Update: As soon as my family and I decided we were going to do another cruise vacation, there was no question who were going to turn to to plan another fantastic voyage! John organized a Mediterranean cruise for my family and a larger group which comprised of 63 people. As a thank you he even organized a complimentary cocktail for us on board the trip. My last trip to Germany was booked through Tropical Vacations. This was the best decision I could have made. The service was exceptional - I was worry-free. John took care of everything and got us a great package deal. In fact, he was able to get us into the host hotel for our event which I could not book when I tried myself. In preparation for the trip, John ensured that we had all our documents ready for an international trip, entered all required info for the airline, reminded us to take our COVID tests etc. We even got tips on places of interest in the area we were visiting. John was AMAZING! I had hit some passport issues on the day of travel and I reached out to John to help. I traveled to Mexico with 7 girlfriends and I am almost certain we drove him nuts.
