Came in on a Friday afternoon to get a wire transfer. (Bad idea because wires don't process till next business day) There was an error in the processing and the wire never got sent. We rushed back on Monday to get the funds wired in time for the closing deadline and Ruvin, a banker helped us out big time. He helped us with a cashiers check and made sure we were fully taken care of. I would highly recommend this branch and this banker. Thank you!

This place has no sense of urgency. Multiple people will look at you and ignore you. The teller at the drive through will have no one in line but still never help at the counter. I can't go through the drive through apparently because I have too many deposits. Come in the building, takes 45 minutes to do 3 deposits. I hate this place.

What can I say?? I have a great experience with this branch every time.. No matter if it's my personal account or business.. Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to the managers for dealing with me.. LoL.. You ladies and gentlemen rock!! Greatly appreciated..

Another teller was helping me do a deposit and Hayden comes overs and I felt said some really rude comments. I took my check and left. Have been a US Bank customer for years and I’m definitely second guessing that decision.

Rediculously rude staff that is slow as molasses... Seems like they're TRYING to be slow on purpose. I haven't moved one spot yet and I've been waiting in line for 21 minutes. Avoid this place if at all possible

Won't take cash deposits at both atms. Bank closed except drive thru. No phone number to call branch. Ridiculous. Pathetic. Blame it on a virus.

Atm took a thousand dollars from my account and dispensed nothing. Customer service says it will take 45 days to figure out

The teller was cold, rude and slow. Rochelle was really slow, rude and arguable. Definitely not the job for her.
