet inside. Service was straightforward besides the fact it took about 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal because the guy couldn’t take more than $5,000 without approval.
