I have given 3 sarees and a blouse for dry cleaning. In their system they entered the details of the items given incorrectly(i.e., 2 sarees 1 blouse and 1 dupatta). During delivery, only 3 pieces were delivered and one saree was missed out. They din even bother to check which item was missing and the person in-charge said he was busy and cannot check now and give me a call me once he finds the missing piece. Evening I myself had to call him back and check if he found the missing item. He said yes it is there and I had to tell him it's a saree which is missing and not a dupatta. When asked, how did you enter the details incorrectly, which one did you consider as dupatta, he said by mistake I donno how I entered. Not a good experience. Very bad service and the person In- charge talks too much with a lotta attitude. Otherwise, the service of packing and dry cleaning was good.
