Booked through an online company, be careful if you book a room for after 12 AM to specify the previous day. When I got here at 2am I was booked for a check in at 3 AM later that day. Clearly that was not acceptable. I had to call the booking company on the Internet and reschedule it for the previous day, although they were nice enough to keep the rate the same. All in all I believe it was a flaw in the Calendar app of the booking service, but caution to anyone checking in after 12 AM at night be sure and double check that you are booking for the previous day in order to avoid the hassle. Otherwise it has very nice and bright outside lighting, a secure feeling premises, and nice mood lighting in the rooms for the price. *edit* arrived at 2:30 and couldn’t get to my room till 3 , asked for a 12am checkout , would only give me 11:30 checkout. Ever heard of customers always right ? 30 min, -1 star , fair in my book . not my F’n hotel . Goodnight .

I'm only putting 5 stars so that you see this . If you continue to read countless people have mentioned the bed bugs and they're not on the front of the page and I really need it to be it's so unfair because the hotel has really strict guidelines but most hotels and any online booking don't think that bed bugs are uninhabitable you'll be better off saying your grandma died to get a refund. I seen the bug took a picture caught it and took it to the front desk . They said they would come look at room as I was walking back one of the workers who lives on property came out SCREAMING at the top of his lungs in my face in my friends face and I mean I debated calling the police to right a report for the aggression . He basically was upset with me that I found bed bugs . It looks cool but I'm telling you it no place you want to stay , don't let them lights fool you this is not a drill. Safe travels ❤️

Very rude staff, false advertisement. This is an over priced MOTEL not a suite. There were live and dead roaches in the room, the vent fan for the bathroom did NOT work. Drove in from California and the lady had me get back in my car because I couldn’t park near the office. (Even though I was literally leaving to take my dog to daycare after I put my bags in the room) once she noticed I had my dog she called her husband and they both became hostile and argumentative. I kept explaining I’m leaving I’m taking him elsewhere. There were piss stains throughout the entire bathroom floor/wall. Our smoke detector had no batteries and did not feel safe in the room (120). I do NOT recommend staying here, better chances at a Motel 6, at least it’s name brand and you know what you’re getting.

Everything was fine except that the rooms were left with the AC off on a 100+ degree summer day. Despite the manager insisting, after I switched out of my first room to a new one and then complained again, only to realize that they were *all* like this, that it would only be "a couple minutes" before it cooled down, it most certainly was not cool until a couple of hours later. I had a late check in after a long drive and I was so uncomfortably hot in that oven of a room that even though I was exhausted I was up for hours longer than I would have been. I finally fell asleep on top of the covers with my head at the foot of the bed so I could be in front of the AC unit. I don't know what money that guy thinks he's saving by keeping the AC off. Or whatever his reasons are, it's not how you do summer in Texas. I will never stay there again.

Nothing quite makes a visit feel cozy like discovering that you're not alone in the room, eh? A few highlights: -- Definitely not in a great part of town. At all. -- Manager on duty claims, "This is not a Marriott Hotel! We are not 100% satisfaction guaranteed! GOODBYE" when complaints are voiced over the phone. -- When told I would receive a refund for the room (I didn't stay... read the next point below), I did not. The manager refused to refund my money, despite not staying at the hotel. -- Oh... and bed bugs. No like. I noticed a spot of dirt on the headboard move... and then saw it also had legs and looked like the attached image. In fact, the image attached was taken in the hotel room after I captured one of the little critters. So... if you're looking for company and enjoy squalor, have we got the place for you!

The rooms are nice small but nice the only thing going for it are some weird multicolor stripper lights in the molding of the ceiling. Floors were dirty. There policy is no visitors no being outside no in or out of your room. Like really?!? Who doesn't go in and out of your room it feels like your a prisoner can't even do take out because of the rules. No breakfast for the price of this room you would think they would offer breakfast but they don't. To me it's not worth the money you pay for it to stay here I've stayed at numerous hotels some that cost a lot less and have more amenities. Parking lot is small and cramp like your liable to hit a car pulling out of your parking spot. No hangers to hang up clothes very limited dresser space. Rooms are to small for the table they put in the room.

As soon as we pulled up I knew this is the type of place that rents by the hour. The bed sheets had not been cleaned, it had hand prints of god knows what all on the sheets as well as holes. We immediately called the manager and he was a rude prick, saying there was nothing he could do, he didnt come back to talk with us till we had the booking company call him to see what the deal was. The floors were disgusting, the bed was worse than anything I've ever experienced. I'd have rather slept on the in my car. I was set to stay for 2 nights and left within 30 minutes. Do not book this place, cheaper or not you definitely get what you pay for. When we were leaving the. Man said “ I didn’t put you next to the trashy customers that pay by the hour”

These people are total rip offs. I booked 3 nights but only stayed 1. I checked out way before check out time and was told I would get a refund for the other 2 nights. I never did and when I called I was givin the run around about the manager not being there ever. I threatened to sue and suddenly the manager gets on the phone and says ( I got lawyer, I don't care) and hangs up. No explanation. Very unprofessional and rude. I am getting a lawyer to file in civil court but what a headache. I'm from out of town and they took advantage of that. And I didn't even complain about the ghetto gangsters that were hanging around making noise all night!! Save yourself some grief and maybe getting robbed at gunpoint!!

No plasticware no ice no soda machines. The room itself was nice...the bed was kind of stiff but i slept light. The nice lighting in where the bed is is bright! The restroom lights is fantastic not bright but romantic for the shower or toilet use. Tv is boring nothing really on ever no matter where you are. It's small but the size of the bed makes up for that! Great for a one nighter two nights my back probably would be hurting but i don't know i stayed one night. I would recommend to persons looking for a one night stay before they leave out again. I just hope they keep up with the cleaning and sanitizing! Thank you for the experience Trinity Suites. Came to visit Dallas. It’s in a shady part of town. The outside looks a little sketchy but once you go in the room it looks nice like it’s been remodeled. Perfect for one person or a couple. Walls are extremely thin though so you’ll hear basically everything from the next room. I recommend bringing your own shampoo & soap! Also bring a blanket. A/C works. There’s a TV, fridge, microwave & coffee maker. There’s no iron or hangers The LED lights are a cool touch. It’s a little too noisy outside because of construction but I’ll probably be back next time I visit.

Well, you get what you pay for: $85 tax included. It's a small family owned motel, not a national chain. The rooms were nice enough. I didn't bring an ultraviolent light, so I dont know for sure how clean it really was. There was no breakfast, no usb recharge outlets on the lamps, no security latch on the door, and leftover food in the fridge. Nonetheless, it worked for me because it was the closest place to where I had to be at 8:30 the next morning. It would help if the owners/managers learned to smile. They seemed scared, defensive, and worried.

At first glance, the hotel isn't so bad exterior wise. Interior wise it's decent, for the price. My boyfriend and I went to lay down and watch a movie. I felt biting on my arm and noticed red marks on my right arm. I started to skim the bed for something that could have possibly been biting me. I seen the sheets had blood stain spots and immediately knee that there were bed bugs. I seen several small spots and once actual large bed bug. The owner would not credit my my expenses. My boyfriend urged me to not argue as, "when you buy cheap, you get cheap. "

Do not come to this hotel. I was told by the lady at the office I could have a late checkout ( at 12, regular chechout it' at 11) So the next day I was taking a shower at around 10:55 when I heard somebody knocking at the door like they came to collect rent's money, so when I came outside the same lady that told me I could checkout late is telling me that it was canceled WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTICE WHATSOEVER. So I have to grab my stuff and leave, pretty much I was just kicked out. I will never ever come back to this hotel. If it was my only choice I'd rather sleep in my car.

Our stay was for two nights but lasted 5 minutes when we went into the bathroom and saw a cockroach on its back on the floor. We then saw the bed sheets with many different yellow stains of various sizes. The housekeeper was very friendly and apologetic but the office worker didn't seem to care at all which he looked like he just woke up from a long nap. On the outside it's nice but that's the only thing that's nice about this place. If I could give 0 Stars I would. Great rates if you feel like sleeping with one eye open and having to shower every 30 minutes.

This place is horrible there was piss on the floor from some dog that was left over from the previous guest and we kept smelling a horrible odor coming from the room and we finally found the source of the smell. Not only did we not mention it cause we thought it was an honest mistake to miss but soon after my friends had come down to visit us to meet up for lunch and the owners come to the room yelling and being real disrespectful to us trying to say that no guest where allowed. A gem for the not so fancy Although it is located in a questionable side of Dallas, the location is within a desirable proximity to Downtown Dallas. There were strangers walking the neighborhood at all hours of the night. I was afraid my car would get broken into but I took the chance and thankfully it wasn't. The lady at the front desk was cordial but not very pleasant to talk to. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would gladly come back seeing as the price was a bargain for the location.

Please, I beg you, do not be mis-lead by the positive comments about this hotel. The employees are rude and disrespectful and will not refund you your money back . It is nasty and dirty and you will have to wait an hour to check in. Nice and calm motel. During my stay I marked that front desk guy rented a room only to discipline people so everyone can sleep peacefully. Room has all basic amenities like mini refrigerator, microwave (which is generally not getting in even 4-5* motel/hotel) toothbrush, luxury soap and shampoo. Air conditioner is so powerful that I feel cold in outside 110’F temperature. Nice and spongy bed with clean sheets and pillows. I recommend this motel for them who need nice sleep.

I stayed there three nights recently. I had a nice comfortable smoking free room on the first floor. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The parking lot is small and somewhat difficult to maneuver. The location is near the freeway and the DART mass transit station to downtown Dallas. My room rate was fair, less than $100 per night. The establishment has no amenities such as a pool, computer availability, food, or a workout facility.

Paid for this hotel though Expedia and when I tried to check in the guy at the front desk was drunk and being rude to another customer. He stormed off disappeared and never came back I called Expedia and they were unable to get in contact with this hotel for days after they finally got in contact with them they said they charged me a no show fee and wouldn’t give me a refund. I really wish a zero star was possible cause they do not deserve any stars at this place.

This place was awesome! Very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were, extremely clean, comfortable and recently updated to a modern look. The staff goes ovee and about expectations to make you feel at home and very comfortable. I especially like they bring you a basket with fresh fruit, granola bars and water every morning with no additional charge. I highly recommend it if you're planning on being in the downtown Dallas area.

Literally called and asked “you have any clean available rooms” and he kept telling me “i don’t know” …. Like huh?! Then after I asked him a third time, he says “we don’t have any clean rooms, goodbye” ….. I wasn’t rude or anything I just wanted a clean room… doesn’t look like they have that to offer so I’m headed somewhere else.

Theft Alert ! I checked out at 8 pm, jumped on an Uber, realized i was missing my airpods and called the Hotel right away to save them for me, and they told me they didnt find anything, im 100% sure i left them on the bed because i was using them before i left, and now they tell me its not there, whats gotten into people ? Lying to a customer just to steal some air pods really ? Pretty wack

There were gun shots outside this place last night! While the room has been superficially remodeled (cheaply) it is not clean. The neighborhood around it is not good. Trash and broken glass all over. Road noise is very loud inside the rooms. If I had not prepaid for it I would not have stayed.

The room was relatively cheap. We had to ask for the sheets to be changed when we arrived. I'm sure they were a clean set but there was something strange on them. Definitely not the nicest neighborhood or location but we were mostly away until it was time to call it a night. Next time, I will book a more convenient location for our activities.

Me and my family is from Alexandria. I called ahead of time to tell them my 2 kids, wife and I were on our way to book a room for the night and dey said it was fine. They knew I had 2 kids before I pulled up and turned me denied me a room because my daughter was 13. I don't understand that.

They have a good service here. During my stay for three days, they keep providing me coffee and new shower towel everyday. The room is also good with the TV that has good channels to watch. The location is close to DART station for 15 minute walk and there is bus stop right in front of the hotel too. So, I highly recommend staying.

Nicer room than I expected. Ac unit had a slight smell to it but it was bearable. No hassle checking in at 230 am. No hassle checking out. The place was surprisingly quiet, too. Good, comfortable bed and pillows. Even hot water in the shower. Lol the associate who checked us in was nice.. even despite the late hour. I'd go back.

Horrible neighborhood. Not remodeled rooms. Missing dresser drawers. Called Lyft back and got a second driver to come take me to another hotel. 2nd driver pulled up and said "I can't believe you're in a place like this. I said to myself, what is she doing here when I pulled up." Reviews totally misrepresented this property.

It is a decent place to stay and the service is great , fastest check-in ever , Doesn't get 5 stars , because im on the second floor and it is very hot (august) , and there is air conditioning and it work, but i just don't like the AC on all the time , thats me , so my advice , try to get a room on the first floor

WORST STAY EVER!!! Hotel had bed bugs and I was bitten all over. This happened yesterday and today my bites are red, swollen, and huge. Staff was very rude. We checked out the room at 2am with no where to go. I have video for proof but for some reason it would not let me upload it. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

this was initially one of your last resorts because the area looked sketch but we ended up loving our stay, the parking lot is well lit and the area is surprisingly quiet. it’s a great price and VERY close to downtown dallas 10/10 recommend!

They were racist against us for being white and also claimed they didn't want to allow us to stay because of how many bags we had and it looked like they was shut down and closed anyway because there were no cars anywhere around the place.

The area was questionable and it was very clearly a crappy motel that was newly renovated. It was fairly clean and the flashing accent lights throughout were hilarious. Can't say I would go back but it wasn't a horrible stay.

Its more like a motel. Its not very close to the downtown, but for the price you pay, its really good. I could ask for more ilumination on the room. The tv remote wasnt working, and i couldnt remove the batteries

Honestly, I was surprised when I opened the door to our room. It was recently remodeled and everything in the room was brand new. Cool mood lighting running along the top of the wall throughout the entire room.
