DISCLAIMER: I'm a regular customer who frequents this shop, this is a 100% unsolicited honest review of 3D Smoke Shop to help anyone out looking for stuff to smoke your tobacco with. When you think of smoke shop, you probably think of a dark, dank, dingy building with beaded curtains in your face as you walk in, no windows that let in any sunlight, and a carpet that smells of stale patchouli and cheese. That's the past. 3D Smoke Shop has a large multi-glass front façade facing busy South Congress that lets in plenty of bright sunlight, along with a brightly lit interior that makes you feel welcome and not like you're doing something wrong just by being there. Everything is clean, shiny, and there's no overwhelming smells of anything only fresh air and clean glass. When you walk in, you're greeted by case upon case upon case of every type of glass and acrylic smoking accessory you can think of like dab rigs, nic salts, vape juice, chillums, custom boro glass, insane one of a kind local Austin blown glass art pieces, novelty pieces, bangers, terp pearls, carb caps, glass and metal dabbers, hemp flower, hemp cartridges, delta 8 carts, butane, torches (the good ones not the cheap ones other places sell), mason jars, concentrate jars, trays, and anything else you want. If you can use it for smoking your tobacco or mugwort or skullcap, I'd be willing to bet you can find it in this smoke shop. The employees are always friendly, not pushy, & always very helpful but most importantly, they're knowledgeable about the products that they sell. Their prices are also the best I have found in town, from north Austin all the way to Buda - the pricing is really fair and I've never left feeling like "oh man I might have overpaid for this..." - it's always a piece that lasts for a long time and feels well-made. I'm glad I live pretty close to this place but if I lived in Georgetown or Taylor or even Killeen I would make the drive to this awesome smoke shop, it's really worth it in every sense of the word.

I used to love this spot when Roger worked here. My bf and I spent well over 1k here since we moved into the area during the summer. They recently installed a points system under 5 Stars, it was great cause we spent $710 one day on a few big ticket items that day. Giving us 710 points which equals $71 store money. Today I came in to buy a box of wraps, preferring to buy in bulk generally. New guy working there said it was cool, great. He spends like 5 minutes trying to figure out how to scan my items. $109 total. When I ask to apply my points at the end, 500 for $50 off as the machine says, he starts being weird. At first he tries to just give me $20 off and apply all 710 of my points but I called him out. Then he applied the $50 discount, left it sitting, there are 3-4 ppl in line now, and he called his boss...to confirm that 500 points equals $50 off. Im super shocked that he would act like that towards someone who has obviously shown a lot of love to their store. Roger was A1 and I wish I could just go to his new store. Current guy obviously has no clue how anything works despite having been at the store for months himself.

I finally checked this place out this past weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with their large selection of glass. They have excellent price points, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Their customer service however was not at all what I expected, the time says they open at 10AM and we were there at 10:30A and the front door was locked. When the associate finally came to answer the door, he wasn't friendly at all. He didn't provide us with any assistance in choosing a new piece or talk to us about what they have on sale. I would've thought they'd be more excited to get a new customer in since I expressed how excited I was to be shopping there for the first time. He wasn't a friendly person at all and barely said two words to us. He probably shouldn't be in the front assisting customers.

Since coming here, 2 years now approximately, I've always been welcomed by an amazing staff who has a plethora of knowledge on all smoking devices whether that be vapes or whether that be hand blown glass pieces. Along with being welcomed by a staff that has this vast knowledge on all these ways of smoking cessation, you will also be surprised by theq great prices as well. All of the staff is amazing, but the ones that I am usually greeted by are Shelby, Becky and Tristan! They are so amazing and helpful! This is by far my favorite smoke/vape shop to come to and will continue to be that way. Thanks guys!

The shop itself is amazing. The pieces deserve 5 stars. But I've been thru there for vape supplies on several occasions and I haven't gotten any decent customer service. The last time the young sales lady was on the phone the entire time she was helping me and the manager standing right and was apparently ok with that. Other time the sales guy gave me the wrong info on a product and I wasted money buying it. Another time or two the sales peoplel acted as if they can't be bothered with the customers.

Legit worst place ever. My $55 delta 8 vape randomly stopped working five days after purchase. It was still full ( I don’t use it a lot). They said it’s a common problem but since usually people notice within one day they couldn’t do anything for me and they couldn’t fix it. I asked if I could speak with a manager and they said their phones aren’t even working. Absolute joke of a place they legit made me pay $55 for a total of ten rips. Absolute rip off and honestly embarrassing for the shop.

Great little smokes shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. I personally don't know Anything about e-cigs or vapes etc but my lady loves em and they helped me pick a very decent quality yet reasonably prices one for her and have been very helpful with helping me determine the right flavors based on her preferences and keeping me supplied with the cartridges or coils or whatever it is that needs replaced occasionally. Great selection of incense as well

Had no idea what a rebuildable atomizer was. If you are a hardcore vapor, you should know... More for people that aren't vaping their own builds. Sell other products too (vape other stuff). If you just need juice they are probably fine. If you need cotton, vape coils or mesh, Create-a-Cig is the place you should head. Good reviews are likely from your average vape pod or "screw in" prebuilt coil users.

This is my one stop I go to for smoke accessories and what-nots !!! And the managers are beautiful souls and always the most helpful to any of my smoking needs, and the trippiez crew is always friendly !!! If I ever had any type of issue they always make it right , and that situation is next to none !!! Thank u for ur kindness and smoke accessories and ur smiles !!! Peace !!!!

Huge selection and great prices! Tristan was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had(which was alot). Also very friendly to anyone who walked in. While we were browsing he tended to everyone that walked in while assuring us he would be right back to assist us. Customer service was A1. Prices beat the competitors!! Great place! Stopped by on a whim to check out prices on my way home. Ended up leaving with a great deal on a piece. Met a friendly person by the name of honeybee. She is very polite and attentive. She offered me her recommendations upon my request, but made me feel comfortable choosing what I really wanted. Excellent service! Great location!

Sold me extremely brown, dried, crumbly CBD flower that was completely unusable once I opened it at home. It would disintegrate in my fingers if I barely touched it, I had to throw it out and it was like $40 for an 1/8. They also refuse to give any price details on anything over the phone, I’ve never heard any other smoke shop doing that.

I live in spicewood I was calling around to ask pricing on hemp flower and was informed they don't give prices over the phone. I don't drive from spicewood to a random spot where I don't know if their pricing is within my budget for hemp products. No pricing over the phone got y'all this review and guarantees I won't be shopping there.

Well what can I say ........ CORy is hardcore,David is inlove with himself, lily is , but my sweet Shelby. I love the whole staff here,and on God the best stickers and socks . And cheapest blunt wraps in town.ill take the Pepsi challenge that you won't leave disappointed. Come on and see ,they like family except they like me.

Best smoke shop in the city. The owner is a real cool dude, very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable plus they offer the best deals/discounts. I've been to their other location in Dallas while visiting a friend so I'm geeked there's a local shop I can put all my other friends on to now.

Come check this place out. A variety of gummies and other things. The gal I spoke to (manager or owner, not sure) was super friendly and helped me get the gummies I was looking for. She also offered to order the gummies I'm used to taking! Super sweet. Very clean place. I will definitely be back.

Not only is the selection amazing. The customer service is impeccable. Irie is amazing. Hopefully I'm spelling her name right but she is very intelligent and savvy when it comes to her work. She brought me on to a few things that I am really happy with and never would have tried otherwise.

Every single person that works here is chill af, there's a ton of vape stores in Austin but i go to this one bc of the employees. I honestly love them! They are the BEST and deserve all the raises they can possibly get. It's not cheap living here.

The Employees are helpful, just a couple of things I like about 3D is that they have a great selection of glassware, the energy is always up and all of them can answer ANY questions that I have. Good atmosphere , will keep going back.

I don't like how prices aren't posted, on items. It's almost like they can give you a deal, or tax you based on whether or not you're gender, etc. Maybe it's just me, but I'll be getting my vapes elsewhere.
