If you want to participate, come with an open mind and ensure that you attend on a day that there will be an activity. You don't need to be an artist - although it helps - and be prepared to express your feelings and opinions. Most importantly, do come.
A really friendly space that always puts the effort in for their local community. They did their best to keep supporting people throughout and since lockdown, and are a consistent and reliable resource, which is so important in difficult times!
I was not happy with the closing hours which you have not told me on the website. I went down last Saturday and it was close which I came all the way from north London. You could have warned me about xmas oening hours. I was very disappointed.
What a lovely place, with such a beautiful and helpful people. We learnt and enjoyed so much in our visit there. Wish they could do workshops more often. This community need more places like this. Thanks so much you are amazing!
The best cultural hub in Croydon. The incredible team work tirelessly to support local artists, host workshops and activities for young people, cement themselves within the local community and put on stunning exhibitions.
An extremely rude and aloof woman engaged me to take photographs for an event at Turf which she lied would be published with attribution to me. She published the photos and gave no credit to me.
This is a brilliant project, my son attended and thoroughly enjoyed and is going back to other courses. Sophie is so helpful and passionate about her work. Totally worth looking at
Very creative, very engaging, very educative. The whole project adds a different dimension to art. We have been regular. The kids love to be there.
Good innovative ideas to bring out creativity in the kids. It is engaging as well as educational. My kids love to be there. I would recommend.
