Parking garage
"One of the best garages in downtown Phoenix"
"Pre purchased parking online and upon arrival the barcode reader wouldn't work"
"Parking spaces are on the small size, wayfinding (signage) is not the best and it can be easy to get stuck in places you don't intend to be"
"Book a parking space 2 weeks in advance for an event"
"Do NOT pre purchase parking for this garage as the scanners never work"
One of the best garages in downtown Phoenix. Spaces are wide and there is plenty of parking even on the event days. It is much easier to park here and head to the Suns Arena or ball park then to fight for spots closer to the venues. Garage is clean and building has security guards inside.
Pre purchased parking online and upon arrival the barcode reader wouldn't work. Contacted the assistant and they said to get a ticket and then show the barcode when leaving. There was no attendant at the exit and that barcode reader wasn't working either. Had to pay 2x for parking.
Parking spaces are on the small size, wayfinding (signage) is not the best and it can be easy to get stuck in places you don't intend to be. Like having to turn the wrong way because the only other options is to exit through the monthly parking exit. $20
Book a parking space 2 weeks in advance for an event. Day of event showed up to 2 & 40 parking garage to find out that there were no more spaces due to an event they had going on. Poor if not horrible advertising to book in advance. …
Do NOT pre purchase parking for this garage as the scanners never work. However I have liked parking here for events as its not a far walk and theres usually no backup on getting out of the garage. Parking spots do seem on the smaller side
I prepaid for parking and printed the voucher. Tenant tried to scan the barcode on the voucher, but the machine kept saying it was invalid. The tenant allowed me in. When I left the lot, the machine required the ticket to let me out which
Prebooked parking on the ParkWhiz app and drove to the correct location . The man that was working told us we were in the wrong location and we had to drive two blocks down. He also told us that he would only take cash if we paid for our
I got plenty of notice before pick up and the delivery of my car so that I had time to make sure I’d be able to link up with the driver at the given time. No hassle for this car shipment of mine (Florida to AZ btw) Thankful to you all!
Parked here for the World Series game 10-30-2023, worst experience ever. Lot was poorly managed and oversold. They were turning people away. When it was time to leave after the game, wound up in the bottom level (G6) and sat without
Convenient and reasonably clean. Be sure to prepay or validate your ticket before exiting. Horrid sewer/poop odors when I visited. Double parked vehicles on street avoiding parking charges make departure precarious.
There almost seems to be more parking garages in AZ then actual entertainment.. This just inflates land value since they basically all charge you for not really doing anything for you.
Parking pass/scanners didn't work and ended up paying full price, plus the pre-purchased parking cost. The actual garage is conveniently located. Won't pre-purchase parking again.
Do not park here if you are coming in for a concert at any of the venues nearby. It took us over 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot as they only kept one
Overpriced parking garage that double charged me for parking. Prepaid for parking for $10. The ticket machine at the entrance would not scan
Not the best pricing, which maxes out at $15. The underground lot can feel a bit muggy as well. This is a great location though.
Best parking pricing in all of downtown Phoenix, Safe, secure, and the Security for the building is top notch.
Works like a parking garage usually does. I'm neither super excited nor upset going there. Usually not full.
Downtown has made history. Beautiful place . Great restaurant and building to visit . Alot of work spots .
The parking was kinda confusing and with it having multiple addresses the lobby attendant was very helpful
Easy in and out and close to the Orpheum Theater and a short walk to Seamus McCaffrey's.
Do not ever use this parking garage for a Suns game it takes forever to get out
Leaving the lot took about 45 minutes because only one exit was open.
If you are there on business have them validate your ticket.
Good place to park if you work there but costly if you dont
Convenient location to Chase Field and reasonable prices.
Easy access to the parking area from multiple streets.
Beautiful art work and so much to see and explore
We got our car parked. They did their job.
Quite interesting. All walks of life.
Easy and nice location
