The services are pathetic. I gave them a pair of shoes to wash, a saree, and a blouse to be dry-cleaned. I gave them November 6th as the pick-up date, and on November 8th, they took my stuff. After numerous calls, they delivered the things on November 13th; however, the blouse was in terrible shape. They were meant to send the stuff on November 11th. My shoes are not at all clean, and the fabric crumbled and was moist after being dry cleaned. I tried to make a complaint about it, but the person didn't pick up the phone or get back to my texts. Following two days of nonstop phone calls and texts, the individual responded today, November 15, asking that the fabric be taken again for dry cleaning. And even now, when I call him, he doesn't pick up. Never, ever try this tumble dry service, is my recommendation. It is a waste of both money and time. It is a waste of both money and time.

I had given 2 white T shirt for wash and Steam iron. The color area was a lil faded with stains which can be easily removed with brush and machine wash. I received my t shirt in the exact sane condition. It looked as if the t shirt was only ironed nothing else. What's the point of spending so much, if you cannot get your whites cleaned. Spend some extra time at home and you can get better results.

In Doddathogur, Electronic City Phase-1 branch: They promised that they won't mix our laundry with someone else's. But i caught them today, I saw that they are mixed my clothes with someone else's in the machine. This is disgusting. Worst experience ever! Never trust them

These guys said they will return dry washed clothes in 3 days. It took a week and finally I had to go to the store to get my stuff back. The person didn't pick up calls and when he did kept promising next day delivery! I will be cautious of these people
