I made a transaction for JN which I made incorrectly. Asked for them to follow it up for me to get a refund. I went to this shop on three occasions to follow it up and at each I was told that I would be contacted. At no point was I called and the refund was never resolved. I will not use them for xfer again nor will I purchase from the shop.
