Professional personnel and unique assistance: I visited the consulate for some personal paperwork. First of all, the new consulate location is more convenient than the previous one in Al Bustan Center. Plenty of parking slots (RTA parking) are available right in front of the consulate. As I entered, the waiting time was way shorter than expected, especially given that there were several people awaiting running their urrands. When my turn came, I approached the gentleman who assisted me with my request and made sure that I do not leave with any wuery in mind. Thank you for the good service, and this is the ideal image of professional Tunisians especially dealing with such a multicultural variety of people. Great job, keep up the good work. What a Horrible experience dealing with the Tunisian consulate. Extremely slow process and its very frustrating to deal with their unfriendly staff. They do not deserve any stars at all. I have lost 4 days of travel days and had to rebook my flight since even after more than 21 working days, the visa is still not ready and waited 3 hours at the consulate on the day i had the passport stamped. I will never ever go back to Tunisia because of their consulate and they are the worst i have been to.

I have contacted the consulate over the phone ,they answered my call advised me nicely all the details i needed . i renewed my passport. extremely nice and professional people in reception. Mr mahmoud and another tunisian agent assisted me . they are both helpful and professional. the place was clean. the staff were wearing mask and respecting covid regulations . the staff came to their duty before opening time . And let us enter early also. Thank you so much.

تعامل سيء جدا . لا يردون على الاتصالات و لا يتصلون .ناشرين ملصقات على الحائط يطلبون من الناس الابتسامه و الالتزام بالتباعد و هم لا يبتسمون اصلا . Very bad experience ,they never answer the calls and they never call or follow up . My passport took more than a month and still not yet ready uptoday . Always discrimination they don't treat everybody the same they will never proceed always will be behind all nations.

This is the most pathetic consulate I have ever dealt with!!! I don't understand how can u treat people like this? If you are not accepting tourist visa applications then why are you taking people's money and not refunding? I will make sure that everyone knows that this consulate are theifs and not professional at all. Very rude staff and pathetic, no manners! Disgusting consulate and people!

It’s just back side of time Hotel , Damascus street and 5 minutes away from Tawar center. Plenty of RTA parking spaces but paid. Timings are 9:00 to 2:00 pm . You need to apply for visa at least 2 weeks before and then after approval it gets pasted same day. Quite place.

Great service. Exceeded my expectations! The staff was very kind and helpful. The consulate wasn’t busy and my passport was prepared promptly and within the promised deadline. 5/5 nothing like the usual Tunisian administration. This consulate is great! Thank you

I called hundred times no answer at all I this these people are there to sit on a chair only nothing else this is very very extremely bad consulate the tunisian government should take action

They will never answer the phone, very slow process, and they will let you wait a long time even there is no people.

The place is not busy at all, little distant from everything else. The processing time is long 10 working days!
