If you want to get a headache, deal with this laundry. Am not sure what their problem is, they promised to deliver by Saturday morning when given the items on Thursday afternoon. And on Saturday night, which pass the agreed time, our items were not ready, and they started giving unreasonable excuses. And after a long negotiation they delivered quarter of the given items, promising to finish it on Sunday Be careful, you have to check after them with the bill, they added extra charge for non-existent items Their customer service is a nightmare, i will not be dealing with them again

‼️EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING STAFF AND ALTERATION SERVICE‼️ Came here for the 1st time on Sept. 29, 2023 for BASIC alteration of 2 sets of NEW uniforms. Delivered on Oct. 1, 2023. The tailor doesn’t seem to know how to sew a straight line. Returned the tops on Oct. 3 and very calmly addressed the issues and gave instructions properly. They told they will deliver the next day but it was only delivered tonight at 10:25pm after multiple calls and lies from their staff. They just ruined my uniforms!

WORST WORST WORST Absolutely horrible service. I gave my Shirt just to iron, they tore it and gave it back without informing. When I went to their shop to complain it was very convenient for them to say it was from before. However really advise who ever give them clothes plz take pictures b4 you give clothes to them. So you can make the liars pay. After reading this comment sure the laundry owner will reply with expected answer. WORST WORST WORST.

What a pathetic experience with one of their staff called Azzam, he doesn’t know how to speak with client. I gave him clothes for ironing, I was advised to collect the clothes by 5pm I went to get my clothes but you know what he got me bill of Aed 18 for ironing where else I used to pay only aed 3. He is really really rude guy, 100% I will not go this place again. What a bad experience…

⚠️*DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES!!!* ⚠️ Garbage shop. They ruined many of my Kanodra and they never listen. They just act friendly and act like they learned their lesson but nothing. They insist on doing things their way. The only reason I was patient was because of the delivery option. You have been warned.

Professional work and great with timings, owner cares about his business, if any hiccups occur they will make sure it doesn’t happen again. I would recommend.
