Charged me for items I purchased online, only to contact me on the day of delivery to inform me they're not in stock. Now it will take up to several weeks for the refund to be processed. I've also wasted my time putting off purchasing these products from competitors because of Trio Pet Care's incentive of a subscription service. As a first time customer, their customer service has ensured I won't be a repeat one.
