EDIT--stars adjusted, they reached out to me after this review to say hey come by for a second chance. I really appreciate it--they have a great reputation, and it looks like this was a one off / really bad day. I did go in recently to service my bike wheel, and everything was explained carefully and extremely politely. The technician gave me advice I needed about a few things, bike locks and wheel tread, and I was in and out in 15 minutes for the repair. They even threw in an adorable shirt with a dog in a bike basket. Now they just need an espresso bar so we can all hang out there. :D Had a horrible experience where they tried to get us to throw everything away. We came in with two regular (not performance) bikes that were almost running and they quoted us at about 500 bucks, then suggested we just throw one away. Extremely rude mechanic to boot, and I have no idea why—lots of attitude then told me she had never heard of my bike (a Peugeot). they charge 50 bucks for a brake cable / casing that doesn’t have any diamonds in it. I asked to straighten out a wheel, Said they don’t true wheels they just throw them away. Wow. I had a bike with me with a cracked frame from a car accident and about 250 worth of parts i thought we could use (like my BMX pedals) and she also told me to donate it / throw it away. Got both bikes fixed and one tuned at another shop for 90 , plus a bonus tire, and was happy to donate my extra parts to them to help other people, too . Photo below—resist garbage culture and see mechanics that aren’t afraid to keep old and beautiful things running.
On 3/21 we walked into Trek Bicycle shop. The good news is that we found the perfect bike for my daughter. Our salesperson, Aiden, did a terrific job guiding us through the entire process. But the purchase almost didn't happen. The first salesperson, the older man, was less than helpful. From the beginning, it was almost like he didn't want to sell us a bike. "We don't have anything for her, nothing in stock for a year" Then, when I asked if they had a bike for me, he responded with the same answer. "nothing for a year. "I hope it wasn't because we are Asian or if he genuinely believed that he couldn't find us a solution? ( two different height and weight) Either way, as an owner of a service business, that's not how I want any of our employees to treat our customers. Fulfill the customer's needs! If you don't have the solution at hand, find another solution. Aiden's approach was just that. He wanted to help us and even said that he would have ordered a bike if necessary, or he said to call each week and sometimes they will have something in stock. If this were my business, I would like our staff to learn from my good and bad experience.
I visited the place to inquire if they have a service that can assist on hopefully fixing a bike i bought outside of Trek. Their team at that store was very friendly. Devin was the one who assisted me and he was so kind to hop off what he was doing to assist. Very knowledgeable and actually knows what he’s talking about. He took some time to help me understand what i was looking at and explained the basics. As a beginner, he gave really great tips for someone my stage. Provided advice on the trail i mentioned that i found and suggested paths that can be taken. All this while hes fixing my bike. Will definitely be my next shop to get a proper trail bike. Absolutely loved this store and recommend it for beginners. Edit: Bought my 2nd bike from them again for a family! Matt is my go-to person on this shop for EVERYTHING. Not a single visit to this Trek shop that I don't learn from him. His passion for biking, years of experience and knowledge he shares to his customers, are priceless. Highly recommend finding him as he's the best person you can actually learn and make amazing suggestion not based of sale, but for the customer.
Came in ready to give a 5 star review. I don’t doubt at all that the staff here are extremely knowledgeable, respectful and ready to get you on the right bike. Filter by the 1 star reviews though and you’ll see my experience is on par with others who have used them for repairs. I had to come in four times regarding my bike repair. They said they’d have it ready for an intense ride and when I came to get it they had not put the derailleur on and said there was a mixup and they didn’t have the part. His words were he would make it right. A week later I come in to pick it up after he said it was finished. I sat there for 30 minutes because they had not finished. They apologized for the mix up both times and then proceeded to charge me the full service cost. There is truly a lack of organization here for them to consistently mess up and on my first service request. I’m not giving a one star cause I know you guys get a lot right here but the service request was messed up multiple times with nothing done to make it right by me. Help me use you guys more cause I want to.
Excellent service and support in every way. From the get-go the staff greeted us with a smile and offered us something to drink. They were very attentive to our needs and listened to us on what we were looking for. They also provided expert advice by measuring my daughter to ensure that the product was perfectly sized for her. This was one of three bike shops we visited. The comparison was night and day. Unlike other places, we didn't have to wait to get serviced or chase people down to get our questions answered. In addition, they had an amazing selection. Trek store gave us 5 choices for my daughter compared to 2 choices each at other bike shops. In addition, they showed us several options for my daughter to make her bike her own (baskets, water bottles, bells, lights...). Bottom line, they made my daughter's day with their excellent service and products. In turns, as a father, I am extremely happy with this establishment and I highly recommend them.
Holy smokes was the staff here incredibly helpful and polite, but the service was also faster than any other shop in the area. I dropped my fork and rear shock off with them to get them rebuilt. Top notch service, they do it in house (unlike another local shop I called that sends them out), and actually found where another rebuilder (I suspect yet another local shop) had left out parts from my fork (foam rings under the seals) causing a lot more issues that I had originally thought. After I put everything back together on my bike Devin was super helpful in getting my suspension sag setup with me, helping set my rebound, and in general giving me tips for a race I am entered in (beginners class). I've never talked to another bike shop employee in my life that was stoked on anything as Devin was when chatting to me about local trails and this race. I will absolutely be returning here for future service needs and future parts on my bike.
I was changing my pedals from Power to SPD’s. When I took off the Wahoo pedals I noticed the prior installation had left the thread of the left crank messed up. I then took my bike into Trek Parker and met Ten and John in the service department. Ten assessed the problem and offered to change out the pedals after tapping the threads. It took 15 minutes and I was on my way….. During the install both guys were so friendly and interested in my reasons I cycle. When Ten was done he said there’s no charge! I am a customer of the store, in the past I’ve bought several bikes there, but sure didn’t expect that act of kindness! Thanks to Ten and John, you made my day and fixed my bike! Absolutely a great LBS experience! If you don’t have a bike shop, give the store a try, you’ll have an awesome customer experience! Thanks again guys!
My bike was involved in a bike/car accident. I brought it in to be inspected and repaired. Ten was my service tech. He went over all the issues very carefully, kept me informed of what the shop could order and what I needed to order. When I brought all the items in, Devin was at the counter and he seemed to know who I was and knew about my bike. He told me that he and Ten discussed the bike situation (that's good teamwork). When I got the bike back it looked brand new. Ten even dialed in my saddle position to its previous alignment. He also gave me some good advice on shifter/bar tape maintenance. I took it for a spin yesterday for the first time and it seems to be functioning great. In summary, it appeared that he knew my bike was important to me, not just another bike in the queue. That's good customer service.
I am brad new to spinning and just got cycling shoes from a sale at Nike. I went to the store to get the clips on as the spinning instructor advised me to. From the moment I walked in the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Now, I am not from Texas, and I am getting used to how nicer people are here, but the staff in my opinion were nice and polite above “Texas nice” lol. Matt helped me to measure my shoes to get the clips on and I ended up leaving the store with better shoes for cheaper than what I paid in the Nike ones (which I returned ). Matt was really patient with me explaining all about the shoes, trails and the area. I felt very welcomed to the store and to Austin! I would go back to just hangout with those guys haha
My daughter asked me why we didn’t go here first. She is 100% correct in her sentiment. World class service and selection , extraordinary value , and just overall and in general the smartest move you can make if you are serious about bikes of any kind. You are wasting your time and money going anywhere else. I’m sorry to the small local shops who I know try very hard and are deserving of a shot , but sorry you just can’t compete with the selection or experience. Big box stores , forget it - you may as well just light your money on fire after taking a swift kick to the groin - it would be a more pleasant experience. Buying online ? Good luck with that . Trek has historically for decades been the best and continues to be the best.
First and foremost, 5 stars isn’t enough. Took my bike to get some work done. The mechanic explained what I needed to get done and was clear with budget expectations. After talking about what I’m looking for and where my budget was, we came to a place that was exactly what I was looking for. Not once during the process did I feel like I wasn’t listened too and that what I was paying for wasn’t worth it. When it comes to their sales team, second to none. Extremely understanding when it came to budget concerns and when I said, “it’s out of my budget”, didn’t argue or push me to a different bike that wasn’t what I was looking for. Extremely professional and helpful. Ketan, what a guy. Thank you for the insight and help!
I like the organization of the store - it is very welcoming and clean. The staff are awesome - I have been in several times and always encountered someone friendly, helpful and efficient. My kid likes the style of the electra sprocket. I just wish it was lighter - it is very heavy for a 20 inch bicycle that a 50 lb kid is riding. I think the buy back credit of 50% towards a new bike is good incentive for parents paying this kind of money for a bike a child will only use for maybe 2 years. I hope you still have the program 2 years from now and that you have figured out how to make the bikes lighter like Woom. I personally prefer the woom bikes, but my kid is now all about the style and not the functionality so much.
OK, so I do live directly across W Palmer Ln from the TREK Bike Shop, but that's not what makes this store special. What makes this place recommendable is the Staff and the Bike knowledge they collectively have & share. Yes...share! The shop does have a large selection of Bikes and accessories for both you & your bike... and too, a very competent and sometimes busy Service, read that, Repair Dept. All-in-all it's a nice safe place to bring family, friends and kids. I highly recommend it... and btw, my bike is a french Bike that I picked up in Seattle and then carted it all over the US, to Tokyo and now Austin. And do you know... these folks at this TREK shop treat me like a long time friend... gotta love 'em!
Great service from Crawford and Andrew! They were both patient in letting me pick out and test ride my new road bike. Answering questions, discussing options, offering suggestions. Even taking the time to having the service team evaluate my current bike to see what repairs were needed. I really appreciate being able to test ride the bike and being able to decide which was best for me. They even stayed late just to get my new bike prepped and ready to go. I cant say enough about my buying experience with these two young men. They maintained this high level of service even with a steady flow of customers and phone calls. Bravo Guys! Thanks so much! I will be back!
The trails were great and bike rode like I was on a cloud! These guys are fantastic! First time and will be long time customer years from now. Shopping for a bike in the middle of a national shortage and global pandemic is TOUGH, and this shop made it easy, Kudos guys Online shop was well kept up making it easy to know when new inventory was in. The shop was practicing PPE both staff and the customers and showing community pride! A Great team at the Bicycle sport shop, all were instrumental in helping me hit the trails again! Looking forward to many years of flowy turns, and bomber downhill knowing I've got the support of a great team behind me now!
Both are superb. Bikes speak for themselves each and every year while the team is just indescribably helpful and guest oriented. Crawford talked forever with me about different subjects. Keaton always is super friendly and makes time for all the advice, and Devin tho busy as all get out, still manages to talk me through my home build questions with a smile while handing over great advice and tech support. He a as Lao offered if I ever just had a question, to not hesitate to give him a call. Wonderful wonderful store. Love em. Cant say enough about these people. The research store and Parmer store are hands down awesome to the core. Thanks always!!!
I would say excellent staff and they are more knowledgeable then any other location here in Austin. They know all about the commuter checks which they accepts and also experts in suggesting you what kind of bike would be good for you. The only reason why I am rating them 4 not 5 is that they do not even offer any single accessories like bike stand or water bottle holder with the bike for free even if you are purchasing a $800 + $600 bike. Not sure if this is the company policy, They should at least offer some rewards to their loyal customers. Buying experience was excellent. Will post after sales service experience when I go for my servicing.
I brought in my 20+ year old Trek mountain bike and the staff was incredibly helpful in reviving it to make it brand new again. Every member of the store's team that I encountered clearly had a love of bikes and they were enthusiastic to help me bring my older bike back to life after some oxidation. I even got suggestions on components that would look especially "sick" with my color scheme. I was slightly hesitant to bring my Trek bike to the Trek store, fearing that they might price gouge the way you think of car dealerships operating, but the work was done quickly and on budget. I could not be happier. Tremendous Trek location!!
I went in to get my bike tuned up for the summer. The first person I met back in the repair department was Matty. This guy comes at you with an unforgettable smile! Right from the start I knew I would like this guy, and at the end I did. He’s very professional, but most importantly he’s friendly and has that Apple grade of customer service that I wished every company had. I picked up my bike maybe a week later and everything was great! I would use Trek again if I needed work done on my bike. And most of those feelings are because of Matty. Keep up the good work, and I’ll see you around. Thanks for a job well done!
I think parts are the same regardless of where you get them, as long as you're using a good bike shop. The thing about Trek on Parmer is the people. They're great. I snapped a shifter cable while out on a ride, and got to Trek to see if they could fix it real fast. Matthew took me right back to service, where Devin stopped what he was doing and set me up to get home safely. I brought my bike back for a complete repair and they did great work. In the meantime, Rob helped me with information on cold weather gear and a better bike rack for my car. It was nice to meet Ten as well. I'll be glad to recommend this shop.
All I can say is Frank is, probably already was and I'm confident he'll continue to be awesome at assisting customers. He literally answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I'm a sales guy so I can tell when I'm being sold, our new friend Frank was only interested in addressing our needs and making sure what we wanted was the right fit. So glad I stopped in, I can't see myself going anywhere else. Did I mention he changed my tire and tube in like 5 min. Lol true story. Frank I hope you continue to make those emotional deposits in random people like me. XOXO
So disappointing. I called to set up service. I’m told to come in and it would be done by the next day. I get there and am told it will be a week. And both the managers insisted I wasn’t told that. I even had a voicemail verifying this. Too bad, I was looking for a bike shop I could establish a relationship with. Not this one. I’m heading to The Peddler in Cedar Park. They sounded like they were customer service oriented. Update: To avoid responsibility for their actions, they have responded to my review with misinformation.
If I already took the time to write a review, a second one doesn't hurt. The staff at this location is friendly, knowledgable with a zeal to get more people cycling. Time and time again I have visited for bikes, maintenance, and parts. Nobody is trying to sell you a bike they're just trying to help you find the right one. Today, Ketan made one of those impacts on my visit that'll just keep me coming back for more. I appreciate your service and my wife will be thrilled for her new bike.
I’ve never had a better buying experience than the support McKay provided for us. He knew exactly what bikes would be best for us, he communicated well, and listened to all of our needs. He was always welcoming when we came into the shop and educated us on all the things which were new to us. You can tell that McKay loves what he does and that passion is shown in the way he does his job. We couldn’t be happier about our bikes and that is all thanks to the service McKay provided.
Cool folks, good service shop. Never had any issues, had a couple times where they had some freedom in selecting what style/color components would be going on my bike after service and they always get the bike looking sick and working like a champ. Haven’t been in the store since they first got bought out by Trek, curious to see what what does to inventory. The only bummer is from what I understand/imagine, they aren’t Yeti dealers anymore.
I’m from Missouri, but needed help with a leaky tubeless tire. My LBS (an excellent Trek shot) had worked on the tire, but the problem persisted. Rob examined my wheel and recommended using a product, I was not familiar with, for the repair. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I visit Austin about five times a year and when I’m here I always stop by because I’m a bike shop junkie. Trek Bicycle Parmer is definitely a first class shop.
One of the best bike shop in Austin. I got my dream bike from here. They shipped my bike from the Trek factory. Meanwhile they gave me delivery updates of each day. Also right after the assembly they phoned me and let me know about it. Loved there services. They all were very welcoming and nice to us. Any kind of bike, bike parts or services you're looking for I hope you'll get it over here. Highly recommended. Love Trek! ❤
Great customer service! They always take time to listen to your concerns. They offer solutions and options from budget conscious to the more elaborate ones while keeping the focus on addressing needs more immediately and “wants” for “down the road”. They are patient and eager to answer all questions and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They always make me feel like I’m part of the Trek Parmer Family.
I have been in this specific location several times and have always been greeted with a smile and a kind word. Super friendly, welcoming and professional. Specifically, Devin in service. Do not be concerned about what you ride, they just want you to be part of the two-wheeled world. Thanks again, for making the old Karate Monkey and Wahoo spiffy and functional in spite of our neglect. See you guys soon...
Ordered an expensive Madone bike, waited 3 months. No one called to tell me it had arrived or not. Went to the store, they forgot to tell me the bike was lost in transit! The new management has run off all the good and decent employees here. This placs lost its soul. What a shame. Update: GM (Rob) from then store called my cell phone on file to browbeat me today. Must have hit a nerve with the review. Lol
I went in to get educated on mountain bikes. As a beginner, the staff at Trek was outstanding! I even got to test ride a few bikes to determine a best fit, even after I told them I was not ready to purchase yet. Matthew was very knowledgeable and informative...no sales pressure whatsoever! That's how you build a great customer relationship...I will be back when I'm ready for my mountain bike!!!
The two mechanics, Ten, Devin and manager Matt at Trek Parmer have gone over and above to help me with my Trek warranty claim and really appreciate their support, transparency and communication. Excellent shop and highly recommend. Worth the hour drive every time. Customer experience is their priority! Highly recommend this shop for your next Trek bike or accessory. These guys are first class!
Crawford helped me out to no end. Replaced my tubes on my bike after I got a pinch flat a mile up the road. He did the service for free. Honestly such a cool guy. Matthew spoke with me about all the different equipment in the shop that I had questions about. No judgement from either of them for my lack of knowledge or cheap kit. Super cool guys and will always use this store from now on.
We recommend this place to all bike lovers! Each and every associate is so passionate about the bikes and make sure you leave happy and satisfied with your purchase! They listen to your needs and suggest based on your likes. Me, my husband and my kids all have trek bikes and we will go back to buy one for our little one when she’s old enough because we love this place so much!
Trek Parmer is a wonderful bike shop! The service is top notch. Associates are knowledgeable and engaged. Customer Service is clearly a priority. They are the antithesis of your stereotypical, arrogant, too-cool-for-you, snobbish bike shop. They have a joy for all things cycling and it comes through with every interaction. This is now my one and only bike shop!
I just bought a new Trek Roscoe 8 and I can’t rave enough about the whole experience. Matthew is a phenomenal person who advised me on the best bike and best accessories to set me up for fun off road adventures! The service was top notch, I felt like he personally cared, and he went above and beyond to make sure my investment was something I’m going to love!
It’s been 2 weeks and 200 miles since I walked away with a Domane. Rob, the store manager, has been my contact for cycling suggestions. He’s very informed and friendly. He set me up with pedals that are easier on the knees and a more comfortable bike for endurance rides. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m already falling in love with the new experience.
Super helpful to me in the past year and most recently in getting me set up with my new bike (which arrived 2 months earlier than expected!). Trade-in was a breeze. They transferred all of my accessories over and made sure seat and handlebars were adjusted just right for me. Loved my first Trek bike and even more excited about my new one! Thank you!
Outstanding service. I had a Zipp 303 wheel repaired and from the moment I walked through the door, the team surpassed all expectations. I got my wheel back faster than I expected and for less money than I had budgeted. The job required parts for the repair and the team wasted no time in getting them in so they could finish the job.
The staff at Trek Bicycle Parmer is outstanding. From Rob, the manager, to McKay, Matt and Crawford - everyone who has helped my husband and I on multiple trips to the store - always make it an easy and productive trip for us. From new bikes to service and replacement parts/equipment for older bikes, we like our Trek Bicycle Parmer.
Matt accommodate my special order in less than 24 hours. Kaitlyn helped us on the day of the order pick up. I have nothing short of positive words to describe the customer service which Kaitlyn provided. She was patient and helped us through out the delivery process. I definitely recommend working with them for your next Trek bike.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Always do a great job servicing all of our bikes (regardless of brand). Bought multiple bikes from the location from before Trek took it over and after - very satisfied each time. I wish they would bring back the mtb group rides - but apart from that nothing but good stuff from these guys.
These guys are awesome at their jobs!! Paul and Victoria were very knowledgeable and helpful at helping us narrow down a bike. And to top it off, Rob was nice enough to help us get my bike home once we realized it wouldn't fit in our truck. This was a great experience. Oh and yes... I LOVE MY BIKE!!!!! ~Marlin 5~
I’ve gotten both of my kids bikes here, too bad kids grow so quickly because these bikes will last for much longer than they’ll fit the kids. Good thing they will help you trade up your bike by giving you back 50% of the retail value when they’re ready for a new one. Will definitely be coming back to this shop.
What a great group of friendly people. From sales to service team bike mechanics, service and general manager, I have found everyone to be super helpful, honest and fair. Also very knowledgeable. Store is well laid out and pleasant to be in. Thanks team! you have earned a faithful customer here. - Jesse D
What a pleasant experience. I was ready to upgrade my bike. I had a price limit which they found me a great ride in. No pressure, no trying to upsell beyond what i was willing to pay. Helped from the moment I walked in till the time I walked out with my new bike. I will definitely go back there again.
Great service with knowledgeable staff. I purchased a bike back when it was a Specialized retailer and service was poor. Soon after that it transitioned to Trek and they've been pleasant to work with ever since. There's also a small community that'll do events together like group rides.
Rob and his team set me up with an Electra Loft Go! and I absolutely love it! They were easy to work with and even offered to deliver my bike to me for free when they realized how far away I lived from the store. I recommend making the trek up here to work with this amazing staff!
Absolutely superb service! From the initial conversation, the employees were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The work was done in the exact time quoted and the bike looked amazing. I can't say enough great things about this experience!
Devin, Tennyson, Adonis and Ben are always eager to answer questions and resolve technical issues. I was having problems inflating a tubeless tire and took it in. Ben took a break from what he was doing to help. He had problems too but got it done.
I had one of the best experiences ever finding the right bike for me. The salesman was one of the most attentive and friendly people I've dealt with buying ANYTHING. I couldn't be more pleased with their level of service. 100% recommend this store.
I really enjoyed shopping at Trek. Everybody was super cool. The manager was really friendly and all the shop people were super knowledgeable. I will definitely be back. If I buy another bicycle, it will most definitely be through Trek on Parmer.
Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. On time completion. My husband and I bought our bikes at Trek Bicycle on Parmer and we take our bikes in for maintenance and repairs there every time when needed. Very happy with the customer service.
The staff here is always friendly and helpful each time I go in. They have a good selection of bikes, accessories, and whatever else you need for your bike. The service department folks always get my bike in and out as promised and the work
I was ready to leave a much better review of this shop, but I am totally flabbergasted at the negligence of the repair department. I took a bike in for service that had been exposed to the elements for a few months. When I picked it up, it
I used to visit this place when it was Bicycle Sport Shop and it was always great, but I was a bit skeptical that a big company like Trek taking it over would mean a drop in customer service and that nice feeling you get going into a local
DO NOT bring your expensive bike to this shop. It's been over a year and a half since this shop caused damage to my $10,000 bike with no movement of promised resolution to replace my frame. Communication is nearly none existent. Any many
Cannot be more positive about this shop. Andrew at the service department is really knowledgeable and helpful. He went way beyond to make sure i was satisfied. The welcoming in this shop is outstanding. you really feel as "bike Famly. I
The entire Parmer Lane, Austin store team is AWESOME!!! Matty L. runs an impressive operation through leadership by example, working the front entrance, service desk and back office which inspires his entire team. And, every individual
Professionalism, quality, reliability. I have never had such good service at a bike store, and both my bikes came back as new after servicing them. Yes, I spent a good amount of money to have my bikes serviced, but it was well worth it.
I want to say - I love the Trek Parmer crew. They are what you want to see from your bike shop. Local bike shop feel with familiar faces and an amazing attitude, paired with the corporate backing of a large brand like Trek. Devin, the
I had put a bad review here after getting a tune up of my old bike and after riding it there was a klunking noise and my back brake stopped working. The owner called me up to assure me they have a service guarantee on their work and I
I received great service from the Parmer Trek shop, despite the name I actually felt like the old times when this shop was bicycle sport shop. And yes, they service all bikes. They fixed up my old DH Banshee, spider here I come.
Fantastic customer service from friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ten took care of servicing my handed-down bikes like they were high-end equipment. They have a very welcoming atmosphere whether you're a novice or expert cyclist.
I had my yearly maintenance done to my bike and there was a lot of little things that needed to be replaced. The guys did a great job, rides like it’s brand new. They had it finished on the day they said it would be ready.
The product is always great, but it was the quality of the service and support I received that was the deciding factor for me. I will always return to this store because of their guidance and expertise they share with me!
I had a great experience at this Trek store, despite the fact that I didn't buy a bike just yet, the orientation and the expert advice I received based on what I am looking for was priceless, will certainly be back.
Great people make the difference! Crawford in sales and Devon in service are our go-to Trek staffers at Trek - Parmer. Always attentive and willing to help with our bikes and questions. Solid team in that store!
The service team at Trek Parmer always does fantastic work. Adonis got my bike running smoothly, after another shop couldn’t. I highly recommend this team for high end service. I would leave 10 stars if I could.
Matt and the whole team at Trek were great to work with. My boys were able to test ride several models before we ended up ordering 2 Roscoe 7s. We were also able to trade up their youth mountain bikes as well.
Best experience of my life. Great bikes and gear, and fantastic customer service. Francisco went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Many thanks to the team at Trek Bicycle off Parmer.
Rob was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made this old Bicycle Sport Shop store on Parmer Lane feel much like the old place and not a big, corporate store. Got a decent deal on a new Domane AL.
Awesome place. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did some maintenance on my husband's bike and I got my first trek bike today so exciting. Thank you to all who took care of us Great place
Count on leaving your bike for a week or so. Never have parts in stock. Only order parts (from their Dallas warehouse) twice a week. Then wait 2-3 days for the parts. Ridiculous system
Nothing but kudos to the Parmer trek team. Matt has always been very helpful & compassionate when it comes to customer service. Thank you for keeping me on the road!
Great experience having my Giant road bike services by the Trek Bicycle Store on Parmer in Cedar Park, TX. The staff are patient, knowledgeable and very friendly.
See Matt, knows his bikes and loved that he wanted me to test ride different bikes, so i would get the feel of them before purchasing, would def. go back.
Friendly staff. They’ve helped me with small fixes at no charge. They did a great job tuning my road bike. I’ll be back the next time I need service.
