I am not sure why they called this place Tribeca ....... for those who do not know ... Tribeca = Triangle below canal ..... a famous part of lower Manhattan. I assure you that Saltwater Tribeca Village differs greatly from Tribeca in NYC...... some sloppy developer lifted the name without knowing what it means .... or they just like the name .... cos .... there are no triangles in the area so ... my hunch is that the developer was clueless .... but forgiven ....

Love our local shops. Think global, stay local! A handy IGA, doctors, dentist, chemist, barber, gym, swim school, pizza, kebabs and the best cafe in the west, all within walking distance. Look forward to the fish and chippie and what ever restaurants come next. Could do with a bar/brewery and we are never leaving.

Small yet fully equipped and decent place for essential needs. Residents of saltwater depend heavily on this place. Proximity to schools, swimming school, Medical centres and cafes and restaurants make this place special and unique

I use medicfirst doctors in this area Dr Zannib is the best lady doctor around and is our family doctor. Very attentive and always checks symptoms and explains medications in terms that are easy to understand.

It has a great pizza shop and the fish and chips shop. 2 different food shops that will satisfy anyone's hunger. The best hamburger I have had since I was a kid, or should I say in 45 odd years.

They are slowly adding more stores. The IGA is great & affordable and there are coffee & food shops, nail salon, gym, chemist & doctors. Small little shopping area but has what you need.

IGA is great but really expensive, hair and nail shop rude staff, pizza Origin is the BOMB and chook shop ok however the best Doctor in western suburbs at Medicfirst

Nice Deli. With a gelato bar. Great selection of stock. Friendly staff. Prompt service. On the day the only place in PC with dunny rolls. Life savers.

Great little shoping center has everything you need supermarket, chemist, fish and chips, kebabs, pizza and a nice bar with amazing food

Very reliable as its close to home :) great fish and chips ,iga little expensive , needs to be cleaned a little messy with rubish.

Not a bad little shopping centre but not much was open. I just went there to get a 3rd vax shot.

Nice open spaces. IGA is really good, lots of things for sale I can't find anywhere else.
