The only US Bank branch I know of that makes up its own hours. The website says they close at 1pm on Saturdays. Their front door says they close at 1pm on Saturdays, yet here I am locked out of the lobby at 12:45pm on a Saturday. Is this a management issue or poor transparency issue?

I came on a Tuesday evening from work to make a deposit 5 minutes before closing and they had already locked the door. I realize that's close to the end of the day but with 5 minutes left they should still have the door unlocked. I worked

Staff was nice however; no professionalism. No uniforms. Untidy like they rolled out of bed. When I walked in I could not tell who worked there, expect the teller behind the counter was wearing an old US Bank t-shirt.

I don’t understand why you need to be an account holder and show I.D. to exchange a twenty dollar bill for a ten and two fives at this us bank?

No quarters because they "didn't order any" what kind of bank doesn't have money in it? Switching to chase in the next few days.

Service here is very slow. Had one teller at the counter, 2 other "bankers" sitting there not helping with a line of 6 people.
