While I overall really appreciate USBank and will happily be getting a new mortgage through them soon this branch has left me very unsatisfied with customer service over the past couple of weeks. I’ve been coming in to get a routine if not common service done and had nothing but problems. First came in at 12:40 on a Saturday and asked to do a wire transfer, but they were about to close, their one personal banker was busy, and the manager did not want to start the process since they were close to closing. They the. Told me my two options were to head to a Lund’s and Byerlys USBank branch, due to their later closing time on Saturday, or to come in during regular office hours M-F. I needed to get this done as I was heading out of the country for a week and went to L&B, stood in line for 20 minutes, finally could ask a teller if they could do a wire transfer and was told that in fact they could not, because they didn’t have a manager on duty. Went on my vacation and came back, finished up some catch up work and decide to head to the bank at 3:30 (during normal business hours as I was instructed) on Monday. Get in and ask the teller if I can do a wire transfer, he goes and talks to the manager and comes back to tell me that they cannot perform the wire transfer, as those have to be done by 3:00. This is the first time I’ve heard that time as a limiter, and it’s my third time in asking the same question. I don’t have a problem with the policies, but if someone is asking for a specific service that you claim to do, let them know everything they need to know their first time in. Running all over town and coming in multiple days to try to get something done, with no one seeming to know what is actually going on is incredibly frustrating.
I don't usually write reviews about a bank, but this one is just too good not to. I have worked with Margie a few times now. She is incredibly helpful and does so much more then I realized a banker could or would do for an average customer like me. I plan to continue banking with US Bank more in the future, rather than Chase where I have a majority of my business accounts, due to this elevated service from Margie. A couple things Margie has gonna above and beyond on include including her Personal Cell for emergencies, following up personally when any issues arise with an explanation, support clearing problematic charges from a business that didn't deliver. Just very helpful overall, can't say enough. I also like US Bank's mobile app too!
Wish there was a no star option. As an adult when was the last time that you were legitimately bullied by a group of individuals while they were at work..... and you're a customer? Absolutely appalled at the way that I was treated by the staff members in this Bank. Never in my life been treated so poorly at a place of business. I literally left there feeling like I was a victim of bullying.... like in high school or something.... but by the adult staff at this bank. Taking my business elsewhere. I'm can't support a company that employs people that act like that. Sad that used to be a good location.
I probably won’t be coming back to this particular branch. I put a jar of coins in their machine and it told there there was $1 total. I had counted it before and it came to around $15 so I knew that was wrong. I told the banker and he took my information and said he would call me back later that day. I didn’t here back from them for over a week for them to tell me there was only $12. Was this a big deal? No. Is it annoying? Yes. I recommend NOT using their coin machine.
Being a commercial business, I don’t know how it takes 35-45 mins stalled in the drive-thru (since indoors isn’t open). Then making a deposit takes an additional 15 minutes now compared to less than a minute beforehand.. If you get the jersey shore looking guy (black shirt, chain and brownish beard) he’ll make sure you wait for 10 minutes while he plays on the computer while doing nothing with your deposit checks/money orders.
Understaffed and inept. Bank here if you want to wait 30 minutes in line where a single teller works and nobody else. No office staff either. Just a ghost town that you can waste time in. Oh, and there’s likely to be mistakes made by the teller during your trip. Worth it!
Margie Mumbleau went out of her way to assist both my wife and me on several occasions. She is very knowledgeable, and she provided expert customer service. She was amazing in taking the initiative to meet our needs. We cannot thank her enough!
This Bank NEVER clears their sidewalks of snow and ice. Almost every business and building in the surrounding area has not problem with this simple task. This is over the last 4 winters of walking by semi-weekly.
The Manager is an absolute star but they are in dire need of computer upgrades. I sat for what feels like forever waiting on him to reboot his computer. Which he apparently had to do 3 times that day.
I like the name of the ITM machine edit on January 3, 2023 ; can this ITM machine transfer money between US Bank and BB&T at 143 South Market Street, Elizabethtown, PA 17022? ; Cash, Deposits & More
I was told a manager will give you a call but got no call at all,I drove to another location where I got my problems solved easily and fast,I don't think I will step in it again
This location either needs to be close or inform the staff .. I came to make a deposit at 1pm and now I’m leaving at 2 with nothing done.. this is …
Great service. Everyone is friendly. The branch manager Thai is especially knowledgeable and a great steward and representative for US Bank
This branch does exist. Not at 333 E.Hennepin. It's now on 1st ave and 4th street NE Same block just the other side on 1st ave NE
Never once had a problem here... one of the bankers treated me very generously and I'll always remember that. Thank you so much.
This is the best branch I've been to, very friendly and helpful staff. I'd go out of my way to go to this location.
One the best banks I have dealt with and the service was perfect when I opened up my new account!
If you love late fees, zero customer service and high interest charges, bank here
Great environment. Employees are friendly. Good customer service. Good job.
This branch does not exist anymore. Take it down, Google Maps.
Poor customer service skills
Very easy to transfer money
