Without any communication half of my order was refunded. Only later did I realise those same cards were then relisted at higher prices on the website and the remainder of my order was shipped. I've never experienced this with any other card shop. If there is any issue with an order such as stock or incorrect pricing issues I've always received some form of communication to resolve the problem before the order was altered and shipped. In this case my email inquiries have been flat out ignored. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this is unacceptable.

The last store was great but the new location and store inside is Amazing!! What hasn't changed is the very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! The multiple display cabinets are full of a huge collection of singles to buy at a range of prices to suit everyone. There's plenty of options to purchase individual packets, and a huge variety of themed boxed packs. The store has a big range of plush Pokemon and all sorts of products to keep those Pokemon cards safe. If you haven't checked out this Pokemon store yet, I can't recommend it enough!

Excellent range of singles across sets. Largely modern singles on display, but you do find a few older set cards in raw or slabs. Chris and the other staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful to deal with. Always a pleasure coming here to find cards to finish off sets or buy some sealed products! Keep up the amazing work!

This morning (10/10/23) I went into the shop at Brompton and the man at the front was lovely, he gave me great advice to not buy single cards until I open the boxes and when I bought a box instead of a card, I pulled the card I wanted. Great shop, great service, friendly employees. 5/5 stars

It was great going into the store and meeting Chris. Great guy with a lot of knowledge of Pokémon TCG. Shopfront was clean and tidy and all the singles on display looked great. Traded in some rare cards for store credit for some new TCG gear and a Sylveon Full Art. Awesome stuff!

My go to place, they've helped me understand, appreciate and be part of this collectors community that I otherwise would not have considered. It has provided a common interest and joy to share with my son. They are professional and provide a great Allround service.

When shopping online, be prepared for some of the cards to be extremely off centre, even on very expensive cards. I wish they were marked as such. As it is incredibly disappointing.

The absolute best experience. My son is Pokémon obsessed and loves going. The owner and all staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and they go out of their way for you!

Met the owner at the Royal Adelaide show. Even though he was busy he was still very friendly and helped find a few cards I needed to add to my battle styles set!
