Recently visited for a 2nd hand car, before visiting had a call with agent to know about the details of the car and then myself checked in Hyundai promise website for the same car. The price quoted in site and said through the call was same 4.15 L. Later after couple of weeks i visited the showroom informing the agent that I will be coming. He had manipulated the price to 4.45L in the details sheet. Upon asking he said even over call he said it is 4.50 L which i misunderstood.I showed him the price quoted in their site for the same car. He was like the site is having wrong details and will not have refurbished cost. I am sure that he has manipulated the price as he knew I was interested in that car. Not happy with the same and further how he treated to show other cars which come under my budget.

Had a horrible experience with the Trident Hosur Road service centre. These guys caused scratches on the car and said it due to a cloth and will fade away, applied some temporary liquid which went away after washing. Additionally disc brakes have been replaced with some old car. Their tone before and after sales is totally different. Don’t make the mistake of purchasing a vehicle here if you expect any sort of service after buying your vehicle. Have also included the invoice to prove the authenticity of my review

Excellent Service & staff. Getting my vehicle serviced there from last 3 years and not even a once any of their service advisors have misguide me. If any customer shares a problem about vehicle then if any spare part replacement is really required then only they would recommend it else they would fix real problem instead of recommeding to go for sparepart replacement just to make more money. I have referred my 4-5 friends with Hyundai vehicles and they all are highly satisfied. Highly recommended.

Trident Hyundai Jakkasandra Branch - Mr. Daniel Vishwanath visited my house to pick up the car. He followed complete covid-19 guidelines, sanitized the car completely and used the disposable covers for steering, gear and seat. Very satisfied. Mr. Guruprasad, car service advisor, explained the problems in car very clearly and didn't unnecessarily changed the parts. I liked the service and explanation provided.

Service is good, hospitality is very good, But biggest problem of trident hundai is That after service, You will get 4 calls asking feedback, The lady who calls is least worried if you are on deathbed or just born. She will insist for 10/10 rating and anything less she will repeatedly call you and hold you by yours..

Mr Daniel provided provided hassle free, on time service! He is very professional, cool and customer focused person. He also advised to go for extended warranty and offered complimentary service. It was fantastic car service experience with the COVID safety procedures that Hundai is following.

Service is reasonably good. But this place is not well planned. Getting in and out could be tricky. Also make sure the odometer reading updated in the bill is proper. It can be goofy if you are not careful.

Extremely unprofessional team. Very poor quality of service provided without any ownership of the action done here. Escalating to upper layers does not help either. Please stay away from this scammy place

Overall a good experience. Vivekananda is a gem of a person. He takes time to explain what exactly he has done with your car and which are the parts were replaced with the proof of older parts.
