I went to do a wire transfer at this location. The banker had no idea what he was doing. He wasted an hour of my time sitting there while he kept entering the info wrong and the document kept on rejecting the submission because of it. He made the same mistake few times until finally he said it’s all good. After I got home two hours later he called me and asked me to go back again because he entered the wrong account number again. So I went back and when I got there he told me we can’t do the transfer because it’s too late. He totally wasted my time all morning till afternoon and after all the transfer was not done. I am left with All that wasting time and extreme aggravation which was for nothing, just because the banker was not professional and focused on his job, who had no idea how to do his job.

Las Vegas child support switched to this bank from BofA and I have had nothing short of a bad experience with this card. Lost card, called they told me they can't replace the card until child support changes the address on their end and after that it would take five business days before they will get the change. It's been two weeks no address change they can't give me an account apparently can't walk into the bank with my ID to get my money. There is no communication and no one seems to know anything. This is so frustrating was better off with the other bank.

THE WORST US BANK BRANCH IN VEGAS! GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH OR MOVE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER BANK. Every time I go to this US Bank branch, I have issues. When I entered the branch, today, there was an elderly man cursing the teller. I thought to myself, I totally understand your frustration. Today, after waiting for over 30 minutes for the teller to get approval for a cashier's check, I was told they were out of checks. What a waste of my time. US BANK, YOU SHOULD EITHER, CLOSE THIS BRANCH, FIRE THE STAFF OR TRAIN THEM! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

It is rare that someone can WOW me on customer service, but I was so Impressed with the knowledge and patience from the Client Relationship Consultant Cristian that I had to write a review. Cristian was patient with me and assisted with something like CoBrowsing to Show Me How to Activate My Business Debit Card and Where the Account Number and Routing Number was in my own US Bank App! It is rare to have someone so energetic, enthusiastic, patient and uplifting to help an old grumpy guy like me LOL ; - ))

I was made to stand outside the doors when I could clearly see bare 6ft marking on the floor and only 3 customers inside. The security guard insisted that you could only allow 10 in the building so the must mean there are 7 employees. Maximum capacity says 10 apparently including employees. Interesting. I need to understand how one can conduct business banking like this. Aren’t the tellers behind glass and doors. Find another location or another bank.

Horrible customer service i was going to open a new accnt today but now im taking my money across the street. they have 1 useless banker counting pennies for 1 person and others waiting. I dont know who manages this branch but its clear from the unprofessional behavior of these people that they must of fired the manager and replaced them with a hotline to call or something just as useless.

At this USBank there was plenty of parking and it was easy to access from the street. The tellers are very polite and friendly. It is clean and well maintained, as is the shopping area it sits in. There are also several fast food restaurants in the same shopping mall so you can do your banking and then grab a bite to eat. …

I'm surprised to see these poor ratings! The staff are so nice and so polite. Waiting is to be expected, but it wasn't terribly long. I was able to get everything I needed done within a reasonable amount of time and relative ease. Any concerns and questions I had were answered expertly, and I had an overall excellent experience.

This is a convenient location as it is in the corner of the plaza. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This time I needed a notary. She was available on a Saturday which was helpful. On previous visits inside this location the tellers have been quick and efficient. A nice US Bank branch.

Why is this the second time this year i have not been able to deposit cash at an atm!!?? Why can i deposit checks but not cash???! Very disappointing and leaving me considering switching completely over to AFCU.

Don't try to deposit money at the ATM. It will keep your money and not add it to your account. Getting it deposited will be a pain in the butt and a bunch of phone calls to people who can't help you.

The bank tellers are very nice and helpful. My only gripe would be that the ATM is not serviced properly and either does not have money to dispense or not in service.

I was given a COUNTERFEIT $100 bill out of their ATM. They said I am out of luck, there is nothing they will do for me.
