After an initial issue with truck availability the staff really exceeded my expectations and were able to remedy the issue and get me on my way quickly. Really great customer service from the truck readiness crew and the customer service associate who even came in early and opened the store to help me. Really appreciated!

Friend, fast service: everything explained clearly: i had zero issues: advice: if you guesstimate that your move will take you 6 hours, book 2 additional hours: life happens. In my case there was a fire that prevented us from moving for about an hour... thankfully i had an extra hour to return the truck without stress.

My friend needed to rent a van...we used it for 35 miles and returned it within 3hrs and it came out to 86dls. We didnt add the insurance to it. It may come out to more if you add insurance.
